One of the worst shopping experiences I've had lately. Ordered an item on September 4th. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the item to get shipped which is worse than any Chinese shop you can think of. Then the item doesn't get any updates from September 26th. Support pretty much useless using only templates to communicate with customers (bots can do that). I was told to wait and wait and now after nearly 2 months from ordering I've been told that I'll have to wait another month or so for them to investigate where they f*cked up and refund me. So it will be 3 months waiting for absolutely nothing. Waste of time and nerves, last time I shop at Jomashop and I advise you to stay away from this website if you wanna save your time and nerves.

Worst scammers from China that you should stay clear from.

They will often appear on searches as the much cheaper option but when you go to their website it will ALWAYS tell you that it is sold out, hoping you will buy some other ticket anyways and even then they will try to scam you.

Avoid at all costs!

Travelgenio will always give you the best price possible. At least at first glance. That's how they will always be on top (first choice) on websites like Skyscanner and others. But when you get redirected to the website, the price will change. When you select your card (Visa for example) they will add a random fee to it (I say random because it's always different, depending on when you do it, from which device etc.) and when you finally pay more often than not it will charge you even more.

When you get screwed over and want to contact support for the issue and possibly a refund you will get the worst possible customer support you can imagine.

Do yourself a favor, and buy it from a reputable website or directly through the airline company website even if (apparently) you pay a bit more. It will save you a lot of time and headache.

B&H is probably one of the best, if not the best store regarding photo and video equipment. They have more items than most and the prices are decent. Customer service is great. Highly recommended.

I've been using dx a long time ago. They were not great but decent. Few years ago they probably sold the business to someone else because they changed completely. They are plain SCAMMERS now. Confirmed.

The only thing I wonder is how they are still in business and scamming so many people on daily basis.

And forget the customer support, you'll never get a reply. Just look at the reviews and their Facebook page and you'll have a clearer picture.

Don't even think about ordering anything. You better throw you money down the toilet, at least the suffering will last shorter.

Fasttech is a SCAM.

Not right away. You'll probably have good experiences at first but it's just a matter of time when they will screw you over. No parcel, no refund. Avoid at all costs.
