I placed an order on 12/7 and it is still processing! What I don't seem to understand is the fact that FashionMia waste no time deducting funds from one's account but I have to wait eons just to get my order! And let me not even start on the poor way to contact them... they have a number based on China (I don't know about you but my phone is not calling to China!) and on top of that when you email them, it takes forever to recieve a response. I wish I would've found this site sooner... thanks to FashionMia this will be two less gifts that will be given on Christmas Day.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. I placed an order two weeks ago and decided to cancel the whole thing within a few days. First of all, there's the 15% cancelation fee, which doesn't make any sense if nothing has been shipped yet. Second of all, they gave me some nonsense about how 4 of my items were "ready" to ship if I still wanted them and I could get a refund for the rest. (I've seen from the reviews that other people have said the same--it seems that's the company's standard response whenever anyone wants to cancel an order, to keep them on the hook longer.) When I told them I just wanted to cancel the whole thing, they stopped responding to my emails. This was ten days ago. I've also noticed that all of their responses to people's complaints on this website are worded exactly the same way as their individual responses to me, which makes me wonder if the whole thing is being done through bots.
One good thing, though: if you paid through PayPal, you can get the whole thing refunded. I just called them and they said if FashionMia doesn't respond to *their* query by January 1st, then PayPal will credit the whole thing back to me. They also mentioned that if a number of people complain about a business like this to them, they will limit the transactions the business can do through PayPal. So if you went through PayPal and you're either still waiting for shipment or refund, give them a call. They, at least, will answer.
I order in December 7th and my order still showing processing. I contact the merchant and had a message telling me that they received to many orders and for the moment 4 of my items are ready, which seems to be the same answer that most of the clients are receiving. After that, no other new or answer to my question. I`m working for a bank, I thing that I will contact our merchant dispute service to advise them about what seems to be a scam. Also, the answer saying that the telephone number is available on the contact page is false. With the policy regarding the 15% fee if you want to cancel an order after 24h when the merchant can't respect his own rule and delay is a perfect case for the consumer protection office.
I still haven't received my order. Payment came out immediately!

I keep giving this company reviews because I want to get the message out there. This company advertises a high "Market Price" on their site and display photos of dresses from MODCLOTH and other reputable sites. You order. Immediately they take your money and then send your order to one of their manufacturers in CHINA. Eventually you get (maybe) your order which is a poor copy, in substandard fabric that most likely doesn't fit. Especially beware you plus sized ladies because cheap fabrics will never look good on us.
The dress I received (1 of 3 that I ordered) I eventually found on MODCLOTH.
I wish the USA authorities would be more vigilant about investigating companies like this.
Don't order here because most likely the quality of of what you order will be poor quality like the 2 items I just received. The dress looks cheap only resembles the dress I saw on the website as if someone over there is making imitation of the item and the black "trench coat" is a very THIN material see-through which should not be call a coat at all let alone a "trenchcoat", it said the material is "blended"? Looks like a nylon material. I can't use the items since they fit my daughter poorly. The sizes came smaller than ones usual size. Don't Do it; this company must be 80% scam!

I placed an order for $250 for several items. Shame i did not read this review before. Got my first item a months later! Garments were coming in small packages. Half of items were not suitable for wear. On the pictures they look great but in fact they absolutely different in quality. Most of the garments are not matching their size chart. One garment was damaged. Another garment was faulty: sides of the dress stitched wrongly, pockets on different levels at different angle and it was straight like a sack, though described ad bodycon. The third garment was similar but a different model $7 cheaper, etc... When i asked to refund they asked to take pictures of damage and place them on their website dispute page. You need to figure out first how it all works! Totally i spent on resolutions about 5 hours of my working time. The refund they owe me is $99 excluding postage, which was $50, which i paid for delivering me clothes i can wear. Bit i cannot wear it, so this is not fair that they are not returning the postage payment. In fact the offered me refund only $43 instead of $99. I have not claimed it yet as looking for ombudsman or any complain authority to actually banned them from UK market. STAY AWAY!

I called that phone number on the site and I called the number on my bill and I tell you PayPals gave my back my MONEY! I am MAD AS HELL. I waited for weeks for anything to happed, since NOVEMBER! I got my money back Jan 31. I would advise anybody who ordered from this company if you have not received your order within the 3 to 5 business days request YOUR REFUND!

The quality was very good and there were labels, I also got a refund on one of the dresses and also ther is 100% improvement from customer service and they are making considerable effort to resolve issues which is great. After reading multiple reviews, I'm obviously as scammed as many others... and get the same customer no-service. The reviews from others are word-for-word the same frustrations I have with this company... never, ever again.
I placed a order on the first of December. It has been in processing this whole time. There is no number to contact the company you have to file what they call a ticket and someone emails you. After having a ten response long conversation with a associate she tells me I can have a refund but it cost 15% of my order. This is insane why do I have to pay to cancel a order that has not even shipped yet!?!?!

I ordered a jacket on 11/24/15, and my order is still "processing" I wrote an email to cancel my order, and I got a response saying it will take 7- 15 days to get my refund, and that I should wait patiently! Do not order from this site, they will take your money and give you the run around!

Don't order from them! I ordered on Dec. 6, order still 'processing' on Dec. 16. Sent an e-mail, got an auto reply that someone from customer would contact me within 48 hours. 72 hours later, I sent another e-mail. Got 2 responses an hour apart.

I was looking at site, but I am not stupid... I knew the items were cheap when I saw, what was supposed to be, original price slashed out! I knew the items were most likely junk and sized wrong. "Too good to be true usually is" "Caveat Emptor"
I have had NO LUCK reaching out to FashionMia. I can't get a refund for damaged and wrongly sized items. The customer service employee suggested I might want to use them as gifts since they will not refund. They don't even offer a refund with me paying the return shipping as promised in the fine print, This company should not be allowed to do business in the US. There product is totally inferior, so the low prices mean nothing if you can't wear them.

For our surprise they were shipping it from China and from 5-7 business days shipping, we order November 22 and received it almost a month later, no one ever responded from customer service up to this point. What a scam, we ordered all excited for the sale prices showed on a Facebook post; it shows like the dresses are discounted by showing prices much higher crossed when in reality they are not even worth 10 dollars. Each person has the right to decide if they want to buy something with that quality and condition if they actually show what it really is. They would do much better if they show the truth.
Thank God at least we received it because we started to worry after we read the horrible reviews of people that never got their merchandise. Unfortunately dresses are not even close to be called that. We order 3, each 2 sizes bigger to our size(mom, sister and i) since we did take measurements according to their chart. So, fabric all synteric, horrible, nothing seriously nothing like, even the cheapest, you would ever see here. I wish I can post pictures, they look nothing like the pictures we saw to buy them. Seems terrible, design wise similar but totally different. One of the dresses, actually the best one of the three, has holes in it all along the bottom and is missing like 5 inches of fabric to the waste. The other dress was a joke, it says two pieces and only came all one entire something. And the worst one should have been a medium size since my sister is a small or xs and it was bigger than the xl, it is missing 2 zippers and the one that has on it is not golf as the pic shows, and last but not least where seems come together are not even, right on the shoulders so I don't know who sow this things and my sister would never be able to wear it. So they just stil the money from you, if they do this at least once to every American they made their money.

I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
