My advice to everyone who has order from Fast Buggies, get in touch with Cyberbit and ask for a refund, I contacted them last week, and my refund is currently being processed and I have been told I will have it in 48 hours from today. Fast Buggies is a total waste of time, I had ordered a quad bike in November for my son's birthday, and after following up, got loads of excuses and eventually received the generic email they sent out about their deliveries. I actually offered to agree to an alternative date to receive the quad bike, as I was overseas for a month so it made no difference anymore, and they didn't even respond! Cyberbit are nice to talk to, and I was told that I was one of hundreds getting a refund, suggest everyone else do the same or you will be waiting for ages! The only thing about Cyberbit, you are best to put it in an email and the person dealing with it, is Kieran Ambrose...

I can't believe that a company, that could have done exceptionally well during a recession managed to royally screw it up and will end up closing down...

Finally gave up on wednesday and ordered elsewhere, now i just need my refund that I have been promised! I bet they won't refund as quickly as they took the cash in the first place!

Ordered a quad, been waiting for 2 months now, still un delivered! They have given me 3 delivery dates but no quad turned up. Had an email just before christmas saying i can get a refund or can wait for the quad. I choose to wait for the quad. I have now been trying to contact fastbuggies for the last month, no reply ither email or telephone. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AM YET TO RECIEVE A QUAD OR A SIMPLE YES/NO ANSWER FROM THEM!

Just to add, ordered quad in october, now end of february and nothing.

After many attempts in communication have heard nothing since december.

Please people, just don't go there, can't even get my money back now.

Been ripped of by these thieving b*****ds aswell.
CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT PEOPLE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM
Been trying to get in touch with them through e-mails and phone calls but no reply. I ordered the quad at the beggining of november and was promised delivery before christmas. Guess what, still waiting!
I have been trying to get in touch with cyberbit but have had no reply. Anyone else have any suggestions how to get my money back please let me know

Ordered our quad over 10 weeks ago, we understood there was a problem with the shipping like most of the other reviews on here. We did all the chasing to find out what was happening with our order. I have had nothing but excusses, lies and been blagged from this company. Especially from the sales manager Alex Cooper, All these good review have to be from fast buggies as I can not see anybody could possibly rate this company as good. Unable to get hold of them over the phone for our refund & still have not received it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP WE DID, PAY THE EXTRA AND SAVE THE STRESS.

Do not be taken in by these scam artists.
I ordered a mini quad for my grandson in August 09 and it has still not arrived.
The website phone number does not answer, but Alex is kind enough to send you e-mails telling you that the item has been damaged in transit or it is held up in customs, all delaying tactics.
6 e-mails later and numerous phone calls to the courier that Alex is kind enough to divulge, I decided to visit the courier, he rents an office above a reputable haulage contractor.
I was told, and shown documents relating to the container that my item was listed in, will be delivered this week I was told so long as fastbuggies pay the port charges, guess what no delivery, yet another phone call to the courier, only to be told that he advised me to look elsewhere for a quad as it looked like fastbuggies were going skint.
If you read this Alex, I invite you to deny anything I have said, call or e-mail me you have my numbers, you know that all you have given me is a load of lies, and someone that does not deliver what they promise to little children are beyond contempt.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company, please take my advice and steer well clear of them, especially if you are a grandad and have promised your granson a quad.
I have today informed my banks fraud department to investgate this company.

Hi iave had the same problems as everyone else iave been waiting on my refynd since November iave now contacted cyberbit waiting on a call from them. I was just wondering has any1 had an email from xlr8 the courier company i have had one and they saying if i pay another 100pds i can have my quad i think this could be another scam because when i phoned the number they said it was the wrong number. So just be careful

Eventually got my quads 3 and a half months late they are shat and loads of bits missing now trying to get money back, ihave bougt two quads from a chap in lincoln and he couldnt do enough for me, try go car direct and give him ago the quality is 100% on fast bugies, STAY WELL CLEAR

In brief... I cancelled my order with Fast Buggies on the 3rd December 2009 and as yet, I have not been refunded, it is now 5th January 2010 and still waiting!
When I cancelled my order they replied to advise I would receive a full refund within 14 to 30 days. I replied to their email thanking them and asked if the refund could be credited to my account as soon as possible due to financial difficulties. They responded saying they would do their best to arrange the refund swiftly.
On numerous occasions I have emailed with no reply and have tried contacting them by telephone only to get an answering service which I have left messages on asking them to call me back which they have not had the courtesy to do so.
If you are considering buying a quad bike, stay well away from FAST BUGGIES and go to a reputable dealer. Do not be sucked in by their cheap prices.
I have not given up on my refund and this week I am seeking legal advice.

Again I strongly advise you not to do business with FAST BUGGIES.

I will keep you updated on my progress.

I have has nothing but problems with this company, order a quad for my sons xmas on 13th october 2009, payment taken immediately. I recieved a delivery date of 13th November and took a day of work, no delivery, unable to contact on phone. Recieved an email giving a new delivery date of 25th november, another day of work no quad. I sent numerous emails and was constantly advised it was in the contry and it would be delivery before xmas at the latest date of 18th december. I took there word for it but recieved an email at 5pm on 17th december advising that this item would not be delivered until jan 10 now. I have never recieved my compensation for missed appointments that they agreed £30 each. I have now had to shop about and spend more money on another item to ensure delivery before xmas. I would never recommend or order for this site... uncontactable, unreliable and completely untrustworthy...

Oh my god...

Oh my god... £265 went out of account on the dec with a promise of delivering a quad bike with in 14 days of jan 2010... i am still waiting for the promised email on the 6th jan 2010. Afetr sending 13 emails and numerous messages on a answer machine. I still have no answer... i have now contacted me credit card company who have sent me the forms to recover my £265 alond with trading standards/consumer act and i shall be going to the police station as after much investagating that have found out that this company has gone bust quite a while ago hence why they were knocking off quad bikes at christmas very cheap! DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SITE... I SHALL KEEP YOU POSTED VERY VERY SOON!

These people are a scam
December 8, 2009

These people are a scam - ordered quad onthe 29th April 09 - did not receive it until end June 00 - used twice then it broke down - eventually got them to collect it on the 30th July 2009 and I am still waiting on my refund - I have decided to take the matter further - DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!

We ordered a mini quad bike for my son's birthday in October, we ordered in plenty of time so it would be there on his birthday and yet its now 5th December and STILL NO quad bike,, im very dissapointed and so is my 6yr old son, trying to explain it to him is not easy and he has got upset over this. We've been given several dates that it would be here by and still no quad, apparently problems with customs then it was in a container at Felixstow then awaiting contact from a courier?
I wouldnt order from them again:-( VERY unhappy with them.

Do not buy fom these pissants.

Ordered 2 back in September, quads never arrived. At first offered compo for late delivery, then opted for full refund after a load of excuses and missed delivery dates but never got this either. Got money back from Mastercard in the end, and just managed to get some Kazuma's by xmas eve so as not to dissapoint the kids.

Total wankers - AVOID

Its the biggest pile of dogs poo ever. I ordered a kids tigher quad in september and didnt get it till a week before xmas its was in wrong colour and loads ov bits missing. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS SITE 1 STAR

Just had a quad deliverd after 8 weeks of waiting Wrong kind Wrong colour
Cant get intough with any1 they don't reply to my emails."STAY WELL CLEAR ". Now i have to explain to my 6 year old son why Santa didnt bring what he wanted. Also they promise compensation that never arrives. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go elsewhere for you purchases as this company only wants your hard earned money and gives nothing that you ordered.

Ordered a kids tiger quad on 7th July, it arrived on the 27th Nov. Told the delays were due to quads being damaged on arrival, not up to spec, parts missing, it's now with our couriers, it's at customs, delayed at Folkstone, offered compensation for delays, you name i've heard it ALL.So was expecting the quad to be perfect, WRONG!, Definately NOT UP TO SPEC, No Lights, No remote Key Fobs, Wrong Colour, Smashed Battery Charger, WRONG QUAD. Quality looks like it came from a pound shop!
Have managed to speak to someone at Fastbuggies once, but now no-one answers the phone, seems like they know it's you calling and avoid picking up. DEFINATELY NEEDS A CALL TO TRADING STANDARDS. TOTAL LOAD OF S***, Really had my trousers pulled down on this one.

Fastbuggies is the worst thing ever, i ordered a quad fron these people in october 2009, got given 4 dates of delivery and still nothing, really bad convo on phone when i got through after about 2 months of tryin and got a load of crap saying they will refund, its now jan 2010 and still nothing, these r a scam site do not order u will nit get nothing but a low bank statement, im Egutted and my poor little girl has nothing, FAST BUGGIES IS A RIP OF SITE DO NOT ORDER, U WILL LOSE UR MONEY, THIS IS NOT THE END OF IT WITH THEM
