It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.

I haven't seen a number and if you try chat it's never available and the return refund is just as long. Don buy from here ever. The prices are cheap because the quality is cheap and the clothes say US sizes but they are still Chinese sizes I actually had to measure them to get a refund.

This company doesn't seem to be real company. Be careful! I bought 4 items, shipping took almost 2 months. The worst thing is that none of them I can wear because quality of clothing was really bad. There were not blend names of Fashionmia on the all four clothes.

I used their email address. They were quite quick in responding.

They never ever answered the phone anyway so the phone number was worthless. It rang and rang and rang forever. I only got a refund because I paid with paypal and even then it took 5 months to get the refund. Every time I did what they asked they would request something else. Finally they wanted a copy of my driver license and. Passport to get a refund.

They located in China, so the team deal with the refund and return is this number +86-020-86655266, and the email they use to contact me is resolution@fashionmia.com which isn't shown on the website

Just never buy a thing from this site, there are others like this one too. I'd sooner buy toilet paper for the homeless! At least it would be of better use.

They don't have a number. PayPal was able to view an international number and asked me if I wanted it but I said, "no". I was not going to waste any more money on them. PayPal refunded what I paid and then fashion Mia contacted me saying. "Because you have opened a dispute we will return your money and close your order"

I did not have to WO worry about a number. Once I threathenef them with the the FTC. And getting shut Dow in America they gave me me everything I wantrd
