Both the clothing and shoes from this site are awful quality. If you attempt to return then they'll hassle you about sending pictures of their own products and then require that you pay shipping but it has to be through registered post which will most likely cost more to return than the product itself. Definitely would never recommend anyone shop this site!
I ordered a Christmas present for wife. They got back to me in March about the 3 emails I sent. We got the present in mid January when I spent extra on shipping to ensure it would come in. The customer service rep (probably the only one who works there) then offers me a 15% coupon on my NEXT order instead of refunding the shipping that they obviously didn't honor. Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice--- well, ya know the saying. I'm not getting fooled again by a poor excuse for a company.

I ordered 4 t-shirts about 3 weeks ago and I just got them. I didn't expect them for at least another week. I read a lot of bad reviews after I ordered that completely freaked me out, but I got exactly what I asked for. My t-shirts are all the good size, they were so much cheaper than in any store, the designs are awesome and totally my style plus it's made of polyester which is so much better than cotton if you ask me. I can't wait to wear them!
I'm a full-size busted female who likes wear xxl shirts. I order some shirts & blouses from FairySeason, did get what I ordered no the two of the came in a small & petite and the other two 3xl which were way to big, I also ordered some pink suede summer heels
Where the material was coming apart and the box they came was crushed that was stuff along with my shirts in the same package. Everything I ordered can't wear too small or too big. I complain to customer service sent them picture with order numbers & pictures. When customer service finally contacted me they ask for more pictures like i was not telling the truth.And then offered me a 10% on my purchase; I wanted a full refund but these idiots thought I would order their poor quality made clothing & shoes. Still have not received a full-refund.
I was charged $20 more for an order than total at checkout. I requested the same day that order be cancelled. That was on Fri, today is Tuesday and order has still not been cancelled. The customer reps are sending me nonsense repllies avoiding addressing cancellation. Buyer beware! There is no number for this company as they are located in China.

Why do you refuse to give a total refund for defective cheap (defective!) crap that is nothing like how you represent it to be? I have ordered a necklace that broke immediately, clothing that was of a material I've never seen or felt before and a purse that showed up with broken zippers and looked like a plastic bag. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered from them. I can't stress 'buyer beware' enough if your considering ordering from this scam site.
My experience shopping using this page service it so cool and great for me, most of item their was cheap and more discounts given, the service also good when you have problem with your purchase item. I do recommend this page to all
My order was shipped 11-26. I was told 12-28 shipment delayed 3-5 days past normal 7-15 days for delivery. It had been over a month! 1-14-21 received email shipped with tracking number. 1-20-21 received email carrier never received parcel. Items not available any more. 1-22-21 received email could receive refund minus shipping fee. Why am I having to pay shipping fees on an item I did not receive?! HORRIBLE!
It took over a month for my T-shirt's to arrive and the company sent me an email and said they decided to send me a size larger than I ordered because people say the shirts run small. They were all gigantic. Waiting to hear back from customer service if they will send me what I ordered since there are no returns or exchanges. Be ware of ordering from here!
Do not order from this pathetic company. I've been waiting for 3 months for my product which was supposed to take 3-7 business days. Terrible customer service. I'm convinced this company is fraudulent.
I have made several purchases of clothes in this online clothing store. The online process was very easy to do! I have ordered several blouses and a sweater, I was very happy with all! Customer service handled my questions in a timely manner via email, even when I asked for too small an order, they responded quickly and helped me get the correct size. I like to track shipments, you know exactly when they will arrive!

I am still waiting on my products. Please don't waste your money on this company. When I email them, they were very short and said sorry, "NO Refunds!" They have been shipped you will just have to wait.
These shirts was so cheaply made and look like it came from a sweat shop! The material is junk. And they are 3 sizes too small too boot... and they give you the run around of send pictures so we can evaluate your claim. It is a scam! And i noticed they have several different names they go by. I got screwed by a similar site. But with dresses. You cant trust any online shopping anymore.
I ordered several items and when they finally arrived, I was beyond disappointed. If I would have known ahead of time that they are making their clothes in China and shipping from there also, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. Clothes were way smaller than stated size and the fabric was very poor quality. I would love to send it all back for a refund but no telling how long that would take. I will just donate it to someone who has no clothes. Lesson learned!
My husband ordered me 1 shirt and 2 pairs of leggings. The shirt fit like a medium when ordered a Xl and leggings were see through. Tried contacting them about issue and they took 6 days to respond and only thing I got was a send pictures of tape measure measuring shirt and we can figure something out. Needless to say they won't refund or exchange. This company is horrible and I won't ever order from them again.
This company allowed me to order an item that was out of stock and never made me aware of this. The other item I ordered was supposedly sent out days later, it's now over a month later and I have not received a notification about anything nor have I received either of my tops.
I followed up with them to tell me they can't track the item shipped. Give it a few more days. And as for the other that is out of stock, they asked that I just hold off for it when I've clearly asked to be refunded. No need for season shorts any longer once the season has passed.
So not worth spending your money here.
