I wish I could give this company zero stars. I placed an order two weeks ago and decided to cancel the whole thing within a few days. First of all, there's the 15% cancelation fee, which doesn't make any sense if nothing has been shipped yet. Second of all, they gave me some nonsense about how 4 of my items were "ready" to ship if I still wanted them and I could get a refund for the rest. (I've seen from the reviews that other people have said the same--it seems that's the company's standard response whenever anyone wants to cancel an order, to keep them on the hook longer.) When I told them I just wanted to cancel the whole thing, they stopped responding to my emails. This was ten days ago. I've also noticed that all of their responses to people's complaints on this website are worded exactly the same way as their individual responses to me, which makes me wonder if the whole thing is being done through bots.
One good thing, though: if you paid through PayPal, you can get the whole thing refunded. I just called them and they said if FashionMia doesn't respond to *their* query by January 1st, then PayPal will credit the whole thing back to me. They also mentioned that if a number of people complain about a business like this to them, they will limit the transactions the business can do through PayPal. So if you went through PayPal and you're either still waiting for shipment or refund, give them a call. They, at least, will answer.
