Ordered this very pretty dress in all 3 colours - sizing described as XL being equivalent to a UK 18. As I'm a 14-16 I wanted to be sure they were loose so ordered the XL - when they arrived they were tiny -, looked like very small tight tops - nothing like the picture. Contacted customer services who kept trying to put me off and who have offered a 10% refund only. Really disappointed with them and their false information.

I received the wrong color of shoes I had ordered. I called the customer service o mail and their response to me could not have been better. Full refund, sent me a return label so no shipping charges either way. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing to improve on here... will order from them again

I made an order back in October and received it in 9 days and that was with the free shipping option. All my items were perfectly sized and as described! I do recommend ordering a size bigger, I'm usually around and medium/large and ordered an extra large to be safe. I love this website, customer service gave me a coupon code for being weary on what size to get. Very helpful, I actually just made a second purchase from them!

I placed an order before I realized it was from China. Then I read reviews on separate site and decided I'd just lost my money. They did respond to my emails, asking me to be patient. My order was shipped in separate parcels. Received them 2 months later. Expecting the worst, I was pleasantly surprised! I really think the shirts are cute, unique and super affordable! They look exactly like the website. I was glad I sized up because they do run small. Again, I was disappointed by how slow delivery was, but think it was worth it considering the price. If I order again, I will just anticipate waiting a long time.
I was hesitant to buy from a site that has such terrible reviews but I'm poor and I wanted some cute clothes for cheap. I ordered approx 3/17/17 and got a shipment notification on 3/24/17 and received my order on 4/3/17 which I have no idea how that happened coming from China, but I swear it's the fastest shipping I've ever gotten from there. The material is pretty solid, though I'll say a tad on the smaller side (just a tad). I'd say if you're bustier to size up just to be safe.

I order stuff every month and every single piece of clothing was amazing! Size charts work well, even though I have bigger hips there are always bottoms which fit perfectly.
