I guess ihave had a bad start to 2010 ordered my quad in december
Payed my money in full i can't get hold off them by phone or by
E-mail i have now reported it to the police how can these people
Do this to people it is the worst experience i have had and will not deal
With them again

Ordered Full size Quad from Alex Cooper fastbuggies sales Aug19 2009. Moneytakenfrom debit card £1119. 20. Delivery date 18th Sept. Still waiting despite numerous e; mails and broken promises and excuses. Last e; mail promises delivery 18th Dec. But today checked with courier he states "no loger dealing with fastbuggies ". Have sent details to European consumer centre as Fastbuggies head office is in Germany.sO NO QUAD NO MONEY. BAH HUMBUG!

Do not buy anything from this company. Orderd two quad bikes, told a delivery date nothing! IGNORED my phone calls & emails. Was told one bike was damaged in shipment.and only one bike would be delivered, this bike never arrived.it turned up two weeks later but was scratched stickers missing had two flat tyres, ignition barrel hanging out. This bike was not new.so was promised compensation and a replacement plus my other bike. Inever recieved any compensation or my quad bikes.so after all the hassle and excuses, asked for a refund. Was told the money had been payed out but not recieved it. TRADEING STANDARDS are now involved.and will be takeing LEGAL action. STAY WELL CLEAR.

I ORDERED MY ROAD LEGAL QUAD IN AUGUST 2009 ANDWAS GIVEN 2 DELIVERY DATES WHICH I TOOK TIME OFF WORK UNPAID WAS TOLD OF SHIPPING DELAYS/CUSTOMS ETC BUT AFTER CONTACTING FELIXSTOWE PORT AUTHORITIES THEY TOLD ME A CONTAINER TAKES ABOUT 24 HRS TO CLEAR CUSTOMS I WAS OFFERED £150 POUNDS BACK WHEN I GET MY QUAD NO ONE IS ANSWERING EMAILS OR PHONE ITS NOW 30. 12. 09 NO QUAD YET BUT HAVE FOUND OUT AN ADDRESS FOR FASTBUGGIES SO IM GOING TO GIVE MR ALEX COOPER A VISIT VERY SOON WILL UPDATE WHEN I GET RESULT

We ordered our quad begining of June, it was delivered nearly 3 months later with only 1 wheel. I have sent numerous emails and rung them only to be promised the world and nothing ever happen. They then promised me pre xmas delivery but didn't honour that either so i had a very upset 4 year old on christmas day. I would AVOID this company at all costs, it may be cheaper but not worth all the hassle you get, the customer service is appalling and overall they are a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company.

I ordered a quad on the 10th of june and waited fo 5 months being told a pack of lies, damaged quad, container held by customs twice, not enough quads imported, quad not to satisfactory standards... need I go on. After hours of sitting listening to a phone ringing an endless unanswered e-mails, I threw the towel in a demanded a full refund. I was told this would take 5 to 14 days it has now nearly a month and NO MONEY, I have been told it's my banks fault they have done their bit to refund my money, I have no got the fraud squad involve and trading standards. DO NOT BUY ANyTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, DON'T STAND FOR THE LIES... I will keep you posted

I ordered two bikes in September. The Master Quad arrived in October and this fell apart, the brakes don't work properly, the back wheels fell off, The suspension arm snapped, the airfilter blew fell of and was lost. The Exhust has blown and the battery doesn't hold it's charge. It came in the wrong colour and was meant to be assembled as wasn't. Despite my many attempts to get this fixed as a matter of urgency, it is now DECEMBER and nobody will take my call, return my emails. I was meant to have had the Childs Quad delivered Monday and the other bike collected but as I antcipated, there was no delivery! It was agreed for us to pay for the bike when we were happy - Who would be happy with this level of service?

Has everyone seen the slowbuggies website.no longer up saying that they are no long taking orders and are concentrating on delivering outstanding orders. Does anyone know when this went up? Im going to cut fast buggies some slack here having seen this forum and seen the negative comments i did get a little worried but i said I would give them the chance. I called them up and they explained yes they had alot of late bikes but this wasn't their fault and they were doing their best. I was called on Friday by a courir firm telling me i would get my bike during this week. Today it was delivered and before commenting i said i would ride the thing. Its to excuse my language ******* incredible so well made the model i have is a 125 dirt bike. I don't post on forums like this normally i just think its **** they are getting crap posted about them. So in BIG CAPITALS THIS IS NOT A SCAM you probably will get your bike and if its anything like mine you will love it. If you listen to the negative comments you will just loose out.

I ordered a quad bike for my christmas for my girl on 8th november and was advised by fast buggies that i would receive it before xmas, they gave me a delivery date of 3rd or 4th of December. On the 3rd of december i received an email saying that my order had arrived in felixstowe and was waitng to clear customs which should be in the next 12 days, on the 17th December i received an email from David Misfud (managing director) spouting a load of rubbish about how sorry he was about my order (bog standard letter to everyone who has not received their order) and that i would receive his full contact details in the next 10 days. Not heard nothing and now 20th Jan, no order no contact details and there are not answering phone or emails.

Dont buy anything they are a scam. I ordered a quad in may 09 they gave me one excuse after another for not supplying the quad. I asked for a refund in Oct 09 I am still waiting even though they have said they did it in Nov 09 my credit card are looking into the situation. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AVOID FAST BUGGIES LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Received my refund receipt yesterday detailing the refunded transaction through the payment processor and the money has now been credited back in to my card.

Waited since mid september for delivery of Quad, lots of excuses, eg damaged so can`t deliver and container held at customs and still no delivery. Contacting Card fraud squad and Trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM FASTBUGGIES. SCAM. RIP OFF
Fast buggies took my order in october and suggested 3 weeks delivery, then after numerous emails advised definite delivery by 18dec! Now the 22dec, they won't answer emails, wont answer phones and im left looking for my sons xmas present with 2 days to go after thinking i had ordered it 9 weeks in advance! Shocking bad company and i can only hope my credit card company can recoup my cash.

I ordered from Fast buggies and got all the same emails as most other people who have commented on this site. Then nothing, having read reviews i contacted Cyberpit on the following link http://www.cyberbit.eu/callme.php. They credited my credit card account with a full refund in less than 2 days. I wasprepared to give Fst Bggies a chance but no communication and veryones reviews made my act fast and i am so glad i did as the bad reviews increase on a daily basis.

Take my advice and do the same
