I ordered a dress from FairyTop.com. It took a month for the package to arrive & when it did the wrong item (set of pjs) was in a plastic bag with SKU of dress & no invoice or return instructions. Contacted customer service via email on website. First they asked me to take a picture of the shipping label, then wanted me to ship it to the warehouse not back to shipper except they did not provide an address. Now they keep repeating I need to tear the lower part of the sheet but there is no sheet to tear. A month since first email they respond every 5-6 days and either do not understand English or are just committing fraud.
