Well just getting off the phone to cyberbit and iam getting refunded im so god dam please hope all yous can get the same good luck

Contact your bank immediately and let them know you have paid for goods that have not been delivered. If you used a credit card all the better. Find out if you paid on line who your merchant was and contact them too. Don't be put off keep pressing them for your refund.

I have been waiting 3 months for my quad ne suggestions wot to do.

Anyone waiting for a refund since the company went bust? I cant get my money back through cyberbit as they were not the processor a differet firm were ive tried contacting the people who were but with no luck. Ive been waiting now since august 2009 for my efund looks like ive lost it fastbuggies are not replying to anything i send them now

I am yet another poor sod that has been ripped off buy these FUKWITS took my money in November and have not heard from them since hope they rot in hell!

I got a reply from cyberbit today saying that

HI Graeme,
Yes we can help with that, I have your order in our system.
Refund might take up to two weeks.

I also have still not heard anything from either fastbuggies or Cyberbit. I have contacted my bank fraud team and now i'm in the middle of writing to Watchdog, so fingers crossed we'll get something rolling and hopefully get my money back. I'll keep you informed.

This is the best way to approach the situation when you have a problem with any online purchases, “only if the owner of the Website fails to respond to your questions or fails to respond to your concerns.”

You need to send an email to abuse@parkserve.com outlining what the problem is, parkserve.com are the Website Hosting Provider, they have an obligation to help resolve the situation, since they supply the Website owners server space to convey their services to you over the internet! They can withdraw their hosting service from fastbuggies.co.uk

I was instrumental in getting the goutresource.com Website shut down, they were taking double payment from credit cards for goods and not delivering the product.

Or if you paid by Credit Card contact your Credit Card provider and report them for non-delivery of goods paid for over the Internet.

Give it a try, you have nothing to loose and a lot to gain, I hope you can resolve the problem!

So glad most of u got ur stuff ive been waiting 4 months now and still nothing, i think ive been ripped of big time, no refund no quad, im gutted

If anyone has ordered anything off these idiots contact cyberbit.eu straight away and get your money back. Tell them you will take the matter to trading standards and they will contact you. I waited 3 months for a 110cc quad and fastbollocks just ignored all e-mails and phone calls. Got sick in the end and got my money back
