I ordered a part from this website 3 months ago and I haven't even received it! I ordered a package in May and its already the end of August. Don't order from here all they do is take your money and they dont ship anything to you.

I purchased an item from them back on April 1 of this year. I paid for express epacket shipping, and it *just* made it to New York! If you must buy stuff from China, but from AliExpress or Wish instead.

I tried to shop here and that was first and last time I did. I was waiting for 3 weeks to get information that my stuff need to be restock. What a joke. I assume, they don't hold any inventory, so costumers must wait till they get the stuff from somewhere else to be able to ship it to you. Great idea for a business, but do really costumers want to wait a few weeks for their merchandise. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very dissapointed

So I decided to order some e-liquid because the price was very low, instead of chosing free shipping (Kazakhstan post), I decided to choose shipping by singapore post, which cost me ~5$. After a few days, i've noticed that they changed shipping method to kazakhstan post which is free so I messaged support and they told me that e-liquids are no longer being shipped by singapore post and told me that kazakhstan shipping is also not free, even when it is, so they offered 2.5$ refund for shipping. Also, you can still order e-liquids via singapore post, and they are still being shipped by singapore post, I really hope they will give a full refund, if not, I will be very upset. They are lying about everything.

I thought I had ordered my items with plenty of lee time, knowing that they were coming from China. However, after two months, only 1/3 of the items have been received. The rest are still not received and the event I need them for is this week. I've tried several times to cancel the shipment and receive a refund, but am not receiving any reply. I would also like to return the items that I did receive, but also not receiving a reply with an RMA or return address. Try to find another supplier. The aggravation is simply NOT worth it!

Ships in 3 days. Hah!

Placed an order Apr. 04. Product was to ship in 3 days. 4 days later product was not shipped and eta was changed to 5 days later. Every time it got close to eta it was changed to a new eta another 5 days later. It is now Apr. 29 and the newest eta is May 02.
Customer service keeps saying it's a problem with supplier or manufacturer production problems. Since I ordered from Fasttech I have noticed at least 4 other sites have run out of stock of this item and gotten new stock in. Fasttech still blames manufacturer production problems.

Lousy

Ordered less than $2 worth of vape glass from them. After a month the item had not arrived. They said the item would be 30 business days to arrive not calendar. Waited the 30 days, no package. They stated that because they have the picture of a package with my name on it it means they shipped it and Since I did not pay for a better shipping option (cost was greater than the item) I would just have to wait. Every time I contacted them the response was a different variation of wait. After two months I opened a dispute with paypal and got a refund. Just makes me wonder how many small items people order and do not get and they do not dispute because the hastle would be too much for the refund. I have ordered many items from Hong Kong and NEVER taken even three weeks.

This is my first & last time ever ordering $50 worth of merchandise and it has taken almost 2 months to get! What a scam, they procrastinated and said they were waiting 9n backordered products. Then they turned around and said I didn't pay enough to ship, now yesterday they change my tracking number mid shipment which is pretty damn sketchy to me. If thinking about placing order with them RUN! Save your hard earned money for a rainy day...

Worst company of all time, they seriously have global ants delivering their packages. RUN! Their staff is awful and clueless and respond like braindead gremlins whenever they want. Poop stinks and they are like explosive diarrhea in a thong. They suck at life in general don't expect to get a thing from them. Best part is they try and give you a free tee shirt with their brand on it, I would not wipe my cats butthole with that hot garbage. Probably laced with the Rona!

After 35 days of waiting for a purchase that supposed to be here within 12 days, they refused to return my money. At first they were asking me to contact Singapore post to find my parcel and now they are asking me to wait for two more months for them to either find it or after 2 months returning the money.

Worst shopping experience I had so far.

P.S.: They did not allow me to right a review in their website. "
P.S. 2: Two and a half month later! They did not return my money and don't respond to my inquiry. I am working with Paypal to get my money back. Worst experience ever!

Paid extra for Express shipping to get the item to me in 10 days instead of the usual 20. Item took 30 days to get here and fasttech did not want to refund the express shipping charges tried to offer a small portion of it. I told them I expected to receive a refund of all Express fees as the item did not arrive in the promised time frame an they and they refused. I will never do business with them again and I advise anyone to avoid this company. It worth a few dollars more to find a seller in your native country and avoid these con artists.

Use at your peril

If I could give 0 stars I would. UK buyer. Ordered two months ago. Tried to blame the pandemic for not receiving and just kept asking me to wait. Fobbed me off with a tracking number that says item left Singapore 24th April but repeatedly I asked for the tracking number to locate in the U. K. and they couldn't find it. Told me to go to the post office etc. Jokers and disgusting service.
Managed to get my money back via PayPal but even that took ages.
Do not use this company if you want to see your money again. Dreadful service and they have the audacity to blame the pandemic. No people, I ordered stuff from eBay coming from China and it came in 2-3 weeks.
Avoid at all costs. If something is priced too good to be true, remember it usually is.

Horrible to non-existent customer service. They sent me an item I didn't order and left out the one I did order. They were non responsive when I used their "ticket" system of contacting them. It took over 24hours to respond and when they did all they said is that they would "look into it". I contacted my credit card company and disputed that part of the bill that represented the item that was missing.

I have been buying 3-4 orders per month for a year now and while shipping is slow (stuff is coming from China) it is normally within listed estimates so pay attention to times given.

The item reviews seem to be fair with positive and negative one going up for items which is something some other sites don't do.

The best thing i have found with this site is the Forum where buyer will tell you straight about the good the bad and the ugly

If you follow safe buying rules (eg Paypal) order over $20 at a time (free tracked shipping) and you check with the Forum what to buy and what is normal, then you have little to worry about and good bargains to be had

Final note:- You will find this a site heavily geared to Vapers and people wanting to quit smoking but there is a mass of other stuff so take an informed look would be my advice

Fasttech has a wide array of goods available, Flashlights, DIY Flashlight parts, electronics, gadgets, knives, and even vape parts and accessories. Truly an impressive selection. And prices are one of the lowest ones.

Unfortunately, the shipping of knives is very limited (there are currently no available carrier to ship knives to Singapore on Fasttech although other websites can ship knives here just fine on the same carriers, I wonder why...).

So far I have made one transaction on Fasttech, a Tank007 E09 LED Flashlight. Shipped within 2 days, and arrived within 14 days of ordering in good condition. So far, so good.

I ordered a replacement glass tank for a Taifun and when it arrived, more than six weeks later, it was broken. This was because, inexplicably, it hadn't been sent in hard packaging - just a jiffy bag. I demanded a refund - and FastTech refunded me the cost *minus* the cost of postage and packaging - something its customer service department said that it "cannot do". What an astonishing policy.

Indirectly scammed me
November 30, 2018

I bought some e-cig seals from fast tech. They sent it but it got lost in mail. I contacted the mail service and they needed some information from fast tech in order to track the item down. I asked fasttech for the information and they agreed they would send me the information needed and that I need to be patient. I waiting over a week and asked them again and they then said pretty much the same thing. Its been ovfer 3-4 months now and still nothing, i gave up
