I ordered two bikes in September. The Master Quad arrived in October and this fell apart, the brakes don't work properly, the back wheels fell off, The suspension arm snapped, the airfilter blew fell of and was lost. The Exhust has blown and the battery doesn't hold it's charge. It came in the wrong colour and was meant to be assembled as wasn't. Despite my many attempts to get this fixed as a matter of urgency, it is now DECEMBER and nobody will take my call, return my emails. I was meant to have had the Childs Quad delivered Monday and the other bike collected but as I antcipated, there was no delivery! It was agreed for us to pay for the bike when we were happy - Who would be happy with this level of service?
