I ordered 3 items, a t-shirt, a tank top and a long tank dress. The T and the Tank were good. The sizing was good, the quality was better then I was expecting too. The dress however was miss sized. I was impressed with the material though and was disappointed as I did use their online measurement tool to order. I contacted their customer service Dept and in exchange for my review they offered me a refund for the dress. I would definitely recommend sizing up if you are buying the Good Vibes tank dress and I hope they fix their online measurements to reflect the actual size of this item. Pictures shown are all mediums. I usually wear a small and the t-shirt was too big but I bought it to be baggy and the tank fits true to their size chart. The dress (pictured on top) was a few inches off their online size chart.

I want to return items that didn't match the supposed sizing on the charts. These items hung open in the front and back; they are unwearable. Such a shame that their customer service team is so abysmal, because I loved and kept several items- I would have ordered again, except that they behave like scammers about returns for refunds. They asked me to give the items away to my family and friends if they didnt fit me and offering pennies off of future orders, dodging me clearly begging for a refund in email after email. I won't need that discount on future orders because I don't order again from scam sites.

Do NOT buy anything from Fairy Season! Their products are cheap, the fabric is awful and it arrives damaged. They make it impossible to return anything. Even if its damaged! They charge you to ship it back and even charge an "insurance fee". Stick with Amazon unless you enjoy being jerked around so long you just give up and stay an unhappy customer.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM! Total Garbage materials, terrible fit and they do not honor returns. Instead I've been emailing back and forth for DAYS while they try to offer small discounts. Likely from China, language barrier. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

The tank tops here are cute and the unique backs are my favorite. Unfortunately the dress and romper I ordered weren't my style, but after some time with customer service refunds were arranged and I can feel good about donating the clothes I don't want.

Poor quality clothing. Would not allow me to return. Said shipping too expensive and I should just gift my purchases to someone else! Unbelievable! I am out my money and left with fabric that can't even be used as a rag!

Pretty simple and straight forward. Although the app works better than the website. One item was sold out but still remained on website. That was the only issue really. They responded quickly and I was able to exchange it. I was worried about the sizing as everyone is when ordering online but they were spot on. I do wish they had better quality pictures for some of theirs products.

I have requested a refund due to the items ordered being XL, but look like a small. They were also defective, they had a torn/ not swen strap. They refused to give a 100% refund. They offered 5% discount on next purchase, when I refused they offered 10% discount. After several email correspondence, they said I could pay fo S&H to send it back. If they received it, they would consider giving 50% refund. I have left a review previously. Now they are asking for me to take down my review and then they will refund me. That is not ok.

Received a dress that I did not like the fit of. I sent an email asking to return. I was then asked why and told poor fit was not a sufficient enough of a response and needed to send a photo for review. I was then sent an email back stating it would be too costly to return and could I just keep it and they could offer me a discount on my next purchase. There will NEVER be a next purchase from such a shady store. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress from FairyTop.com. It took a month for the package to arrive & when it did the wrong item (set of pjs) was in a plastic bag with SKU of dress & no invoice or return instructions. Contacted customer service via email on website. First they asked me to take a picture of the shipping label, then wanted me to ship it to the warehouse not back to shipper except they did not provide an address. Now they keep repeating I need to tear the lower part of the sheet but there is no sheet to tear. A month since first email they respond every 5-6 days and either do not understand English or are just committing fraud.
