Look almost all the negative respons are from ppl that didn't pay attention. They always say how long it takes, and the delivery time is LONG. I have done +100 deals, and NEVER have i not gotten what i ordered. Sure sometime something is wrong, but they always help you out, Sure sometimes you have to stick to it, be firm, and demand that they do the right thing. And they will.

Great price

I recently ordered a few vaporizers and coils through fast tech.

Though it took a bit longer then expected to recieve my order it all came.

I am happy with the price and the quality of my equipment

When ordering allow a few extra weeks for the items to arrive

I purchased a mountain bike headlight and a separate battery pack in fall 2013. I already had a charger and an all weather cover for a battery pack. Fasttech had a great price on the 3 Cree XM-L headlight I wanted without the pack and charger. My order shipped within a day, but got delayed in the postal system. When I contacted customer service I received and email within 12 hours explaining the delay had to do with packages needing to be x-rayed and a backlog due to an upcoming holiday. I was offered an apology for the delay and asked to contact fasttech if the order did not arrive with 10 working days of my email. It did arrive within those extra days and the light is amazing. The fasttech customer service was faster and more courteous then many american companies I deal with.

I have purchased items two times before from this company and had no problems. Unfortunately this time is different. They shipped my order on March 13th going to Florida. When it got to Florida it seems to have disappeared. I put in a ticket and sent emails, but it is like talking to the wall. When you need assistance they go to the tracking information and they read you what it says. I cannot get them to understand that the package is lost so I'm going to have to now put in a dispute with PayPal. This will be the last time I order anything from this company. It is now March 30th and no one seems to know where my package is. Spare yourself a lot of grief and only order items from people you can communicate with.

I have 2 order now with this company. I have not rec'd any responses to my orders and placed one order in 6 plus weeks ago and still have not rec'd. Placed another order to see if I could get that one faster (same part) and still not rec'd over 3 weeks ago. Never again.

SLOWtech is more like it

"If you order from these guys do not bother paying for tracking, your package will take more than double the amount of time to reach you. Packages without tracking get routed faster.

I paid for tracking on 3 orders, but my local postal service does not track the package and the postal service Fastech sends with does not provide detailed tracking information. Only Fastech can contact their postal service to open an inquiry to track the package overseas but they will not do this for you.

Tracking service from postal service is usless, a waste of money, and will only cause your order to take much longer to arrive but Fasttech does not inform you the buyer of this.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for my orders with tracking, where as my order without tracking arrived in 3 weeks. Be informed."

Never Arrived

Very BAD service. I have waited 10 weeks for an order. It still hasn't arrived. The TRACKING number I have given does not work. I have messaged the support team many times and I am still waiting for a response after 4 days.

Missing items

This is my 2nd purchase from Fasttech. I live in the USA. 1st purchase was great, 2nd was missing items. Filled a ticket through support." fast response. "They said my weight was correct per my ticket. I am still missing a not much value item. So buyer beware.

Fasttech is a SCAM.

Not right away. You'll probably have good experiences at first but it's just a matter of time when they will screw you over. No parcel, no refund. Avoid at all costs.

This people are a joke

This people are a joke. They send you used parts or really bad quality. No customer service. Dont burn your money. I order 3 products and all of them bad or no working conditions. The only email you will receive saying thet have six month warranty but that never happens, To bad cant report this clowns to BBB

These guys will take your order and money up front but will never ship it. The site will say they are out of town for the holiday and post up late shipment on the tracking page of the online order. The order never gets full filled and the ETA date keeps getting pushed back all the time. You end up never getting the order. Dont let them get free money from you. Dont order no matter how cheap they post the item you want. The scam is that when you call your credit card company to say you never got the order the CC company will refund you but the fake online site that scammed you of your order will get to keep the funds. CC companies will usually just chalk it up to another complaint and just take the hit. Mean while the scammer gets to keep your money. Each CC company policy has a hidden amount they will just let slip by. So the scammer keeps it up cause after a few hundred of these they rack up free cash.

Warranty sucks
May 30, 2018

Order quite expensive quatro copter.
One motor was broken and i send emails and video to fasttech. They said only way to get it fixed is some local store and they pay costs. Nobody here doesnt have spare parts to copter and they dont anawer me anymore.

Found this company looking for vape supplies. Ordered and was told a decent shipping date. IT KEPT CHANGING. And now they say it has shipped but USPS said they haven't received it yet! I haven't heard an explanation on bogus shipping dates.

Having previously bought from FastTech, I felt confident in increasing my order. BIG MISTAKE. They sent me not only the wrong product but one which was pungent and metallic - UNUSABLE. After many emails, they continued to annoy me with emails saying that the case was closed, reopened, and closed. It was a massive mistake trusting this company, use them at your peril.

I purchased a Jackly Precision Screwdriver Set. I had purchased one before this for which I had no problem. This one, however, arrived with a broken case. Some of the clips that oriented the bit holders were broken off preventing the the bit holders to flatten and thus preventing the case from closing. I provided the receipt and photos. FastTech tried to get the manufacturer to send be a new case (the bits were all fine) but apparently they refused. FastTech then offered me $3 in compensation which I refused.(The item was ~11USD)
Any reputable company would either send out a complete new set or refund the full amount. This is therefore not a reputable company.

I always order my flashlight parts from FastTech, since they have a lot of stuff on stock, cheap and ship everything fast. Never had trouble with them, everything arrived neatly and on time. They even have a big ammount of nice quality spinners(I ordered a few I liked) and a huge selection of vaping equipment(my friend orders stuff for his mods here too). For DIY flashlight enthusiasts I always recommend FastTech as first choice.

Shipping is horrible

I thought I would save a few bucks buying pet bottles from them but it took 26 days-17 business days to get the product which means after waiting a few weeks I paid the extra 2 bucks bought at Amazon and got it sooner. The package says airmail but I have never known a plane to take that long to travel from China to the US before

ENOUGH!

NO refund! NO exchange! Instead it is COUNTLESS DAILY emails with my ire growing (to cursing) rage. First they wanted a video of me trying to attach their damn product to my iphone and android phone. More cussing. Then the countless back and forth emails. Those bastards sent a product that is the WRONG size! They REFUSE to either exchange it for the correct size and/or issue me a FULL refund. Saw their ad on my Face book page. Next, I'm going to report them there and hopefully kick their assess off social media!

I purchased two E-leaf Basal Tanks advertised by Fast Tech as in stock. I checked and check and my items were not shipped. Nearly three weeks passed and I reached out. I was informed they never had the product they were advertising. In fact, I checked with the manufacturer and the item Basal Atomizer Tanks aren't even released or available. They have had my money for more than 3 weeks now after falsely advertising a product. This is theft and I strongly believe had I not contacted them, they would have intentionally kept my money. I still have not received a refund.

SCAM
August 1, 2016

They sent my package to the wrong address over 5 months ago. It took the package over 2 months to make the round trip from China to USA. I opened a customer support case while the package was in transit, and they emailed me a response within a couple days. I have not heard from them since.

Even after my repeated attempts to deal with customer service, I can't get them to send the package to the correct place! This company is terrible, and I truly believe they are a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
