my package should be DELIVERED within 4 days . now its been like 15 days and not yet delivered and they did not provide any tracking number and i selected USPS SHIPPING .they don't respond to the tickets raised by us.ONE OF THE WASTE SHOPPING SITE.
The products come from SINGAPORE AND TAKE ALMOST A MONTH

I purchased two knives from Fasttech. I paid 36.89$ for both. Fasttech sent me the knives in two separate shipments. First shipment with TN RT*******HK (20.67$) and second shipment with TN RT*******HK (16.22$). I received second shipment without problems.
Problem raised with first shipment: RT*******HK (20.67$). Shipment reach Sarajevo and immediately rejected and sent back to the seller because it was undeliverable (badly DAMAGED or unreadable address). Shipment did not reach customs.
I open ticket on Fasttech and they offered me refund reduced for shipping fee (4.83$) from HK to Bosnia AND from Bosnia to HK. As shipment came to Bosnia damaged it is not my fault and I should not cover shipping fee. At the end, they stole 4,83$ from me.
I uploaded all conversation in order to public see how Fastech"s "help" functions.
I ordered a pair of Bluetooth ear buds from them,,, i paid extra for quicker shipping,, neither of these were successful, the package took a few weeks longer to arrive then was specified and the box was empty when i received it,, i told them about my issue and all they had to say was the weights were correct,, well that still doesn't excuse the fact i still received an EMPTY box,,
Ordered product on a Tuesday, expected ship Friday. Emailed Sunday why it wasn't shipping "waiting for customer response" Opened ticket since I DIDN'T GET NOTIFIED OF THIS. Didn't get response till FRIDAY morning (one week from the expected ship date) The shipping method i was given and selected won't work for that item, they want an additional $15 to ship item! They wont refund the shipping cost on an item that was never even shipped. :/ Horrible customer support, bad website that allows you to choose invalid shipping options, terrible communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Guys don't buy here... they answer the tickets every 7 days! (7 days waiting for an answer? That is NOT SERIOUS, DAMN!) and worst... I paid an order 30 DAYS ago and they still don't ship it!

Misunderstanding or just lies?
I'm waiting from mid november without item or money refund.
Fasttech force myself to pay returned postage fee:
· I ordered an item that can't work properly.
· I should pay a high postage fee to return it.
· After 106 days, I haven't got nothing but as FT noticed "our staff has provided you a wrong information at the beginning and caused the misunderstanding".
Maybe Fasttech are look like other Chinese suppliers letting down Customer Service level.
Ticket is open from 14th November, so help about will be welcome, but is coming slowly."
I waited 24 days for my order to be in stock then after 25 days the delivery date changed to re-stocking with no ETA another 10 days later still no ETA or explanation from Slowtech do not buy from these dodgy pricks they are a joke of a company
I've gotten some good stuff from here at amazing prices, but good bit of their stuff is crap. Shipping is a mixed bag, too. I've had stuff show up in a week and other things show up in 2 months. I never pay for the shipping, so it's all by the slowest method. As far as the their stuff, I've gotten cords that work for a week and then stop after minimal use, electronic gadgets that only do half of what is specified. But I've also gotten stuff that works great. The best advice when shopping is to read reviews, if they exist, but also take them at face value and realize than some are fake and Google the model numbers and see what others say. A lot of the quality issues aren't FastTech's fault, but the manufacturers. That's important to keep in mind because actually getting a refund is a nightmare. I've ordered a couple electronics that didn't work because they were low quality. They will not refund an order because the item doesn't so what it says or breaks quickly. They will replace it with another that still doesn't do what it's supposed to or exchange for another item and charge/refund the difference. (They do refund return shipping, which is nice.) And their default for refunds are gift cards and the last one they gave me expired in 90 days. You have to beg for an actual refund.

Do not do business with anyone telling you to use this company for shipping. I was smart enough to smell their $#*! a mile away. Poor souls that aren't as smart.
They accepted my order; but the next day they wanted a picture of my card. I informed them that stupid is as stupid does! They took their time refunding mu money.

Ordered a vortex rug 16/6/2020 and never received. It's now 17/03/2021. Tried emailing several times with no response. In the hands of PayPal dispute hoping to get my money back.
