Fasttech is by far the WORST online vendor I have dealt with. They are dishonest. They don't honnor their 'warranty'... they don't answer emails... DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE CROOKS.
Good prices, fast delivery. Many various items - emitters, drivers, lens, reflectors, silicone stuff. I like them. Support stuff also works good.
They cheat people and then claim that you can't read or use the product. They sell rubbish worthless beards and cheat on the description
I bought some coils from them on feb 15 2018 and they're not shipped yet, customer service just keeps giving me the typical run around.
Product was exactly as they advertised and even though I accepted ordinary shipping it had arrived within eight days.

I ordered something about 2months ago and it's been"shipped" for a month. It was $20 lesson learned. Never order from them again!
I have 30-40 orders from Fasttech, everythig I've bought have been great. Eleaf iStick 100W TC, Eleaf iJust 2, OBS Crius V3, UD Zephyrus V2 and all of the coil heads from Eleaf, Joyetech, kangertech, UD and Aspire have been Authentic and the security sticker has been checked at the manufacturer's official website. The shipping has been slow, but it's free shipping. Between 2 and 4 weeks is normal.
After reading some of these bad review I realize that these consumer should not shop online, at least not from a webstore on the other side of the world. People who don't do their do diligence will get burned just because they are less inteligent.
Very good price and super support client. The free shipping is very slow but with other option is good. For me is a excellent shop foto e-cig.
I had to report them to Mastercard for fraud they stole my money wouldn't ship my order or return the money their customer service are scumbag liars DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Keep in mind that this is not the first time that this happened to me, but Fasttech's competitors always had an outstanding customer service and we worked everything out.
Now with Fasttec's customer service experience I hit a new LOW... Long story short I ordered some items from them, the shipment left China for MXP on the 26th Nov 2017 and since then the shipment status has not changed whatsoever

Since I paid for an 7-12 days shipping I've contacted them in order to find out what's going on... and now they keep staling me telling me to wait 60 days for the order date because maybe the package will arrive, then they telling me that I need to wait 60 days form the moment that they sent an inquiry to the postal service, which will make me wait 4 damn month for a 50 euro package.
They know that you can't do anything, they don't care about bad reviews. Keep in mind that when and it will happen to you, you're basically F%&$%&$D

I ordered some vaping mods. Too it took over a month to arrive. I ordered the Eleaf Istick clone called "Smart 20". Out of the box it did not charge. No matter what cable or charger it did not work. It looked and felt just like the Istick but inside it is just cheap board and battery. Garbage. Also I ordered the V-35 Vamo clone. Out of the box the firing pin was to big. I tried my Protank 3, my Nautilus, Mini Nautilus, iClear, etc... none worked. I changed pin with one I pulled from an old eGo and vamo! It worked. BUT! Now I find the variable wattage did not work. The display showed wattage change but output remained 35 watts. So if I set it to 7 watts I got 35. If I set it to 15 watts I got 35. Set it to 21 watts you get 35.35 watts on a 1.8 coils just burns juice and coil. I ruined 3 coils in 10 mins messing with it.
So of course I tried to contact customer service. It took five days for them to respond. They said I had to make a video and post it to YouTube before they give me a RMA!? WTF! I told them I wouldn't do that. You can't send a video directly to them. Probably because of Chinese gov't internet restriction. But what company does that anyway? When a customer has a broken device they should believe that customer. Anyway I gave up. By time anything gets resolved it will be months. Shipping each way is 4-6 weeks. I believe Fast Tech counts on that. I will use these item as parts. I will never order from Fast tech or China ever again. "
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I do not recommend PayPal but that is the only way you may be able to get them to do things right. The latest mishap; I ordered and paid for 3 flashlights after some time they said they did not have them and gave me a refund, but did not refund my international money transfer fees even though they were responsible for the problem as the website clearly showed they had the items in-stock.
Well few months latter they got 2 of the same item in-stock, so this time I verified if they actually had them in their warehouse before paying. But when the items arrived they where very bad quality with many spots of missing paint and deep cuts from manufacturing process which they painted over nonetheless.
I had nothing but bad service and products for all my orders since over 2 years ago. The only order that was good was the very first order which was for a variety of PCBs for testing. But when I reordered I got a different manufacturer equivalence of the original PCB the new PCBs had a low battery function which was not in the original PCB they still did not refund even thought they started the problem by not changing the description and photos on their item webpage. The whole company and their support staff are scam artists with no sense of responsibility.
I see that some of the employees of FastTech have left 5 star reviews saying that it is the best shop for DIY flashlights; which is very untrue... as this is my area of expertise try kaidomain.com and save money while you are at it and your bank will also not add international charges as they know how to do it normal like everyone else... NOT WITH FASTTECH you will get charged as a foreign merchant outside USA... there is just no way that anyone who has dealt with FastTech more than few times can tell me that they are fully satisfied... as they are also a clearing house for other merchants which can mess up on shipping and quality... and you are the victim.

I decided to save a couple bucks and purchase a gift for my fiancee from this business. I knew I would have an extended wait period due to customs etc and I did not mind waiting a bit.
I never received a tracking number but my package did arrive rather quickly. 12 Days total
My fiancee was excited for his gift. What I purchased was the authentic itaste v. v 3.0. That was not what was in the package. We where "accidentally" shipped a taifun atomizer clone. He was still happy because it's something he could use on his mod. I was unhappy because its not what I ordered and the clone was worth less than what I paid for.
Here is where it gets messy, I e-mailed their customer service explaining what had happened, the atomizer cost less than the Itaste I had purchased and politely asked them to at the very minimum, credit my account back the difference.
Their first response to me they where apologetic and asked for pictures. Kind of a hassle for me but, at this point I was still understanding. I took the photos and sent them off.
Next they wanted me to ship the Taifun to Miami, Upon confirming they received it then they would ship what I originally ordered and they screwed up. Well... I told them no, that was way to much of a hassle I just wanted my money back for the difference. To make weeks worth of e-mails short I had to repeatably tell them to credit my account back, this took weeks!
They FINALLY sent me an e-mail saying they would credit my card the difference in a few hours. I've checked my bank account numerous times since then and I still have not received my difference, It's been two days and I'm still waiting.
In short I will NEVER EVER conduct any business though FASTTECH. They failed satandard customer service expectations. I hope my review helps you make an informed decision.
P.S. The Clone is defective and constantly leaks.
