I'm disgusted with this company which should be closed down if they haven't already done a runner with my money.
I ordered my 4 year old a quad bike 1st november 2009 and paid by card online, this was to b a xmas present as this was the only thing he wanted from father xmas i wanted to make sure he got it. Nothing was received on the 1st delivery date and i received and e-mailed appology and was adviced i would received compensation and another delivery date was adviced. It was getting quite close to xmas now and i was extremelly concerned. They assured me that i had pre xmas delivery and not to worry.
5 days before xmas i received an e-mail to say i was not going to receive my order and would receive a refund within 30 days. I could not get my heartbroken son a quad or anything else for xmas as 5 days to get someting and no money.
Now 27th January 2010 and i've still not received a refund and no-one will answer the phone or reply to my e-mails
Now i'm going to have to go to watch dog to resolve and try and get my money back.
Disgusting company, keep well clear, i will be doing my upmost to get the site removed to stop this happening and to stop them taking other peoples money
Have read through some of these posts and totally agree - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
We ordered a childs 110cc quad for our sons birthday back in early March. Was told it would be delivered within 6 weeks so we thought great, plenty of time to reach us before end of May - WRONG. Fastbuggies gave excuse after excuse and wouldn't even communicate with us properly. You can't get them on the phone as the number on their site is " for new orders / sales only" if you want to discuss an ongoing order you have to use either email or the online 'chat' option.
Eventually spoke to the courier company as Fastbuggies were blaming them for late delivery. They were great, and more than a little pissed off to hear that they were being held responsible for late delivery when the shipping container hadn't even arrived in port for collection!
Fastbuggies isn't even in England - apparently they are based in Germany. Am currently trying to locate trading details via Companies House.
Bike did turn up and we were originally happy with it except no remote shut off key fob.
Still trying to get this delivered.
Exhaust sheared off after 3 uses. Order a new one under the warranty. Still waiting 4 months on.
Starter motor burnt out after 6 uses. Still waiting for them to respond to our emails.
BUYER BEWARE of these cowboys. Alex is a total liar and gives excuse after excuse.
Yes, there are some happy people on here but they seem in the minority.
Good luck to those of you who are trying to get your money back. If you haven't yet received your bikes I would strongly recommend cancelling your order and reversing payment immediately.
I buy extensively on the web for my business and have a lot of experience with a substantial number of very satisfactory traders.
My experience with fastbuggies.co.uk has been extremely unsatisfactory; they are by far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything.
The webchat doesn't work
The telephone is not answered
There is no trading address
There is no documentation ie no order acknowledgement, no VAT invoice (HMRC note), no delivery document
And for a very long time no product either.
All the above well out of line with the Sale of Goods Act.
The delivery firm are not allowed to take a product back if you refuse to accept because the packaging has disintegrated or parts are missing.
You have to sign an unheaded delivery receipt (you don't even know who is delivering) and you don't get a copy.
My Child's Tiger Quad ordered in mid-August, promised for early September, damaged in the container, delayed in shipping, delayed in Customs, delayed and delayed eventually turned up at the end of November( that makes me one of the lucky ones to actually get something after constant emailing and complaining).
It was missing the handlebar clamps and bolts, the battery charger casing was damaged and it was the wrong colour. I persevered, sorted my own handlebar clamps out and on day one of trying to use it the drive mechanism disintegrated and seized up. Happy birthday grandson!
My request for documentation, trading address, refund under the Sale of Goods act was totally ignored; just a response asking for photographs of the buggy.
If this is the experience you want, then go ahead and jump into the snake pit.
If they asked me for my credit card details to arrange a refund, I wouldn't give them; that's how much I distrust them. You cannot believe a word they say. Not a word.

I ordered a quad for my son's xmas at the end of October, i was e-mailed advising i would get my delivery on 11 December. I was then e-mail on 10 December advising the quad was only clearing customs and should be delivered by 18 December. I then got an e-mail on the evening of 17 December asdvising this woiuld not be delivered in time for christmas!. He advised me i would get a refund within 30 days, i have now e-mailed them on several occassions and have heard nothihng further. The phone number is either engaged constantly or rings out... I am now taking this further to get my £230 back BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like many others on sitejabber I have been e-mailing fast buggies constantly for my refund, surprise surprise i haven't received a reply!.
I have taken the advice of someone on the site and contacted Cyberbit in the hope of maybe getting my money back.
I have also contacted BBC Watchdog via their website... PLEASE EVERYONE DO THIS AS THE MORE PEOPLE WHO CONTACT THEM THE MORE CHANCE OF THESE CON ARTISTS BEING CAUGHT!

3 months after paying for the quad i never received i finally received my refund!. I contacted Cyberbit who are the company that process fast buggies card payments, they were great, they called me back and a few weeks later my money appeared in my account... WOO HOO!

Hi, I recieved my 250cc buggy last friday, I'm pleased with the quality of it and it came fully built so i only had to tighten up a few nuts and bolts, BUT the problem is it got sent out WITHOUT the EXHAUST and DOCUMENTS for registering it and the WRONG COLOUR so the sales manager (Alex) is sorting that out for me and i will hopefully have them soon, I took it out on sunday even tho its really loud without the exhaust and it is going really well. I had delays with the delivery(3 Months) but i just waited and it finally arrived and i'm pleased with the final product, At the price your buying these products at compared to other sites i've seen you'll probably be saving a couple of hundred pound so just sit it out and wait and your product will arrive. I would recommend this site only if you want to save money. BUT BE WARNED YOU MAY NOT GET THE SAME MODEL OR COLOUR, I'll update again when i recieve my exhaust. Thanks.
UPDATE: 6 weeks on and still no exhaust or documents for the buggy,
UPDATE: Have now contacted cyberbit to try and get a full refund as i'm not waiting any longer on these wasters. I ordered in july and still can't use the buggy so i give up.

This website from reading the other rewiew has a nasty and disappoining habit of letting people down. There unreliable and are willing to take your money bot not be bothered to deliver the prouduce in time for xmas or Birthdays. Hence leaving people look unreliable and kids very dissappointed that they havn't recived what they disered.The perticlar case i'm referring to is my little brother's.My Father promised him a quad for his birthday and It didn't arrive. So hence he could do nothing knowing that xmas was coming up and knowing he had placed they order taught that due to there $#*! up before they would at least make an effoft to Have the quad delivered for xmas. But yet again not to my suprise they let us down and its ruined xmas for the hole family leaving us stressed and my little brother very upset and let down. Maybe if they was as fast delivering as they wer excreeting money from and accounct we wouldn't have this issue at hand. They are appoling. If you want to be let down 100% fast buggies is the place for u!
I ordered a quad on the 16 october last year was given 1 delivery date guess what no show given another delivery date again no show then another but was not given any explaination as to why it wasnt delivered then on the 27 of november i was told that we'd get the quad no later than the 18th of december and guess what on the 17th the managing director who ive email over 100 times with no reply and rang 362 times in one month sent an email saying that the company had got themselves in an unrecoverable position and we'd get a full refund within 30 day still waiting havent even had a sorry email or anything this company is a scam im not the first and i WONT BE THE LAST HOW THERE STILL TRADING IS BEYOND ME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING THEY TELL YOU YOUR A LYER please beware this company will take your money and run with it if you don't believe ring barclays bank ask how many people have been conned out of there money you won't believe the answer you recieve and thats JUST ONE BANK! Absolute shambles

Delivery confirmed for Oct 23rd
Oct 22nd, - told delayed in shipping, new date Nov 6th, offered £25 compensation, (not received)
Oct 27th -reconfirmed Nov 6th delivery and compensation top be credited (still nothing received)
Nov 4th - delayed again for at least 10 days.
Nov 5th - told to expect delivery Nov 23rd
Nov 17th - I tried to get an update, took me 50 phone calls (never answered), 7 live chat sessions before I got an email saying I would be called by Alex Cooper later in the day. They never called me just sent emails saying can they help?
Eventually received an email stating Everything is on track for the 23rd
Nov 19th - told delivery will be Nov 30th, after multiple emails get a reply - Yes its clarified, and is being sent tomorrow for delivery Monday Nov 23rd.
Nov 20th - Yes leaving today as agreed.
Nov 23rd - given tel number of courier, call them, they say NO, definitely no delivery for me! Eventually after multple emails and calls to courier company, they confrim delivery Nov 24th.
Nov - 24th - courier arrives, box is damaged, open it completely different quad to what I ordered, smaller, cheap and nasty and both rear mudguards broken.
They agree wrong bike sent.
Nov 25th - I can wait till next batch, or keep the one sent, or have full refund.
Nov 26 - tell them I want full refund and them to collect bike. They agree.
Nov 30th - I give them 2 dates to collect, they reply will check and arrange.
Dec 2nd - nothing, so i email again, still nothing...

Been pomised delivery this week
I ordered a motox bike in September and was given a delivery date of 30th October. The delivery date came and went with no explanation. I contacted fastbuggies and was eventually told another 14 days. Again no delivery and no explanation. I again contacted them and was told another 10 days max. Still no bike no explanation and cannot contact them and believe me i've tried. My credit card provider have now taken over the recovery of my hard earned. There may be some good reviews on here but I would recommend to anyone to steer well clear of this company.
David Misfud emailed me 04/12/09 to ask for my details with a view to sorting out the problem. After reading the reviews here i'm not sure I even want the bike if it arrived tommorrow. With complaints detailing broken/missing parts, poor quality and completely wrong item I think taking delivery of a bike I could well have issues with would just add to the problem.
I've sent Mr Misfud my mobile number if he'd like a chat, and unlike him I answer my phone!
Mr misfud is no longer answering my emails, but my credit card provider has credited my account with the £740.00 and even if the bike arrived now i'd refuse delivery. It turns out fastbuggies are well known to trading standards having been prosecuted several times before.
If you've paid on your credit card you should have no problem with a refund, your credit card provider will refund your money and chase fastbuggies for their cash.
If there's anyone on here that lives near Basingstoke they might like to check out this address, and break the bastards legs for me.

Looked like a ligit site so ordered a quad in early September in time for sons bithday mid October, I got an email 1st week Oct, qaud is delayed will be delvered 16th Oct, (4 days after sons birthday), I was a bit sad but delays happen especialy with import. Early Nov Alex emails me appolgising for delay, says I have been waiting a long time and if I've lost faith in the company I can have a refund, I decline and say as long as quad is here for xmas all is not lost, he offers to partially re-emburse me for the delay but that never happens, Nov I email them back to ask about shipment, they tell me 'great news' container is cleared expect a call nxt week from their courier to arrange delivery, 2 weeks go by, no word. I email again, this time got told my quad is in crate 8 which is next to clear, hmmmm. Smelling a rat (finally) I cancel my order on the 2nd Dec, I was told 7-10 days to be back on my card... 16 days later 2 emails to them (both egnored) phone calls to a number that never gets answered, I'm still waiting for my refund. Nxt step legal advice... Wish I'd have found this site before ordering with them, would have saved a lot of headaches and I wouldn't have been ripped off...
I ordered a 250CC bike from fast buggies back in August and was advised of a delivery date of 18th September.
The bike arrived in the box on this date so i was very pleased with the service i received until...
I opened the box, all of the parts were in the box and i assembled it. There was a sticker on the crank casing that said 150cc.
I immediately phoned and spoke to someone and advised them of the mistake. I was advised that this was simply a case of the wrong sticker kit on the bike, but as the rim sizes! Corresponded with the engine size, i had nothing to worry about.
This got me to thinking so i did a few searches to establish how to correctly determine the true cc of a motorcycle.
I was ditected to a site which simply advised me to take a note of the chasis/Engine number, type it into Google, and hey presto.
This in fact was the case. I was directed to the Zongchen website to discover my bike was in fact 150cc.
I contacted Fast Buggies shortly after this revelation and some 3 weeks later, was advised that indeed my bike was wrong and offered me the choice of either a refund or a replacement.
THIS IS WHERE I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.
I opted for a replacement. I was advise of an estimated delievery back in Novemeber but this was the last correspondance i have received. I have emailed on numerous occasions and tried to phone but to no avail.
Got an appointment with CAB at end of week so i will update on what they advise me to do.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are useless. I ordered a quad back in September with a delivery date in October. The date came and went with no word from Fastbuggies. They NEVER answer the telephone advertised on their site. NEVER. It just rings and rings and rings. They eventually emailed me back to tell me that there had been a delay and that they would contact me when the order was ready. They never contacted me without numerous emails from me first. I gave them THREE contact telephone numbers and they NEVER called me once. They sent me FOUR emails saying the delivery driver would contact me within 48 hours. The delivery driver NEVER contacted me - I contacted him. They offered my £35 compensation which I accepted and they said this would be credited back to my credit card when I signed for the goods. To this day I have not recieved a penny. The quad is faulty. One of the wheels simply does not fit on the shaft and I will have to get it lathed (sp?) to rectify the problem - I asked fastbuggies to pay for this and with much arguing they agreed to credit my card with £40 to cover the costs and SUPRISE SUPRISE they have not done this. SO... I have a quad which is as good as useless and I have asked for a full refund and they are now ignoring me totally. I am sending a letter to Trading Standards along with copies of all the emails they have sent me promising me the earth and not delivering. I am also in contact with my credit card co to see what they can do. I will make it my lifes work to discredit fastbuggies. They are quite seriously the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Fastbuggies have gone bust i heard today 15 jan 2010 from there ex del company, still lost £200.
