I placed an order on November 28, when I went to check on the status, it said my order had shipped on July 12. The Customer Service is absolutely horrible and gave me no answers at all.

Im not sure why everyone is complaining i have had many orders off them before im located in Australia they always contact me and always have answered my emails... There has never been anything wrong with the products i got. Only delay was postage but they made it possible for me to make my own home business.
I saw the reviews only AFTER placing my order, so was honestly a bit scared, but everything went fine.
I live in France, ordered 11/11 and received my order today 11/24 which is a totally acceptable delay for free shipping.
I had a question for customer service after placing this order, and they responded within a couple of days, so I am actually quite pleased! I ordered only some gadgets so have no complaints either with the quality of what I received, totally up to my expectation. I'll order again without hesitation.
I see many bad reviews here - but I had a good experience with my purchase from them, I purchased insurance and expidited shipping. I also sent a few questions that were all responded to within 2 days. I bought a knock off android tablet - at a very reasonable price, works well and am happy with the purchase and response from them
Overcharged on a few items, they won't issue partial refund because they blame "conversion differences" which is a total cop out. The amount that they took out of my Paypal account is far higher than the amount that showed up on my original receipt both in USD.

Totally crap! I ordered a halloween costume for my son on October 6th. I was told there was an issue with my PayPal account which mysteriously cleared up on October 7th when I threatened to cancel the order. I was notified that the order was being processed. After several attempts to find the status of my order and a tracking number, on October 20th they sent me an e-mail saying the costume needed14 days to be manufactured and several days shipping time. They specifically mentioned that the costume would not be ready for Halloween. I would recomend everyone stay away from this place, and I regret not checking them out before I placed the order.

Been buying a number of items from this site... not too bad, cheap and reliable eventhough it maybe a bit slow in arrival, but heck... what could you have asked for when the delivery is free!

On 7/22/2011, I placed an order for some items to be used as stocking stuffers. Nothing expensive. I received a package from Shanghai on 8/8/11 but it contained quite a few knock-off Coach and Louis Luitton handbags. When I contacted Everbuying I was asked to ship the bags to David Li in Davis, CA. I advised that I would not pay shipping. They said that I must or they wouldn't send my original order. Throughout the whole ordeal, correspondance was good - very prompt and courteous (Yeah Mindy!)
I disputed with Paypal and continued conversing with Everbuying. When I mentioned that the handbags were frauds, they said that the bags were not theirs and didn't belong to Everbuying. Shortly after that, they wanted me to "buy" the handbags from them for $55. When I said no, they asked for $45. I declined and asked them why I should buy a product from them when the product wasn't even theirs to begin with. I requested either my order or a full refund and threatened to report them to Paypal's Counterfeit Resolution Center.
They asked me to close the dispute at Paypal. Mindy advised that they would ship the order once the dispute was closed. At this point I figured I had just better cut my losses and forget about it. I closed the dispute on 8/16/11 and emailed the info to Mindy.
Lo and behold by order actually did arrive on 9/20/2011. I didn't expect it. Was I happy with this transaction? Not reallly. Would I order from them again? Sure. I'd give them a second chance. I just wouldn't order anything expensive or of great importance.

At first I was worried because the prices are so low. I used the free shipping option and was amazed how fast my items arrived to me in Arizona. The quality of everything I have purchased is very very good. I have bought lots of LED lights, watches, sunglasses, sporting items, toys for the kids. I now buy more from them, than I do on eBay. The website is fun to use. The descriptions are at times funny, due to translation. The deals are honest. Free shipping is great. I have told many friends about it. Many of them use the free shipping too with no issues. One of my friends pays for the faster shipping. No problems either. I say " try it, you'll like it" everyone I know does.
I ordered a flashlight, batteries and a charger. They immediately charged my card and AFTER doing so notified me the items were out of stock. Bad enough but then it took weeks to get anything and despite their guarantee, refused to refund my money. When the package finally arrived the light was broken, the electric plug on the charger had a European plug so it couldn't be used in the USA and the batteries were the wrong voltage. When I emailed I was told I had to send it back at my expenses even though everything was their error. If I wanted a refund I also had to pay to send it back and then they were going to charge me almost half of the purchase price in service fees. It was cheaper to just eat it. They finally sent a new light and charger and the light was again defective. This whole experience took months! These people promise everything, deliver NOTHING, and charge your credit card for their mistakes. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been using this site for a while now and have been frequently buying products, of all types. All the products i have purchased, including clothing, game cards, electronics, household items all have been of top quality and at a GREAT price. This site i have and will continue to recommend to everyone. All of the people i have mentioned the site love it as well. I can't give this site a bigger thumbs up.
I placed my first ever order with EverBuying just recently and I'm very pleased to say that there were no negatives whatsoever. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.
The 2 items I purchased were priced much lower than anywhere else and shipping costs were included in the price, meaning that the price advertised is all you pay. Delivery time to Australia was most impressive at just 11 days and the items arrived in good condition.
Unfortunately, the C3 cell phone which I purchased was missing its user manual but once I let them know, the issue was resolved almost immediately by Lucy emailing me copies of the relevant documentation. Their communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
I was so impressed by their prices & service that I'll be making a specific point of dealing with them again in the very near future.

Jumped through hoops and was told they would send the memory card. No memory card arrived. No refund. They string it out long enough just to pass the limit for filing a complaint with PayPal. Within 2 months the phone stopped working!

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
