RF *******SG and the other tracking number *******7012 updated 25-03-2011 the total order i paid was $192.67 by the way, the last order i made never came i kept calling, sending mail to customer support to everbuying.com. Lots of times contacting myself with the Administration Elva. I made several claims with her but she never resolved this promblem saying the order never came to china but she told me that she would help if i pay. $13.34 but she said that if i pay that amount send me back the order. I made the payment three weeks ago by the way i havent recieved nothing yet the total items she will have to send me 23 items i keep waiting but they havent resolved anything i have had 4 months waiting for them to resolved the claim but they havent send me nothing suppost to i paid a isurance for the order $ 4.50 cents or they can send me my money back because the administrator, told me she would give me the money back for 38 dollars, no ipaid $192.77 cents. I just want yall to help me resolve this problem because the employers havent tooken this claim serios. I have recently bought about 20 knives from this site as well as a webcam and catapults. I had a problem with a faulty knife which they dealt with promptly although they did charge me half price to get a new one sent. One of the catapults was also dodgy but after I agreed to order another item they sent a new catapult to me. I have been dealing with everbuying for about a year now and I have found their representive Mindy to be quite the efficient and highly helpful host. Ok, most of the things that I have bought from them have not been electrical but I have found them to be most helpful and the knives in particular have been to the highest quality and sharp as f***. So I would say that this is a site to trust, especially if you are lucky enough to get Mindy looking after you.

I purchased an android tablet from these dodgy guys about 3 months ago, and it turned out to be faulty. I posted it back at my expense. They have received the unit after I chased them up for a refund. It has now been almost 2 months of constant emailing to them and their help(less) desk person named Elena just keeps reypling saying that the refund is coming soon. How hard can it be to issue a paypal refund! Idiots!
Do not purchase from these guys! There are plenty of other good reliable Chinese retailers out there like ChinaVasion and Light in the Box.

After reading all the negative reviews, i was very sceptical about this site and wether i would get my order.
I got an email from them saying that a particular watch was out of stock and they said they would give me a refund which i did get 5 days later. I did recieve my order. The quality of the watches is ok. In a nutshell, even though quality was ok and i did recieve my order, i'm not sure if i would order again due to all the negative feedback they have.
I was bought MP3 from them. Its about 1.5 month and its still not comming. At thuy web they put order tracking and send by hongkongpos. But i have to tracking at here http://en.4px.cc/Track.html.

I ordered a nokia replacmetn LCD for about €20, and I selected the free shipment. After this I went to see the review of the company on various websites, and I got scared as I thought I had just lost time and money...
But after 14 days! Miracle! The good arrived and I havejust replaced the LCD screen. It works!
I could have got the same goods from UK, probably quicker, but more expensive (around €35), so I believe if you are not on hurry to get your product, it is a fine site to order products.

The site is alright my costume took a little longer then i wanted to arrive i ordered it on 2/2/11 and got it on 3/3/11. Also the costume had slight damage to it when i got it nothing major, i was able to fix it and if you plan to order the lightning farron cosplay take my word for its good enough
I contacted Summer to enquire about their MP4 players and was assurred that the Fashionable 8GB 1.8 inch TFT 4th MP4 Media Player Click wheel Function

When it arrived I connected it up and found that it did not work.
When I contacted them they were not that concerned and basically stopped emailing with me after a while.
There was no offer of any refund or offer to take the item back.
I sent in an honest review of the item I bought, however they did not publish it on their website, they only seem to publish reviews that they like.
I will no longer deal with this company, but I suppose it is my fault for expecting cheap chinese junk to actually work properly.

Ordered an android tablet S22 from this site. I along with other shoppers asked about the device in the comments where we were assured that the screen was capacitive and they told another the screen was glass. Well, it definitely is not capacitive and not glass. I went back to the website and they have changed the description along with the reply in the comments although I still have the original reply in email. Product I received was not as described and cheaply made. I would never shop at again.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
