Fashion Mia c'est de la friperie les articles ne ressemblent en rien aux belles photos qu'ils presentent. Ils comptent sur le fait que vous allez acheter vous ne serez insatisfait mais vous ne pouvez rien faire ils sont en Chine et se fout de vous ils veulent votre argent pas votre satisfaction. Si vous lisez les commentaires sur ce site vous n'acheterez rien d'eux. Si comme moi vous avez envie de voir par vous-meme (Thomas) je vous suggere au moins payer avec PayPal cela vous donne une certaine guaranti que si vous ne recevez pas leur friperie vous pouvez vous pleindre a PayPal. Les 5 articles que j'ai recu sont si petits qu'ils ne font pas a une fillette de 10 ans et le materiel si cheap que je ne donnerai meme pas ces articles a l'armee du salut. C'est de la fraude sur internet.

My money was taken almost immediately and I received an email on the 9th of December confirming that. Nothing from that point! I checked the tracking and the order says still processing. 3-5 days is a joke! I understand it is the holidays and more orders come in but their company should be communicating with their customers. I would still be upset but not feeling scammed! Then to cancel, they want 15%. How fair is THAT when you are waiting on merchandise that the company sends at their leisure?

"Processing" this is my first and (unless my order makes it by TODAY) will be the last time I pay almost as much for "expedited" shipping as it costs for the items I ordered. If the items are NOT in stock when I am placing my order (be it the size or anything else) I should be told that so that I can make another choice. Otherwise I expect that if my order was placed on Dec 12 and payment was confirmed on the 14th that with expedited shipping I should have my order before Christmas...

Fashionmia is the WORST. Their clothes look like a five year old saw the picture and clumsily recreated the clothing with the cheapest material on hand. Sizing charts are wrong, terrible return policy. They keep a timer running for "deals" to make you feel a sense of urgency to buy something, but really everything is the same price all the time, they just stick a new timer on. Just pay a little extra and buy clothes from a company you can trust.

My wife came across FashionMia and order $80 worth of 4 dresses. 3 came 1 out of stock and they refund the cost. The 3 dresses that came are for giant people even the tag said Small. The material and design so terrible, maybe you can use these dresses as Halloween costumes. When I complained, they offered $20 dollars refund or $25 coupon. I don't think anyone would order from them again. All the 5-stars review are fake.

I ordered on November 27,15 days later the status of my order still said "in process" so I emailed customer service. They apologized and offered me a $5 coupon but I refused it and asked for a refund of my shipping fee. NO REPLY and they shipped my item.
I called the company and a Chinese woman answered. They are acting like they are an American company but its actually a CHINESE company.
Huh no wonder everything is so cheap.

I order a Christmas present on November 13... after a month of not receiving my order or getting notification of any kind stating there is a delay or the product was back ordered... I contacted the company... a week later I get an email stating that I will not have my product by Christmas and they can offer me a store credit or refund my money... I want my money back... well I just got notified that it will take 5 to 10 business days to process my requst... wtf... do not order from them

I ordered Christmas presents on there website fashionmia.com and I wish I would have read all of these complaints before doing so. I usually never do this especially with a website so unfamiliar. So my sister will not have her Christmas present due to them. They said it was shipped early December and it's been almost a month and still nothing. They do not have s legitimate phone number to call and I'm still waiting for an email back about my one product. I will never ever shop with them, their branding, sister stores or anything again. Worst online shopping experience.

I finally received one of two dresses for my daughters xmas gifts
Took weeks.the other one not processed yet so will have to rush out and buy another. I like many on this forum have requested a refund but will not accept a cancelation of 15% for their incompetent lyrun business. I buy online all the time from USA and never have to wait this long ever. Poor communication and nil email response
IF you did receive all your ordrerd items in a timely manner than you were one of the lucky few.
