Fast buggies is the worst company i have ever dealt with online i ordered a quad bike november 2009 and received an email confirming delivery and order processed and all that but then come the delivery date nothing no email no call not a thing tried extensively to contact anyone at the company but have no response whatsoever its disgusting i have a young son waiting for his quad that he put half his xmas money into and i can't get any response this is just outragous that they can destry and upset kids customers like this i would never and i mean never recomend them not even to my worst enemies i have spoke to the police and bank about this they have been to take statements and everything i can see this lot getting arested for false advertisment fraud and whatever else i so so strongly recomend you don't go near this company thats if they havent been arrested already if they do read this contact me i want either my money back or the quad i ordered or at the very least some communication would be nice what a sham of a company

Like everyone else i have been ripped off too,
Bit one thing i hope that fastbuggies goes bust and that lying tramp alex loses not just his job but a bit more as i think he is nothing but a lying *******@rd, i don't normaly like to see people having a bad time but i would gladly give up hope of getting my 400 quid back if *******@rsehole gets hurt bad.
I would also ask all people to try their best if they can and have the time to claim money back through their card insurance, trading standards, cyberbit (the card processing company fastbuggies use), and anything else that would give that tosser alex hassle,

This company is rubbish

This company is rubbish. I ordered my quad at the end of June and it is now the 17th of November and still no quad. I was told numerous delivery dates, but it never came. It was supposedly stuck in customs, and then when it finally made it to my region the couriers wouldn't deliver it. They say that they brought the quad and I wasn't in and that they arranged a delivery time, but that is total rubbish. They now want another £30 to compensate this, although I have told them no way. So now they say that they are sending it back to England. Ridiculous. And Fastbuggies are no help, as they just tell me to contact the couriers. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: At the start of December my quad finally arrived, but it doesn't even work! It's meant to be brand new but now I am sitting with a 110cc quad that doesn't move. The £55 that I was offered for compensation for it being late has never been given to me, and they are now just totally ignoring my e-mails and I can't get in contact with them. What a bunch of WASTERS!

Well were do i begin

Well were do i begin. Its been 4 months ago i paid for a qude for my little boy and still havent got it. Ive sent millons of emails asking whats happen i must say they did answear back to my emails telling me its on its way but i can have a refund if i wish. I decide to keep on waiting due to my little boy really wantind it but then it was getting beyond the joke i refused to wait any more as soon as i sent emails to them asking for my money back theres no answear from them iv once again sent millons of emails wonting my money back but i just can't get it ive even been calling there number on there website but again no answear. I have a very upset child because these cons have stolen my money and it sounds like they ve stolen many others money too. Please please do not buy from these cons there full of S**T. Something should be done about this at this moment of time i can't even afford to go and buy my child another one cause there sitting on my money that i need to buy my child another with arrrrrrrrrr i am so fuming.

I initially ordered a quad from this website as a christmas present for my kids in october after recieving an email from them telling me it would be delvered two weeks later on the 13th november i had no worries it would be here for christmas, whe the quad never arrived i tried contacting them with no joy over the phone it resulted in email where thay gave me the couriersnumber when contacting the courier who told me they don't even have the bike i have tried contacting them again and again with no luck and still no quad over 3 months later. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a 110cc for my sons birthday on 23rd september and i got an email saying it would be delivered on 23rd october. On the 22nd october i got an email saying it had been delayed and would take another 2 weeks to be delivered. They said i could cancel and get a £30 compensation or i could cancel the order and get a full refund but urged me not to. I canceled because it had already taken the pi** and i was going to buy from a local seller. They said my money would take 7-14 days to go back in the acount. It is now 22nd november and i have no money. I rang the company and they wouldnt answer, i rang and rang and rang and eventually a miserable man answered and soon put the phone down and did not answer again.

My brother in law rang the company and posed as a buyer and got a lot of information about a bike and then asked if he could pickthe bike up from the premesis and he also got the phone put down on him.

I HAVE ALSO HAD NOTHING BUT TROBLE FROM FASTBUGGIES AND DID NOT RECIEVE MY 110CC QUAD BIKE LIKE PROMISED FOR XMAS, WE HAD TO DO ELSEWHERE AND PULL OUT ANOTHER £400 FOR ANOTHER QUAD SO THE KIDS WERE NOT DISSAPPOINTED FOR XMAS. THEY SAID TO US THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND US OUR MONEY BUT I DID NOT BELEIVE THEM AFTER ALL THE FAKE PROMISES.
WE PAID BY DIRECT DEBT CARD AND ONCE WE ACTUALLY REALSIED WE BEEN RIPPED OFF I CONTACTED MY BANK ASAP AND THEY WERE VERY HELP FULL. THEY ACTUALLY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT BACK WITH THE FULL MONEY AND MY BANK NOW ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT BACK FROM FASTBUGGIES
TO ANY ONE WHO HAS NOT GOT A REFUND YET I ADVISE YOU TO RING YOUR BANK AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND DONT DELETE AND EMAILS KEEP THEM FOR PROOF AND LET YOU BANK DEAL WITH IT... AND YOU SHOULD RECIEVE A FULL REFUND WHICH TOOK JUST UNDER A WEEK GOOD LUCK

We too have been let down by the tossers at fastbuggies.We ordered our son a tiger quad bike on Friday 13th of December after speaking online on thier live chat we even managed to speak to someone on the phone who told us he had exactly what we wanted! We were given a delivery date of 11th December and that they would give us 24 to 48 hours notice, they never got in touch until the the night before saying delivery had been delayed due to customs and promised we would have by 18th, today. Yes you've all guessed, it didn't arrive. I started getting worried mid week when they didn't contact us, the phone just went straight into answer machine and no one would speak on the live chat. Then last night I found this web site I couldn't believe what I was reading the bastards have ripped us all off, they must have put the positive comments on themselves. I emailed them and told them I was cancelling my order and wanted a full refund. Suprise, suprise we got an email straight back from David with some excuse about late shipping etc and that there would be no deliveries to anyone before Christmas offering a full refund within 30 days as long as we didn't reply to his email? They are lying cheating scumbags who have ruined alot of peoples Christmas's. Well done fastbuggies!

UPDATE 27. 12. 09 We contacted cyberbit, who took the money on behalf of fastbuggies, via email, they then rang us back very quickly; my husband explained what had happened and they told us we would have a full refund within 48 hours back into our account, and true to their word it was. Anyone worried about their money should contact them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM (YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT)

Alex Cooper is the bigget lying bastard ever. I ordered a 110cc midi quad back in october and it was never delivered, I got repeated emails with delivery dates that came and went.
On the 3rd of december I got feedup waiting and opted for a refund. I got an email stating that the refund would take 7 to 14 days, and surprise surprise NO REFUND.
I NOW CAN NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS FROM THOSE LYING BASTARDS.
MY KIDS CHRISTMAS WAS RUIND BY THOSE SCUMBAGS.

I have now contacted my bank for a chargeback as this sems to be the only way i will see my money.

Avoid like the plague.

I have just received this!...

My Name is David Misfud and I am the owner and managing Director of Fast buggies, as you are aware we have had some serious problems over the last 3 months in terms of delivery. These delays were caused by shipments arriving very late which in turn caused mass cancellations and coupled with the economic climate had led to an unrecoverable position.

During the course of this year we delivered successfully 7 containers load of bikes approx ( 1000) and our problems are focused only on the 2 late containers. It was not our intention to cause you any problems and up till today we are trying all options in order deliver these remaining items.

We have stopped taking any new orders as we feel although more containers were due in January it was only right to focus on these late orders.

As advised by trading authorities in a situation like this in which we have broken the contract by not being able to deliver within the agreed contract period we must either come up with a written delivery agreement or a refund.

We are unable to deliver in time for Christmas and as such it is assumed should you NOT reply to this e-mail that you wish to have a full refund.

Over the next 10 days all customers will be receiving a letter in the post from myself confirming the above situation and also containing my full German contact details and address with a free post return envelope so you can confirm in writing once you have received your refund which will take place in the next 30 days.

It is with a heavy heart and deep regret I am sending you this correspondence and I can assure you having put in large sums of my own personal money to try and recover the position that everything possible was done.

Please DO NOT buy a quad bike from this company. I can't believe that many other people have exactly the same issues that we have had with this shoddy outfit. Delivery delays, containers held up at the docks, container dropped - quads damaged, issues with XLR8 logistics (their courier), when the quad turned up it was the wrong spec, wrong coulour, had parts missing from the advert listing, promise after promise about parts being sent out to rectify. To cap it all we were offered a partial refund due to delays in deliery - this has never been issued. LIES LIES LIES! Calls only ever seem to be answered (if you are lucky) by one person - ALEX COOPER - he promises the earth and delivers nothing. The online chat is only any good when they want to take your cash - if you follow up on a complaint they hang up! I have reported this trader to the following agencies and I urge anyone having the same trouble to do the same: BBC TV Watchdog, BBC TV Rogue Traders, Trading Standards and your credit card provider. If you are thinking of ordering THEN DON'T! FASTBUGGIES have clearly written the positive comments on this site to balance out the negative (but honest) ones - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Oh and by the way Alex - keep looking over your shoulder as sooner or later one of the above agencies will catch up with you, and you deserve whatever you get mate!

Received 2 tiger quads today that were ordered in aug. What a load of rubbish! They are nothing like the advert. Wrong colours delivered for a start. No fobs, no lights, no colour coded mud guards. Totally the wrong bikes! Spoke to alex and he said that colour cannot be guaranteed... whats the point in giving us the option then alex. I've got a 4yr old child who thinks he's having a red quad. Hey kid. Will black do? Do not buy from these scum bags." ALEX, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS LOAD OF CRAP PICKED UP! Ive taken pictures of what i received today, if you wish to see the crap that you could end up with, send me a message and i'll try and send you the pic. Would anyone else like to join me in contacting 'watchdog' or any other consumer complaints organisation? I've spent 400 pounds of my kids xmas money on utter crap! What am i gonna give my kids 4 xmas now ALEX!?

JUST CONTACTED "WATCHDOG" ON BEHALF OF US ALL, BUT JUST TO CONVINCE THEM TO HELP US YOU COULD EACH SUBMIT YOUR OWN STORIES. CHECK OUT THE WATCHDOG WEBSITE AND FILL IN A FORM THAT TAKES 5 MINS.
UPDATE. 6TH JAN 2010.

Ended up buying second hand quads in time 4 xmas. But i still have the crap that fastbuggies sent sitting in my shed. Not only are fastbuggies choosing not to get back to me but this site, cyberit? Are not responding to emails either? Can anyone else give me any info about cyberit please?

Like a lot of people on this page, I have been waiting since the middle of August for my childs Tiger Quad. It is now 17th Nov. I have also had the excuses of quad damaged in transit, is at customs and is with couriers however still no quad. I have just requested my money back so watch this space! FOR THE FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE - I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!

*********** 25/11/09 Just recieved my quadbike! Hooray I thought! Until I opened the packaging. 3 out of the 4 mud guards were broke, wheel colletts were missing and to top it all it isnt the quad I ordered! No lights, remote fobs, adjustable throttle etc. Absolutely disgusting and NOT an exageration!

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I WISH I HAD GONE ELSWHERE AND PAYED THE EXTRA. TRIED RINGING BUT AS USUAL THEY ARENT ANSWERING

Any one still living in hope of recieving goods please don't just try to get a refund they have with out a doubt gone pop anyone with quads on container nine this has today been sold to a french guy and is going to be re-shipped the other two containers are likely to go the same way so their is no chance despite david misfuds email saying they are still going to try and deliver the only semi honest thing that he has said is he has put lots of money in mostly ours though.
I like the way he calls him self the managing director he is in no way shape or form a director for one a company that is paid for goods in full and then lets all of these customers down and then finds himself getting lots of cancelations and having to refund then finds himself not having the req capital to purchase the remainng part of the containers and pay duty is not the actions of director.
Can i make a suggestion david in your next foray in buisness i would suggest you buy a broom and start your learnig curve in buisness again better still i am looking to fill a position in my company for a customer care junior maybe you could learn something the only problem is i do profile all my candidates and i already no with out meeting you how yours would come out. PLEASE PLEASE everyone contact your credit card company.
