I have been buying from Fasttech for about three years and have never once had a bad experience. I do my research before ordering and, while it does take a while to get to me, I've always gotten exactly what I wanted.
What prompted me to write this review are the wonderful experiences I've had with their customer service. They are always super diligent in their work. I always get a reply faster than expected, and I always know that I am communicating with a real person, who has read and understood my concerns.
To someone like me, who would not have access to a whole world of things without them, this means a lot.
These thieves had a free backpack promo. Pay shipping only. It's a piece of crap they made look like a full size backpack. Cost maybe $1.00 from china. I got one, four days later there's a $67.47 charge to FASTTECH for what. I don't know and I can't get hold of anyone.
I will say right off the bat that I have ordered from this company twice, and never will again. By my own stupidity, I thought maybe the first time it took nearly 3 months to get my order, that it was a fluke... now I understand that it is common practice. If you don't need your order for two to three months, by all means, order from them and take your chances.
In fact the site is amazing, I have been purchasing things from fasttech for 5 years, I never had any issues with shiping or missing items. Some people are not aware that making new messages only extends the waiting time for a response from staff, I see people mentioning that,, They do not respond'' well obviously since you probably put in a hundred or so messages. Customer service always treated me kindly and yes some items I had bought were not in stock. My money got returned and communication was clear. Think of aliexpress but a single offer insted of a thousand offers of the same thing, with varying prices.
They sell counterfeit items and when called on it try to make you jump through a 1000 hoops until you get tired of dealing with them and just give up. If you purchase anything from this company you're just as good off taking your money and flushing it down the toilet. They products and "customer service" are an absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible customer service, Waited over 3 months for them to respond to any emails or ship my item. Then when you try to ask for tracking information they lie and just say it was shipped without any additional response. Doesn't get any worse than this company. Don't bother wasting your money. Wish I would have seen the hundreds of other customers that also went through the same issues. Stay Away from these crooks.
Pretty good company, just know what your doing before checking out. Use a good shipping service, make sure the product is in stock, and contact the support team frequently. If you do these things and don't shop on here like you would on Amazon, you'll be fine. Ordered two Nike Hyper dunks.
While they have a great selection of vape items, some are clones. Average delivery time to Canada was about 3 weeks.
Pray that you never have an issue with your order as their customer service is lacking or non-existent. They will make you jump through hoops and then leave you with a "it'll take us 2 months to verify your package is lost" BS. They are not accountable for the products they sell. If you can find your stuff elsewhere, i would suggest it.
I've made 4 separate orders from fasttech. I am very happy with them. They will say on the listing if anything is authentic. So if it doesn't say "authentic" it's a clone at a cheaper price. If you don't mind waiting 2 weeks plus for delivery, they are great.
1. China=long shipping, low prices.
2. Fasttech=if you get anything other than vape gear, yer doing it wrong lol

If you're weary, read the reviews. If you buy an item with 0 reviews, don't expect it to be the pinnacle of perfection. Bottom line, write reviews, it helps everybody's buying experience in the end
I ordered a spoiler for my vehicle through FastTech, and after waiting and waiting I never received my item. Support kept telling me that it was in US customs. Which in the first place I did not know I was going to have to wait for my package to ship from their main Hong Kong Chinese warehouse. I will be filing a complaint with my card company having to take extra steps to make sure I get my money returned. If they make good on this, I'll change the review. Until then, it will remain negative.
Do not recommend at all. They may be a few $ cheaper but you will definitely pay for it in other ways or in my case pay for nothing but headache and possible scam. Today is 11/16/17 and I placed the order on 10/17/17
Order placed December 22,2016. Shipping via Singapore Post who claims package arrived in Canada on Feb 9 but there is no trace of this package at Canada Post (one of the most efficient postal systems in the world). Package has evidently been lost but Fasttech will not reimburse me even after an exchange of some 15 emails. The only thing that Fasttech customer service reps can do is repeat the same stupidities concerning their stinking shipping policies (up to 60 days to investigate the loss of a package) My order cost less than 16$US. Dealing with me by email has cost them way more and my reviews of them will cost the even more. This company and its employees live in the clouds. They will likely fail and go out of business for failing to respond positively to their clients
Fasttech has an enormous selection of electronic goods and because they chose to build their warehouse in an area with an enormous amount of manufacturing, you can get some incredibly good deals. As long as you check the reviews, you will almost always be happy with your purchase. My only complaint is that all of those little items add up to a rather large sum when I go to check out.
I ordered 3 h/t radio batteries from them. Their website looks impressive and I got an order confirmation that day (4/2/19) and received a shipping confirmation the second day (4/3/19). So far, so good.
The order status never changed and the USPS tracking link said "awaiting package" for 2 weeks. Finally received the batteries on 4/18. Two weeks as "expedited shipping" is unacceptable. Tried to call their customer service number but was told to call back during normal business hours by a recording. (I called during their posted hours).
Definitely won't order from these guys ever again.
I don't know what so many people are doing wrong or why they are complaining about FastTech. I've been ordering from them for 4+ years now, lots on e-cig stuff, coils, mods,... Never had a problem. Sure, it takes a while. Some items are in stock and are shipping within a day or two, others you'll have to wait until they get them and ship. When I order, I know I won't get my items for anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. If the item is in stock, I usually get them in 2 weeks, batteries take longer. Never had an item not delivered or held back by customs.
