My sister told me about this site purely because of the prices, not because she'd actually purchased anything. Now she's feeling guilty because I've had such a terrible experience with it. Here's my email to them and their response 2 days later:
"I made my order on October 5th, 2015.
"I paid $9 extra for Standard shipping.
"On checkout, standard shipping says, "6-12 business days. (Tracking No. Included)."
"3 shirts from my order were shipping October 7th, 2016.
"At the latest, those 3 shirts should have been on my doorstep on October 25th. Today is October 31st. I have been MORE than patient.
"Under the customer service headline, "WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?" and next to standard shipping it says, "If you dont get the parcel within 25-30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us to confirm shipping address. We will arrange the re-sending for you."
"25-30 ISN'T ACCEPTABLE! I PAID FOR 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS! That is completely deceptive. There's a TWO WEEK time difference in what was advertised to me and what customer service deems as ok. I want a complete refund of my shipping costs and a 50% refund for my order. Shopping at an online store that is deceiving to it's customers is not somewhere I will put my money again.

All over the internet site. jabbernet.com, Attorney General of your State or Better Business Bureau before getting involved with this Company and Paypal.

I even contacted Facebook reported them because I saw the advertisement on Facebook would think it was a legitimate company not Facebook didn't think money not the Integrity of the company scam me and others its a shame. Until Facebook corrects gets them taken off I need for you to read share if you got ripped off by this Company or any Company write to me.

You can find the court order taking down Vessos.com at the site I put here. The Venus company filed suit. I asked Visa to credit my order when the site disappeared; nothing received and now Fairyseason has sent me daily emails asking me to pay up for material I have not received; for material which according to the court order is copyrighted and inferior... LEAVE ME ALONE!
