I have to say, the customer service end of Everbuying is *AWFUL*. Between the language barrier and the plain fact that they don't resolve any issues either timely or adequately, I won't ever do business with them again.
I had an issue with a laser pointer where the wrong product was shipped, they wouldn't pay to ship it back, wanted it shipped to China (which would have cost me in the neighborhood of $17) and when I pushed back, they demanded that I pay a small fee to have the right product shipped! At a complete loss and weeks into the issue, I paid the fee and they shipped me an untagged frankly dull, unlensed laser pointer, which I can't even get to make a dot from 10 feet of something, its more like a blue flashlight really. Clearly appalled at this point and with shipping time, nearly 2 months into this, money gone, no functional product, I contacted them again - after yet another week of going back and forth, the best they could offer me was a 5% discount on a future order. They aren't willing to accept items back, they won't ship out replacements, they offered 5% on something I haven't even bought.
They earned this review fully and I intend to proliferate it. AVOID EVERBUYING.COM.

I have had tablet for not even 30 days and I have only been able to use two or three times. The battery dies down very quickly and the charger was faulty that was sent by ever buying. First the wireless internet would not work ever when sitting right next to modem. Finally after multiple manipulations were were able to get it to work. Then as soon as that happened the charger went out. The charger does not light up or even charge the product. It is a specific type of charger that is not common in US, so we have not been able to find it in local stores. I have made multiple attempts to contact everbuying regarding this problem and they are not helpful. They offered to ship new charger finally, but then tell me that I have to pay $2.00... ok fine I will pay the money, but please ship express and not china post. They never respond with pay details or whether they will send express. I am VERY unhappy with product quality and customer service of company and will never purchase from them again!

Worst site ever. The customer service is the worst bar none. I had a customer that received a badly damaged item and paid over 26 dollars for it, they offered $3 dollar refund or nothing at all. Recently I placed and order to be shipped to a customer over a MONTH ago and she hasn't received it, I contacted the post office and they said it was returned to Everbuying. I contacted everbuying and bounced me back and forth between filling out RMAs and customer service complaints for weeks now. I finally called to China from Dallas and got someone only to have them hang up in my face not once... but twice. EVERBUYING IS NOT A SAFE BUY!

Got a 7 inch tablet. Did not recieve charger or English instruction book. They offered me a $5 discount on next order, then $5.00 to buy a $24.00 charger. A paypal complaint was filed. Everytime I contacted Everbuying they said they would fix the problem if I withdrew the Complaint. Shipped item back to China with a tracking number throuigh USPS. Come to find out the tracking number deadends when the package is turned over to the Chinese postal system and you can not verify delivery. Of course Everbuying claims they never got the package. Try writting a review on everbuyings web page. If its bad the will not post it. This is a very poor company to do business with.

On may 3rd I placed a order for a tablet myself. I was a little weary on making the buy at first but I decided to go against my gut instinct and place the order. That same day I did a some research and read a few reviews only to find out that this was a very shady company and they sell rip off goods. So i placed a calculation on my order a couple hours later. That night they told me my order had Ben canceled and i would receive a full refund. 2 days later I received a email that looked like it was from papal saying I had been refunded my 88 dollars and it was in my account. But what got my attention was I did not place my order with papal. So I called papal and told them what was going on they look up my account history buy they couldn't find any transactions. I have sent them letter after letter and all they can tell me is there sorry for the want but my money will be in my account soon. Finely they have just stopped replying to my mail... If you buy you will get ripped off one way or the other so don't buy from them...

Spent over a week responding back and forth with customer service to find out they will only issue a full refund MINUS shipping from CHINA. I ordered a GPS unit. It came without software. They would repair, or refund if I sent the unit back. Cost to return it was more than half (44.50) of the cost of the unit (83.50). All of my communications with them indicate they are a shady business, including false advertising, false names, false evaluations, and non-posted evaluations, etc. I ended up losing my entire investment. And, PayPal would not force a refund. Wash your hands carefully after you even type the name of the company, and, stay away from PayPal.

I ordered a cell phone from them it was non-functional. They say to send it back to them at my cost of $45.00 USD (over half the price of the phone) I do not trust that they will send me a working phone, and then I will have to send it back at my expense again. Do you see where this is going? They sell non-working clones for little money, but, they do not work. I believe they pick up the rejects form legitimate phone manufacturers, and sell them to other countries. The return shipping cost deters you from sending it back for replacement. They count on this and make a lot of money for peddling junk. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

I purchased 2 PC tablets and 2 soft cloth cases for the tablets, expedited shipping from a US warehouse, and paid for insurance. I was given a tracking number which I couldn't seem to track. I contact support, and they supplied me with 2 different tracking numbers. Within a few days I did receive 1 package, with only 1 PC tablet in it. I contacted support, and was told not to worry that everything else was in the other package. After several days the second tracking number was still not showing any sign of movement so I contacted them again. I told them what I had paid for, and once again I was told not to worry. The following day, there story changed, and I was told that they did in fact send both PC tablets, and that I needed to contact UPS, which I did, and a claim with them was started. They asked me to take pictures of the package so they could verify weight, which I did. When I started to verify the weight myself and found that each PC package was 1.98 lbs. In normal math - 1.98 + 1.98 + 3.96. Would UPS allow a package weighing 3.96 lbs to be sent with 3 lb price? I have a hard time thinking so.
Needless to say, I finally received my second package only to find the 2 soft cases. I am still missing 1 tablet PC. They keep telling me they sent it, but that it must have gotten lost in shipping. Which I am having trouble believing since I received 2 sealed packages, they claim they only sent 2 packages.
I can't seem to get them to understand, that I paid the insurance, and that I did not receive my item. They must either send me a tablet, or refund my money. At this point they are telling me that they will replace the missing item, If I send them compensation of $25.00. (NOT)
I have increased my efforts and have filed a paypal dispute claim. I have saved every email, and every customer service and RMA message to and from them.
BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! BE VERY CAREFUL!

I purchased a phone from them which worked OK for about 7 days. I contacted them and they offered to send me a replacement (I would have to pay shipping AND return the first one). Since the phone was garbage I requested a refund. It has taken me over FOUR MONTHS of harassing them for my money back but I finally got it. I had to mail back the original phone so I am still out of pocket. They constantly lied and gave me fake Paypal confirmation numbers for refunds they claimed to have sent me. These are the worst vendors I have EVER dealt with. They only post positive reviews (that they probably write themselves) to their website. The negative ones I wrote never saw the light of day. Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
