Buyer please beware. I bought Salem season 3 in NEW condition from dvdwebstore.com. What I got a Chinese bootleg. Plus missing episodes. 80 days to get delivered. Seller said 8 -15 days. Would not give refund or work with me. I do not deal with overseas transactions for this reason.(had no idea I was dealing overseas bootlegs. This website deals in deception. All I wanted was a legit United States version. Does not respond to emails. Also while watching goes into fast forward for no reason. Now I will find another LEGIT dvd. And I will have double invested because of Mary Smisth. Do yourself a favor and save your money... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DVDWEBSTORE.COM next stop FBI FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I am so sick of ripoff Websites. Buyer beware.

I purchased $630.00 worth of products. The animated Fortune Teller and the Witch trio. 2 days later I received a email $30 % off all Halloween decorations a few days after that email stated free shipping. I sent several emails thought I might get a courtesy for a discount since it was so recent. No reply what so ever. Of any kind. I leave the quality for last it was awful. The wells was awful some broken had to reweld and restructure both items plus missing parts of the structure. At best I should have about $150 instead of $630. Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this business I should have looked at the reviews first... buyer beware

I now have a problem with the seller Ecop! On ebay. On there return policy. I bought a product from ecop, after reviewing my purchase. Noticed I purchased the wrong item. Sent a message to him on eBay. Told him what I done I opened the package very gently. Explained I only held in my hand I wanted a refund or exchange waited he sent me a letter to email about returning the item I thought everything was fine he gets my item he refuses my refund and tells me he can't resell it because the package wasn't right the package I sent him was in pristine condition only thing I did was very gently remove the Staples from the plastic covering. Needless to say I will not be shopping his website anymore also he wanted to charge $16.50 for a restocking fee I had to pay to send the package to him now I have to pay to get it back he told me if I had any more problems concerning this matter that I should take it up with a manufacturer I called the manufacturer and they did take care of me they couldn't believe his actions so buyer beware
