RIP OFF ROGUES

I wish I had read their reviews before purchasing my items.

Initially I made a purchase with this website for a total of $13.11, only to 17 DAYS! Later get a refund of $12.50 with no explanation.

After paying for the current goods on the 12th of September, which stated they were to be shipped in 5 days, I waited until the 24th of September to receive my parcel. I was then informed that they were sorry for the delay. The item ******* and ******* are not ready, which caused the delay. They will confirm the stock date of the 2 items with their supplier and get back to me as soon as they can. Or would I like them to ship the ready item out firstly?

I obviously responded with yes, ship it now, but still nothing!

Then I was told the item ******* was now discontinued, would I like a refund or change it to other item? For the item *******, they were urging supplier for the result and they would get back to me as soon as possible.

I then received a message on the 29th of September saying:

They know it's their fault, and they're deeply sorry for the delay. They shall work on to improve their inventory control progress. For the sku *******, this item will arrive on 29 Sep. They will have my order shipped as soon as all the items in my order are in stock. Meanwhile everything I ordered was advertised and available on the website. They are sorry and apologise to me, and can add one of the below item as gift: *******, *******, *******, *******, *******, *******,*******,******* Which one would I prefer?

It's now the 8th of October and still nothing.

I didn't really want any of the items they were offering, so I responded with:
I'll have ******* as my gift, and as a replacement for *******, with no refund required.

Along with:
Hi there, I am willing to pay you a small amount, if you can't give me ******* as a gift. I have no use for any of the items you are willing to give me as a gift.

Only to receive this:
We are sorry that they can't send sku ******* as a gift. The price difference is so big, so they will lose so much. If I want to take sku ******* as replacement, they will deduct USD$1.5 as discount.

And;

Sorry for the late response. They were off duty from 1st Oct- 7th Oct due to the National Day Festival, and they have replaced the item sku ******* with sku ******* for me, and a link to pay the balance (USD$17.43).

I paid USD$1.88 for the original item, and 1 of the tshirts offered as a gift was USD$7.20. That equates to USD$9.08, not USD$1.50.

Needless to say I paid the USD$17.43 today the 8th of October. I wonder if I will get anything before Christmas, if at all!

Please stay away from whatever this place is. I can't stress enough what a mob of lying, rogues work here, or worse still own the place. They can't even get their lies straight! Pathetic.

It's now the 12th of November and I'm still waiting.

Please KEEP AWAY from them.

PLEASE KEEP AWAY!, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LYERS AND THIEVES.

I haven't used any of the products I've purchased, as many months on, I'm still waiting to receive my parcel.

PayPal Only as fasttech Staff Cannot be Trusted

PayPal Only, fasttech Staff Cannot be trusted!

Some fasttech staff are great and a pleasure to deal with, some are just okay, however never the less still do the right thing by the customer (specially repeat customer).

However there is one or two staff member who are really short sighted! One in particular goes by the alias of Sunny' (obviously is not their real name as they are Chinese) who is very a short sighted and mean (tight) and loves to screw customers (literally gets off on it) over! Specially if you have received a faulty or damaged item.

Sunny will play games, he/she will makes really poor counter offers with small partial refunds and also loves to keep you going around in circles to waste your time!

The aim of this to get you frustrated to the point were you just give up! As not to keep wasting your time. After all Sunny is getting paid to waste you time, however you are not!

To avoid this situation and cut out having to deal with unpleasant, unreasonable and short-sighted fasttech staff like Sunny - only make payments to fasttech with PayPal! Do not make payment with Crypto currencies or Credit Cards (specially on electrical or fradgile items) otherwise you have NO recourse such as consumer protection and or no intermediary to determine a refund. Fasttech cannot be trusted to do the right thing - specially staff like Sunny.
Even if you are VIP fasttech customer, Sunny will screw you with a small partial refund or just play games withy sill back & forward counter offers!

This way if you receive a damed or faulty item etc you can put in a PayPal claim and then just esculate it straight away, (do not even bother wasting time with fasttech staff counter offers!)
You are far morel likely to gain refund from having more reasonable PayPal staff make the decision and not the vendor. If you abuse this and just make false claim willy-nilly, it will become obvious and PayPal will not pay out! Then if you really do get a faulty item PayPal may also reject your claim like the boy who cried wolf!'
Also doing false claims you risk PayPal closing out you account for violation of there T&C! Making a PayPal claim is a legal declaration!

However if you make regular purchases online and do not abuse PayPal refund claims - then when you do make a real claim, 99% of the time PayPal will have your back and will refund the customer.

Return Customer problems...

I placed an Order on St. Patrick's day with a decent discount and the Order was not sent out until a good 2 weeks later. 2 of the products were marked discontinued and my package arrived without the the products. I see the vape mod product is still offered on the website as a combo package with a lesser value tank than the tank I ordered. Instead of sending me the Vape mod with the lesser tank or just simply removing the tank and sending me the vape Ive long since paid for, Ive had to play phone tag with their Customer service which is just not hearing me about the simple fix to this problem. I understand the tank Ive already paid for is discontinued... so be it. Just refund that particular product, but why they cant send me the vape Ive paid for is beyond me. It is not my fault the website doesn't accurately reflect their current stock of which the Vape is not discontinued, rather is now sold as a combo pack well after Ive paid for my order. Now it is a waiting game to see if the "staff" can send the vape Ive ordered already with or without the tank combo of which the right thing would be just to send the combo even tho I don't care for the tank and just want the one Ive paid for. I really hope they don't try to stick me with the full price of these products based on their mistakes. This is my 3rd order from the website and had no troubles till now and just cant seem to get the point across that since you have my $ long before even getting the order right they could at least send the vape out at the discount rate Ive already paid for it at even if it is now sold as a combo pack and not just the vape alone that they advertised and I paid for it as... once again not my fault the website does not accurately reflect what is actually available. Such difficulties make me as a return customer feel scammed and this website is not legit business wise. Really they should send the combo pack out and still refund it for such frustrations and conducting such poor business meanwhile mailing out the vape tank Ive already paid for once it is stocked again while they refund it. Really in the end I hope just to receive the vape, combo or not,, and get a refund for the tank which they falsely advertised. Now it is time to see how Kind their business is for screwing over a long time returning customer or if they are still going to hold onto my $ and pinch pennies and make me work for getting the fair deal instead of blessing the person their mistakes is effecting...
The marked as but not discontinued product SKU *******

The combo pack SKU *******... There are multiple colors and SKU available to show the Product is not discontinued rather as just conveniently sold as a combo well after Ive already paid.

The tank Ive paid for the actually might be discontinued
SKU *******... but they have multiple TFV12 cloud beasts still available for sale just send a rebuild-able head to make it the actual tank kit I paid for...

All just to squeeze the extra $ out of the customer... Booooo

PS Happy Birthday to me March 23rd and still waiting on getting this order fulfilled or rectified.

I've been buying regularly at Fasttech for almost two years now. Here's what I've learned.

- When they say "Authentic", it's authentic. When they say "Style", or do not say "authentic" next to a brand name, it's a copy. They don't lie, but you should read carefully. When in doubt, ask the question in the "Discussion" section before buying.

- When you buy very fragile items, go for the extra $1 box in the shipping options at the final stage of ordering.

- They have one of the best customer services I've ever seen. And certainly the best of all the Chinese electronics online shops. Once my items arrived damaged. I took pictures of the items, had to send two mails explaining and then further detailing the nature of the problem to a nice person who spoke enough good English. They gave me the choice between a full refund and store credit. Problem was settled maybe 4 days after I received the damaged goods. Just be polite and they will go to great lenghts to make you happy.

- Buy anything that contains batteries separately. Make as many separate orders as you need so your other items won't be in the same package as batteries. Batteries, and items with internal batteries such as smartphones and MP3 players, travel by boat. Expect 6 - 8 wks delivery.

- Also buy knives, scissors, anyting with a blade, in a separate order, and expect similar delays.

- A $2 item is never going to be as good as its $200 Western counterpart. Be sensible. You get what you paid for. On the other hand, and as opposed to many of their competitors, Fasttech honors their guarantee (usually 45 days) scrupulously.

- Check out the "Ships in..." mention in green below item. When it says "Ships next week" or longer, they usually do not have the item in stock, and it may take a lot more time than a week for them to get it. Buy something else.

- Last, and maybe most important, judging by other comments on this site: you need to choose between fast delivery and very cheap items. Can't have both. Average items will take 3 to 5 weeks to reach Europe, and the U.S. too from what I've gathered, when you choose free delivery. The supposedly faster shipping services they offer for a fee are sometimes faster, sometimes not so much. You want fast, buy in your home country.

Drop Shippers and Merchants Beware
September 29, 2015

Reviewing as a merchant of their drop ship services. Placed an order for an in stock item on 9/27. "In Stock" in FastTech terms means they can get the item within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours. I understood this placing the order for my customer.

9/28, created a ticket to ask if it will be shipping with tracking, as I wasn't sure if their "standard" service included that, which it did. Ivy, the staff member who replied, just said it will ship as soon as possible and tracking will be sent to me with the confirmation. No mention of it being out of stock or unavailable to ship within the promised 48 hr time frame.

9/29,2nd business day, I'm getting a little worried, as is my customer. I update a ticket outside of business hours, aware that I won't get a message back until at least 6PM PST (9:30AM their time). 9PM PST, still no answer, so I decide to chat with a representative.

Talk to Patrick, who was very curt to the point of approaching rude and unhelpful. Simply tells me "item is unavailable." I ask what he means, as it was promised in stock. I asked if there were any committed to my order, and perhaps it's unavailable since I took their last stock. He said, and I quote "no they weren't." I reply asking why Ivy did not state that before, when I was already speaking with her, and if he had an ETA on when it would be available to ship. I then wait 10 full minutes without a reply.

I open a new tab and speak with another representative, Kenneth. Kenneth was very polite and helpful, despite the matter being out of his hands. He answered the question the same way, and told me to wait a week for it. I said I couldn't do that, and asked if he could do anything else to help me, as my customer required tracking today (9/29 here, 9/30 over there) then checked with the warehouse to see if there was an ETA. He told me it would not be available until at least Oct 9.

I then check the listing for this SKU, and see it now says "ships within 3 business days" as the status instead of out of stock. Very irritating to see that happen, when it's still in accurate.

Long story short, I'm probably about to take a negative feedback from my customer, and have to both issue a refund and file a PayPal chargeback, as unless my customer decides he is okay waiting and having a partial refund on the order (making this order a loss for me, as the partial kills all of my margin and then some) just to avoid the negative, I will be stuck getting a gift certificate to use at FastTech, who I can no longer trust to fulfill my orders. This was my first, and only, order with them.

If you're looking to drop ship items to supplement your business, I suggest you continue looking. There's nothing to see here but a mess of negative feedbacks and chargebacks.

If you're looking to start a business by drop shipping, keep looking for a quality supplier. You will get your account shut down or have such bad feedback out the gate that you will never see another sale.

FastTech, get your head in the game. Stop playing like an amateur.

Tip for consumers:

Use it for personal stuff all the time, don't have many problems, but as a merchant you can't risk your business by trusting them.

I think everyone needs to remember that the chinese government "Owns" everything in china. So when you get "Free" shipping, the chinese government is actually using tax payer money to pay for the shipping. Everything is mass produced in Shenzen (I think that's how it is spelled) which is one of their largest sea ports. Unless you pay for shipping, their government ships everything out the cheapest way possible. That means that your item is going to be coming across the ocean by boat. They put your item in a shipping container. These containers have to be full before they will even put them on a boat, then the boat has to be full of containers before it even leaves port. Then you are talking about 12 - 14 days at sea because the boats make stops at other ports too. Then when you package arrives it has to go through 1 of I think about 3 international ports. Once your shipping container is there, (The sort facility) customs has to inspect every single item that is on that boat. Litterally millions of items. Please keep in mind that all of these things add up to more time in transit than anyone would ever actually like. But that is the price you pay for "Free" shipping from china. This whole process can easily take 6 weeks. I've made about 3 purchases from this website over the last year and a half and every item took from 3 - 6 weeks to arive at my door. If you are upset at the shipping aspect of buying from them, you need to rethink buying from china all together. This is how EVERY chinese website works. Pay the extra money and buy the product from a local store. Yes, it's the same E-Cig, but your local store bought 20 of them at once and were able to make sure they all work BEFORE you get your hands on it. Your just going to have to pay more. If you want to save money, you should keep your orders small. Like, maybe less than 20 dollars. That way if something does go wrong, your not out very much money. I mean these people are 3,000 miles away on antoher continent working for pennies on the dallar. They don't speak english, I don't think they generally care if you have a problem or not. I think they just rely on the fact that 99% of what they sell to customers gets there in 1 piece. And as far as issues with "Fake" items being sold, well DUH. China doesn't recognise, let alone enforce any type of international pattent laws. It's all knock offs. I thought everyone knew that. I don't know. Most people have no problem with ordering stuff from china and you probably won't either. Just keep in mind some of these things when you do go online to buy your stuff.
