On a Thursday, I found out that I had to move my mother-in-law by Monday. I called A Mother's Touch Movers. They were able to schedule the move for Monday. The men, Johnny and Sammy arrived at exactly the time promised and were amazing. Very efficient, friendly and professional. They were very respectful of my mother-in-law's belongings and to her situation. When they were done, in less time than expected, they gave her a long stem red rose and wished her the very best. My mother-in-law was so touched by their kindness, she cried and said they were the nicest movers she had ever used. Their prices were great and they didn't try to add additional charges. They quoted me for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours, and were done in 2 1/2. I would highly recommend them.
I placed my first order with Perfect Memorials on 06/14/14 after my dog passed away. She was such a big part of our family that it hit us hard. I ordered 3 Round Stainless Steel Urn Pendants. They arrived in 3 days, and It helped me and my 2 daughters to feel close to our dog during our grief.
On 11/20/14 I ordered full photo, heart porcelain ornaments, 5 pack. They arrived in 5 days. We hang one on the Christmas tree, and we each have one to keep all year round.
On 12/09/15, my other dog died. I ordered full photo heart porcelain ornaments, 5 pack to honor and remember him. They arrived in 5 days. Unfortunately, the picture I sent with my order, had serious 'yellow eye' effect. When I got my ornaments, it looked like my dog was a demon dog. I called customer service, and was absolutely floored when they said, if I sent them another picture, they would re-do my order at no charge, and ship it over-night, at no charge. UNBELIEVABLE!
These people are the most compassionate, understanding people I have ever ordered from. So I have decided to re-order my ornaments, but I will pay the full price, as I feel it was my fault for sending a poor quality picture.
I want to see this company succeed, because they are, by far, the best company I have ever done business with. Just amazing......I'd give them a million stars if I could.
Don't order from them! I ordered on Dec. 6, order still 'processing' on Dec. 16. Sent an e-mail, got an auto reply that someone from customer would contact me within 48 hours. 72 hours later, I sent another e-mail. Got 2 responses an hour apart.
The first read, "Hello, Thank you for your email. Your order status has been checked. 4 items you ordered are ready for shipment. You will be informed of the tracking information within 48 hours. Please wait patiently. If there is any other problem, please contact with us. Thank you. Best regards, Carol Customer Service Team"
The second read, "Hello, Sorry, i am afraid that you couldn't get your order on time.
Your order status has been checked. There are 4 items ready for shipment, which will be arranged as soon as possible. You will be informed about the tracking information.
The shipment for the remaining 2 items will be arranged when they are ready for delivery and you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee. Best regards, Amy Customer Service Manager "
Poorly worded and snarky....Da*n right I won't pay extra shipping fees! What ever money I thought I was saving didn't come close to the B-S and aggravation of running around for replacement gifts. My order is still 'processing' and I doubt I will ever get what I ordered. Probably cheap crap anyway!
I am disputing the purchase through PayPal and my credit card company.
Like P.T. Barnam said, "There's a sucker born everyday." So I guess I was a sucker!
