We too have been let down by the tossers at fastbuggies.We ordered our son a tiger quad bike on Friday 13th of December after speaking online on thier live chat we even managed to speak to someone on the phone who told us he had exactly what we wanted! We were given a delivery date of 11th December and that they would give us 24 to 48 hours notice, they never got in touch until the the night before saying delivery had been delayed due to customs and promised we would have by 18th, today. Yes you've all guessed, it didn't arrive. I started getting worried mid week when they didn't contact us, the phone just went straight into answer machine and no one would speak on the live chat. Then last night I found this web site I couldn't believe what I was reading the bastards have ripped us all off, they must have put the positive comments on themselves. I emailed them and told them I was cancelling my order and wanted a full refund. Suprise, suprise we got an email straight back from David with some excuse about late shipping etc and that there would be no deliveries to anyone before Christmas offering a full refund within 30 days as long as we didn't reply to his email? They are lying cheating scumbags who have ruined alot of peoples Christmas's. Well done fastbuggies!
UPDATE 27. 12. 09 We contacted cyberbit, who took the money on behalf of fastbuggies, via email, they then rang us back very quickly; my husband explained what had happened and they told us we would have a full refund within 48 hours back into our account, and true to their word it was. Anyone worried about their money should contact them.
