I received a confirmation email as well. But the processing alone took about 2 months. Then there was the physical shipping time which was 1 month. If you cancel your order they charge you 15% of your money either way. Save yourself the time and trouble. Cancel it while you can. Or you are just going to end up wasting that money and waiting on products I wouldn't put on my dog.

At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Plz cancel honey or you are going to be livid.the shirt I ordered looked so cute on their site. I'm glad I ordered a month in advance cus I figured it would take long. But 29 days? And when I excitedly took it out of the plasic bag and seen the size? Ooooo I am still fumimg because it is not an adult size ita a kids size and I didn't order from kids site and its made of FELT! They don't respond for days and then they tell you you can return it but the shipping isore than the shirt.so I gave it to my 8yr old granddaughter. Cancel Honey. Also u get a confirmation asap. We all did. CANCEL honey or u will b on here complain n like us lol

Cancel now! I got a confirmation email. It took 2 months to get a part of what I ordered and 2 of the items, the seams were not even sewn and they fell apart as I gently took them from the bag they were shipped in. These clothes are absolute CRAP. CANCEL NOW and get your money back if you can. If you used paypal (and I hope to GOD you did) file the cancellation with them. Good luck to you.

I would try to get your money back. It will prevent disappointment later. However it is your choice.

I ended up just keeping mine even though they were all ridiculously small, just because the cost to ship it wouldn't be worth it. On top of that I had my doubts they'd refund it. If you can cancel it now, I'd do it for sure

They takes longer time to ship but I think if you will cancel your order today may be they will refund you the money but not sure. Try it.

Yes they will give u a conformation number an a tracking number but no what u ordered will mostly likely NOT be what u get. Call ur bank or call paypal if u went thru them. To be 100% honest I'd never will ever buy again.
