February 10, 2010

DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE EVER, unless you like giving away your cash for nothing but false promises, disappointment and a disappearing act!

I ordered a blue childs tiger quad on the 10th of October 2009, thought it was a good price and also thought I was ordering in plenty time for a christmas present for my little boy.
By the 30th of November I was a wee bit concerned that the quad hadn't arrived or no contact had been made by fast buggies to inform me of any problems, so after dozens of attempts at phoning the contact number on the web site I finally managed to get someone to pick up the phone and was informed that he was sales not deliveries and I should contact them by email. On the 2nd of December I was finally emailed back and told not to worry, they have had problems with customs, it was being sorted, but I could have a refund if I could no longer wait. I decided to wait as they seemed confident on pre christmas delivery.
On the 11th of December I emailed deliveries for an update and was told to expect a delivery no later than 18th Dec, and "Do not worry despite the delays you shall not be let down as Pre Christmas delivery is guaranteed".
On the 21st Dec I emailed deliveries asking for an update... no reply.
On the 24th Dec I emailed deliveries asking for a full refund... no reply.
On 16th Jan 2010, I emailed deliveries and sales asking to be contacted by email or telephone as I was not only concerned for my own money but also the fact that they are stealing money from everybody else who is stupid enough to believe that they are a legitimate company.
It is now 11th of Feb. 2010, 5 months since I ordered what I thought looked like a good buy, I would have been better off joining my son and writting a letter to Santa.
Again, don't be fooled by the good web site, fast buggies are only interested in stealing your money and not delivering on promises or goods, they should be called 'pull-a-fast-one-buggies'.

February 8, 2010

NEVER ORDER OFF FAST BUGGIES THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CON ARTISTS I HAVE EVA DEALT WITH. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIEFT BECAUSE THAT IS WOT IT IS!
I ordered a quad for my little boy and paid just under 400 pounds in september 2009, i was told that i would recieve it in 28 days.
28 days came and went and no sign of the quad so i contacted fast buggies and they informed me that they were having delivery trouble and that they would defently have it out to me by christmas as it was my little boys main present.
December came and fast buggies had not even contacted me i had to phone them off different numbers and pretend to be a new customer for them to even contact myself regarding this issue.
After alot of perserverance they finally emailed me late december saying that they could not get the buggie to me and that they would be refunding me and everyone else within the next 30 days.

30 days came and went and you guessed NO REFUND i tried to contact fast buggies but all the phones are now cut off and the live chat is no longer up and running

They have not tried to contact me at all even though i have contacted them ova 120 times
I could not afford to pay for another quad so my little boy was very dissapointed

I JUST HOPE FAST BUGGIES ARE HAPPY WITH THERE SELVES STEALING OFF THE WORKING CLASS BRITISH CITIZENS

IF I DONT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM IN THE NEXT 14 DAYS I WILL BE CONTACTING THE POLICE AND GOING TO A SOLICITOR

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY OFF THESES THIEVES

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
January 24, 2010

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT OR GIVE YOU A REFUND.

7th November 2009 - Ordered Blue 50cc Mini Dirt Bike for my 6 year olds Christmas.
8th November - Payment taken from my account (told i would be emailed within 7 days to confirm delivery date)
9th November - Recieved an email with a delivery date of 4th December
3rd December (day before delivery) - Recieved an email saying that my order was in the uk waiting to be cleared through Felixtowe Port so delivery would not take place as planned. All items will be cleared over the next 12 days and will be sent out straight away to allow plenty of time for Xmas.
16th December - Email stating - We expect your order is to be delivered to your address no later then 18th December we shall keep you updated on any progress and confirm the delivery 48 hours before it arrive to your address. Do not worry despite the delays you shall not be let down as Pre Christmas delivery is guaranteed.
17th December - Recieved an email saying that I would not be recieving the bike in time for Christmas. It also stated that because they were breaking the terms of sale that trading authorities had told them that they must provide a full refund or a written delivery confirmation. I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED EITHER. Also the email said I would recieve a letter with his full German contact details within 10 days. Another lie!.
On the email sent to me on the 17th Dec it said that if i did not reply then he would take it that I wanted a refund and it would take place within 30 days.
IT IS NOW THE 24TH JAN AND I HAVE NO CONTACT AT ALL FROM THE COMPANY AND NO REFUND. THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY OF THE NUMEROUS EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT THEM. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND REPORTING THE COMPANY TO WATCHDOG.

January 7, 2010

Well, I only have my own tale of woe to add to the catalogue on here. To those who have had a good experience, I'm pleased for you, but in response to one reviewer I would challenge there have been more good than bad. Watchdog know these guys well and so do the police. That says to me it's more bad than good. This tale takes a while to read through, but you will be able to see in detail how unbelievable they have been in their inefficiency and non existent customer service and total failure to keep their promises.

I believe they are now in administration and are being looked into by the police, so anyone who has got an outstanding order out there, get your money back via the Cyberbit link.

The story begins on the 21st May 2009 when I ordered 1 x OFF ROAD 250CC QUAD SPORT, 1 X QUAD MIDI SPORT 110CC from Fastbuggies I paid nearly £1,000 for these two on the same day via electronic transaction over the web with a Visa Debit Card.

On the 24th May they explained I would be e-mailed by their deliveries department in 4 days with delivery details. Delivery was then promised on the 19th June via an e-mail on the 26th May. So far, pretty efficient.

HOWEVER, delivery did not come on the 19th of June and it was only when I e-mailed on the 18th June to ask when it was coming that they responded to me (They had said I would get an e-mail from the deliveries dept 24 - 48hrs prior to delivery which I didn't get) telling me the following:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Many thanks for your patience, we must inform you that your item was
Damaged at one of the German Depots as such preventing the final dispatch, we can only apologies for the late reply and any inconvenience this may have caused as we were only made aware of the problem today.

Our supplier is now releasing the 2009 version of your 250cc Quad.As such we have several options for you below.

1) To supply you with the new 2009 model of the which we will be selling at 15% more then the current prices but will deliver to you at no extra cost
2) Provide you with compensation of £100.00 for the delay

The new 2009 models have higher performance engine, alloy wheels, new sport exhaust and race cdi as standard. A realistic delivery date for this model will be 18th July, we understand you have been very patient till this point and this is an extremely long wait however we hope this upgrade and compensation will persuade you enough to continue with your order however if not we will cancel your order and refund your full payment.

I see they have used this excuse before with a number of other people...

I responded on the 19th June:

I have to say this is pretty poor service and am doubly frustrated as I have had to explain to my son he won't be getting his birthday present tomorrow. Call me a cynic, but it looks to me as though your order for the 2008 machines fell on deaf ears and your supplier has let you down rather than some damage happening in Germany. You are now being told that only 2009 machines will ship. So...

If I understand rightly, I can get the 2009 model for no additional cost to me, but delivery is going to be 18th July - which is a Saturday... do you deliver on a Saturday?

I am concerned now that I will get my quads. Put yourself in my shoes and you will see I am faced with another approx. 4 week wait with no guarantees I will get my quads even then. What guarantees can you give me that this will be the last delay? I hear talk of a number of suspect sites selling quads and it took me a while to take the plunge so you can appreciate my nervousness.

Before I commit, I need some reassurances/guarantees. Please get back to me on this basis.

Tobin

They responded on 22nd June as follows:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Many Thanks for your e-mail, While we understand your concern this is really the case we really apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused, however we can have the 2009 model of the quad delivered by 18th July. Of course we can understand you cynicism as you have already waited patiently however we did not want to provide you with a non realistic date and not meet it, if you are concerned in any way that the Item may not turn up we can of course refund your full payment if you prefer. We do not want you to feel uneasy in any way sir and whilst we apologies for the delay should you choose to proceed with your order we shall keep you well updated and have this replacement 2009 quad with you by the 18th of next month as stated.

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

On 22nd June I accepted their offer of 2009 models for delivery on 18th July and they responded:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Many Thanks for your e-mail, Although these issues have been out of our
Hands we take full responsibility for all our customers and such we must
Apologies to you for these issues, we do not expect any further delays, we
Shall keep you well updated on this re-delivery to be with you with you
By 18th July. Further for this delay £100.00 will be rebated back
To the original card used for purchase as agreed compensation. We shall keep you up to date
On this redelivery both 2009 models to be with you 18th July.

Many Thanks
Delivery Department
www.fastbuggies.co.uk

On the 6th July they confirmed this:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

We must apologies for the time you have waited and thank you for your patience, we have been awaiting the consignment containing your replacement Item. It has been confirmed that it will be arriving in to the UK 15th July upon its arrival you will be contacted to provide you with an exact delivery date. We will continue to chase this up until the product is with you a however in consideration of your wait if at any point you prefer a refund we will do so.

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

I checked with them on the 15th July whether we were on for the delivery and I got this response on the 16th:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

After speaking to a Manager re this case as it has gone on far too long and we are still having problems with the delivery of these Items. It is not acceptable that we have had your payment for this long and you have seen nothing in return. The length of time this order has taken is not in accordance with our usual high standards and as such my Manager has recommended we refund you in full so you have your money and we will still follow up with the delivery, when the Item is ready at our Depot for a next day delivery we will contact you again to see if you still require the product and only take the funds again after the Item is in your possession. We realise this is very disappointing considering the length of time you have already waited but the problems causing the delays are external factors out of our control and it is not fair on you not to have exact information which we are not in a position to provide. Once again our sincere apologies.

Kind Regards
Fastbuggies

After a break whilst I regained my composure, as I was very angry at this stage and didn't want to say something I regretted, I responded thus on the 15th August:

Well... my response was first curtailed because I was so frustrated but I did not think it fair to let loose my anger on you, Then I have been so busy it has gone of my mind... BUT now I need an update.

I appreciate you offering to refund my money and I have had a look around on other sites, but the quads you are offering look the best to me, so for the moment I will be sticking with you. I would rather you keep my money on the pretext that you can deliver within a months time. If not I will take the refund and go elsewhere. So deadline for me is September 18th. Let me know if you can achieve this.

Is it an issue of minimum order quantities you need to meet and you haven't got them yet, be honest, what is the problem...

Tobin

They responded on the 17th August:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Thank you for your e-mail. We apologies for this situation sir we realise you have been very patient we thought to return your funds was the best option in consideration of your wait. However if you are willing to wait we can ofcourse provide these products you have ordered. They can be with you in 2-3 weeks Sir. As requested we have held your order and will be delivering as requested. We shall keep you informed and updated on these quad deliveries.

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

They then confirmed a delivery date of the 18th - 21st September and I agreed to proceed. On the 16th September I checked with them on the delivery. They responded on the 16th:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Please note the consignment containing your delayed Items will be arriving at our Depot in exactly 5 days sir. Further to the arrival of this new stock consignment you have been put on eth top of the delivery list and will be contacted direct by the couriers towards the end of next week to finally arrange the delivery to your address sir.

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

I asked again on the 21st Sept on the status and also on the wherabouts of my £100 rebate. They responded on 21st:

You items are definitely on the consignment list for the container due to be arriving now on the 24th. The couriers will contact you as soon as the consignment reaches the depot in order to arrange delivery at a suitable time.

Many Thanks

Delivery Department

Fast Buggies

I checked again on the 24th to be told that they would call me on the monday 28th and confirm delivery. I chased again on the 28th and they gave me the name and telephone number of XLR8 Logistics and told me to contact them direct to organise delivery. When I called on the 1st Oct they told me that the quads were still coming through customs and I should call on the 5th October to get an update. Fastbuggies also told me in an e-mail on the 2nd that XLR8 would call me on Monday. The 5th Oct came and Fastbuggies sent me an e-mail on that day telling me XLR8 would be calling me... but they didn't. I again asked for my £100 rebate. They told me this would be rebated once I had signed for the quads. I spoke to XLR8 on the 6th Oct and they told me the container was still going through customs and I should ring on 8th October. Fastbuggies e-mailed back on the 6th to say the container had cleared customs and would be at XLR8 in the next 2 days. Various phone calls took place with XLR8 whereby they told me the 110cc would be delivered on Friday 16th at approx 11am. It wasn't so I called and Richard at XLR8 was surprised and said he would call me back to let me know what had happened. He didn't so I had to chase him later on the same day. He said it would be re delivered on the Monday. It wasn't. Tuesday the 20th October came and still no delivery with more excuses coming from XLR8. The story this time was that Fastbuggies had told him he couldn't deliver my quad as it was earmarked for someone else and he, Richard at XLR8, shouldn't have told me I could have it.

On the 28th of October I had this:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

We will get the 110cc ordered dispatched with in teh next 48 hours sir. The 250 ordered will be sent direct to your address upon the clearing of the container containing these large quads. Although you may of lost faith please be ensured you will receive your items ordered.

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

They told me that Richard from XLR8 would be contacting me on the Monday 2nd Nov to arrange delivery. He didn't so I emailed again on the day and Fastbuggies said they would chase him up on the 4th and make sure he did. He didn't call on the 4th, so on the 5th I chased again. I got this response:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

The Delivery has been arranged as agreed the courier details are below they should be calling you by Monday but you can ref your order with them tomorrow if you wish sir
Courier delivering your order are called XLR8 Logistics

Kind Regards
Delivery Department
Fastbuggies

Another week gone and more excuses and passing the buck. On the 6th I get this:

Dear Mr. Sinclair

Your 110cc quad will be delivered next week as agreed and the consignment containing your larger quad will be at our Depot in 8 days we will be arranging the swiftest delivery of both sir.

Kind Regards
Fastbuggies

So that was w/c 9th November I should have had my 110cc quad, but nothing and no-one called me or e-mailed me to check it was on schedule or arrange a delivery time. I didn't chase to just see if anyone did.

More correspondence, lies etc. etc. Followed until on 9th December in the morning the 110cc Quad arrived. That weekend we started it up and had a whizz round the garden for about half an hour. Since then it has failed to start. We have bought a new battery but no joy and as I write on 7th January I am trying a new electronic brain for the ignition. If this doesn't work I will be taking it to a Motorbike shop to see if they can work it out.

My 250cc Quad has not arrived and no-one is talking to me. I understand now they have gone into administration and the police are investigating. So I'm off to get my money back.

It really depresses me that a company can get themselves into so much of a mess and cause so much carnage and not pay for it.

As everyone else has said, be careful. If it starts to look too good to be true or the responses you get don't stack up try and walk away as soon as possible.

What a complete bunch of robbers these people are
January 4, 2010

What a complete bunch of robbers these people are. Ordered 2 quads in October, had 3 delivery dates, even contacted thier delivery company(XLR8 Logistics). Found out that they had one of my quads ready for delivery, and agreed to wait for a few days so they could deliver both quads together. When i checked on this i was told that Fastbuggies had collected all quads from his warehouse and that he was recieving huge amounts of complaints about Fastbuggies- He advised me to contact Fastbuggies as he wanted nothing to do with them and their lies about delivery. He told me that there was the possibility of quads being in a container at the port but Fastbuggies couldnt pay the customs so they may never be released- therefore i may never get my quads.
At least he was honest enough to say what had happened and wanted to distance himself from Fastbuggies.
Unlike Fastbuggies- they have lied about delivery- sold my quads on to someone else, and failed to answer any of my now 42 phonecalls, 14 e-mails, and unstaffed live chat service.
My advice to all-- STAY WELL CLEAR, TELL EVERYONE HOW BAD THEY ARE, ADVISE TRADING STANDARDS, WATCHDOG AND ALL OTHER CONSUMER ADVISE ORGANISATIONS.
My advice to Fastbuggies- Alex Cooper and David Misfud- have the guts to admit you have gone bankrupt- stop the persistant lies- honour the sales you have made or ensure people get their money back, and stop taking peoples money when you do not have the knowledge, or business sense to honour the sale.

I spend lots of time travelling England and Europe, and lived in Germany for 8 years, So i am in agreement with RUSSEL B- you both can expect a visit from me and many other disgruntled customers

December 17, 2009

I have today had to contact consumer direct (******* *******) to report "fastbuggies.co.uk" for taking my money and failing to deliver a childs quad. I paid via visa debit card on the 11 November 09 and have had a few delivery dates - non of which they kept. I have had fob off emails and today have found that it is now immpossible to contact them as their web site is down and the phone number rings out. It was obvious that consumer direct, part of trading standards, are well aware of the company, because of what they said to me - (however could not confirm that due to data protection!) I am sure anyone who has also been ripped off by this company would have no objection to consumer direct confirming "yes they had other reports of this company". My advice is to contact your bank or card issuer and get a charge back initiated to retrieve your money. Children will be relying on this comapny and will be dissapointed on christmas morning - dispicable!

UPDATE TONIGHT JUST RECIVED THIS EMAIL

Dear C Draper;

My Name is David Misfud and I am the owner and managing Director of Fast buggies, as you are aware we have had some serious problems over the last 3 months in terms of delivery. These delays were caused by shipments arriving very late which in turn caused mass cancellations and coupled with the economic climate had led to an unrecoverable position.

During the course of this year we delivered successfully 7 containers load of bikes approx ( 1000) and our problems are focused only on the 2 late containers. It was not our intention to cause you any problems and up till today we are trying all options in order deliver these remaining items.

We have stopped taking any new orders as we feel although more containers were due in January it was only right to focus on these late orders.

As advised by trading authorities in a situation like this in which we have broken the contract by not being able to deliver within the agreed contract period we must either come up with a written delivery agreement or a refund.

We are unable to deliver in time for Christmas and as such it is assumed should you NOT reply to this e-mail that you wish to have a full refund.

Over the next 10 days all customers will be receiving a letter in the post from myself confirming the above situation and also containing my full German contact details and address with a free post return envelope so you can confirm in writing once you have received your refund which will take place in the next 30 days.

It is with a heavy heart and deep regret I am sending you this correspondence and I can assure you having put in large sums of my own personal money to try and recover the position that everything possible was done.

With thanks
David Misfud

UPDATE 19/12/09
I emailed *******@cyberbit.eu on Thursday explaining I had paid for a quad on the 11 November and not received it... it is a call back service and on Friday someone from "cyberbit" phoned me back. I had to confirm my address and they had sales details including my card details... I explained I had been fobbed off with emails, ie its stuck at customs in Felixstowe bla bla. They said they would authorise a full refund immediately and it will be in my bank Monday (due to the weekend). Its a German "thing" not sure who cyberbit are but if I get my money back - who cares. They work on behalf of "no-buggies" and they claim the money back off them, from what I gather. Maybe they are some sort of German "administrators". I urge anyone in the same situation to contact them at once.

I placed an orde for a black XT 650 in February 2009,...
December 16, 2009

I placed an orde for a black XT 650 in February 2009, was informed on confirmation of order that i would receive confirmation of delivery within 48hrs, no responce after a week recontacted fast buggies and was then advised approx 6weeks.
After 5 weeks of chasing updates was advised that the buggy had been damaged at port and that a compensation of £150.00 would be given and they would now fast track another.
After several weeks again chasing and unfullfilled promises i was then e-mailed advising that due to the delays in supplying and delivering they had cancelled the order and arranged for my funds to be refunded, i was annoyed that they had refunded my payment without contacting me verbally and explaining why.
I was advised eventually that they would re-contact me to re-purchase when this buggy was available for emmediate delivery.
Again after several weeks of contact via phone calls and emails we received a call from Alex asking if we still wanted a XT650 has it was now available for delivery.
Again payment was arranged minus the £150 compensation which sort of put my confidence in dealing with this company as they had previously refinded and kept the promise as regards the compensation.
4 weeks ago was advised that the Buggie was due in at felixstowe late one friday evening and would have to be scanned via customs and was issued with the contact no for XRL8 (Couriers) whom they said would be able to address any delivery queries.
After several daily contacts with XRL8 i was being informed that they wa still awaiting confirmation of shipment, eventually i was advised by XRL8 that the Buggie was due in 3 weeks ago and issued with ship name.
Called the port who could not identify thde ship named.
Again called Fast Buggies and was now informed that the shipment and container had arrived and awiting clearing by customs and had arranged for the necessary payment import duites and VAT to be paid and would be a further week before it would be released.
2 weeks ago contacted fastbuggies and XRL8 asking for updates and then told that item had been cleared and the necessary duties had been paid and now just waiting for release of item via China.
Since the last e-mail 2 weeks ago we have sent various e-mails and tried to contact fast buggies by phone, left various messages on answerphone requesting action and todate still not had any communication.
Today i have called XRl8 who have advised that they will no longer deal with fast buggies as they have been messed about that much are inundated with delivery enquiries relating to fast buggies.
I have revisted one of there websites which is still permitting advanced orders to be taken and on another website the message as follows has been placed:

Dear all customers

Fastbuggies is no longer taking any new orders. Due to delays on our shipments Fastbuggies will now concentrate on completing all outstanding orders
By delivering or refunding the payment made. If you have an outstanding order you will be e-mailed in the next 4 days with full details of either the delivery or the refund.

Thank you for visiting Fastbuggies

David Misfud

Fastbuggies
Managing Director
Germany

Very dissatisfied customer and very let down by the total shambles of this company and the lies they have been telling.
Also on the website in which the above notice has been placed why has David Misfud (Manging Director) of fast buggies not issued is details of contact.

Not a bad earner in taking orders, banking money, not delivering items and then refunding, very easy way to gain interest at everybody else's expence

As website advises all previous orders delivery will be arranged or refunded within next 4 days - if not then will submit claim.

Would not have been a bad company if they had been honest throught.

AVOID - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Since my posting and the statement on fastbuggies webpage which advised the the managing director would contact by e-mail - I have had no e-mail nor any letter from this company or director.

I keep on sending e-mails and leaving messages on the companies so called voice mail and yet again still no responce.
Looking very doubtfull that this company will honour it's comments as regards informing all customers.
This company should not have taken orders forn items that they cannot supply in the time frame issued.

As some reports show that some customers have had a responce from this so called director it makes one think these are not genuine.
I aint bothered about this David? Who has allegedly put money into company to attempt to complete all orders and if the company had been properly managed then nobody would be in the position they are in.

What is your bets that nobody gets the letter and contact details for this guy as i feel we will all be left to hang out and dry.

If i do not get any responce from this David, withijn the 10 day time frame (Only 4 days left) will start legal proceedings

29/12/09
Called XRL8 (Couriers) and spoke to Richard to check if he had any update and the ststus of any further buggies and have now been told that the container my buggy was in has now been sold to a French Guy.

Now in process of seeking legal advise - how can this company sell an item i have paid for to someone else - This is simply FRAUD

Searching through other peoples comments i have sent e-mails to the following addresses asking what the hell is going on.
*******@live.co.uk or *******@live.co.uk

Not expecting a reply but thought i would try, have notified trading standards etc which everybody who have been conned by this website and managers should also do - one can only hope that we meet these B******* who are disgrace to the human society and kick the F*** out of em

"SLOWBUGGIES" "NO-BUGGIES"
December 11, 2009

"SLOWBUGGIES" "NO-BUGGIES"

SCAMMING LYING THIEVING FRAUDSTERS! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

GO TO http://www.cyberbit.eu/callme.php NOW FOR YOUR OVERDUE REFUND!

IF YOU HAVE NOT CANCELLED YOUR ORDER YET, DO SO NOW, YOU WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR EVER ON YOUR PRODUCT AND IT WILL PROBABLY NEVER ARRIVE, AND IF IT DOES, IT'LL BE THE WRONG ONE OR IT'LL BE CRAP ANYWAY.

Had my worst ever online shopping experience with this joke of a "company".
As they've done to everyone else, they quoted 2 week delivery time, then when I handed over my hard earned cash they changed this to 2 MONTHS waiting time!
As expected, EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS, no delivery took place! They said it would be another 7 days, then 14 days and still the bike never arrived. They told constant lies about it being stuck at customs, with the courier etc etc. They also offered a part refund which never happened either, surprise! Surprise!
After about 4/5 broken promises I decided to opt for the full refund they kept offering via email, if i felt i couldnt wait any longer.
They said the refund would take 7-14 days, but surprise surprise it didn't happen.

The good news is that I got my money back today! But to do this i had to contact CYBERBIT (LINK IS ABOVE), the company who process their online card payments, they were great! I left a message on their website for them to call me and they did so the next day, and they had my money back in my account in around 48 hours. THIS WAS 23 DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED THE REFUND AND CYBERBIT TOLD ME THAT FASTBUGGIES HAD MADE NO ATTEMPT TO ISSUE A REFUND!

SO IF YOU ARE OVERDUE A REFUND FROM FASTBUGGIES, HERE'S MY ADVICE:

1. CONTACT CYBERBIT ON THE LINK ABOVE,(they will process the refund)
2. CONTACT YOUR BANK'S FRAUD TEAM
3 CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS
4 CONTACT BBC WATCHDOG
5 POST A REVIEW ON HERE TO STOP EVERYONE ELSE FROM LINING THE POCKETS OF THESE W***ERS.

I recommend that everyone who is waiting on Xmas deliveries to put your refund request in now and sort something else out for your kids, no way would i put my faith in this awful company.

I don't think this company are based in the UK, there is no UK address listed on their website. THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL PROPERLY ON THE EMAILS THEY SEND.

They rarely answer the phone and when they do, it's a very poor line as if they are abroad!

Also, I thought you might be interested that I found out a few things about this company from a reliable source:

1, They have over 100 complaints to Trading Standards in the UK.
2, They are not paying VAT and are being investigated by the Police.
3, Their German address listed on their website doesn't exist.
