Ordered a Mophie cell phone charger/ case. When it arrived my son tired to charge it and it wouldn't charge unless he held the case at the bottom. I contacted the company, and they suggested i repair the case?!?!? Since the co. Ordered quite a few items, but after reading sitejabber, I decided to refund. I'm happy to say I filed the refund while still processing and actually received it in full. Used Paypal, so I was basically "insured" through the disputed center.
What I disliked about the service was their untimely responses and action. I only received the refund after 10 days and three requests. Also, the US phone lines were constantly busy and I couldn't get in contact directly with the seller. Although they're polite, their service leaves customers wanting.
Should have done my homework. Had I only looked at the photos other buyers posted of the coat I ordered, I could have avoided this whole mess.
Ordered a jacket for $14 on 11/13/12. I've never ordered from China, so I was open minded to how long it could take and, to some degree, the quality of the product i'd recieve. I noticed the price of my item somehow went up a couple bucks between putting in my credit card information and pressing "submit." Order didnt ship out until 11/28 which, again, I was fine with. So as you can see, plenty of little red flags already.
Sent messages periodically asking how long it may take to recieve my item, how to know if customs had it, who to contact, etc. Pretty much every response back has been some variation on "You wait longer. Can take long time. Wait longer and then contact us if its been long time." Then the ticket is promptly closed.
My tracking number with USPS seems to be working, and the last notated movement of my package is "processed through sort facility in______, Peoples Republic of China." That was logged 12/8, and nothing since. So it appears they sent it, and I've now contacted the post office to see if they can shed some light on its apparent dead stop.
Icing on the cake was going back a few days ago and looking at my item I ordered again, and only then noticed photos other buyers had posted: The coats in their photos look NOTHING like the one worn by the model in the photos. It looks like a thin, grey sweatshirt not a big full fluffy jacket with a fur lined hood.
All in all, i'm not happy with my experience so far, and suspect that feeling will intensify upon recieving my "jacket"... assuming I ever do.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

This site is absolutely DISGUSTING. I ordered a phone charger on November 2nd and was told shipping would take 15-30 days. I emailed the company and they said to be patient, be patient, be patient. It has been well over a week after the 30 days and the ONLY saving grace is that I used paypal for the transaction so I have made a claim with PayPal to get my money back. I have told them that I made a claim and will not speak to them on their webstie any longer, only on the PayPal dispute center. They keep replying with the same thing, to be patient and now have told me to wait 2 more weeks and that it could take up to 60 DAYS to receive my item! They continue to ignore the fact that I have TOLD THEM that I made a claim to PayPal. They still have no responded to the claim. If they don't respond by money, I get a refund no matter what.
Bottom line:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. YOU CAN FIND BETTER QUALITY OF THE SAME ITEMS ON AMAZON FROM PEOPLE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE, WRETCHED, DISGRACED COMPANY.

I purchased some I-Phone accessories for an incredibly low price. I received everything I ordered and it all seems to work. My only complaint would be that the 10ft Iphone charging cables don't work for the 3GS, but they do work on the 4 and above, and that was not listed in the description. It took about 3 weeks to get my order. I would order from them again, keeping in mind that the items will take about 3 weeks to come in.
Purchased an External Battery Charger on Oct 15... as of Nov 4 I still have not received the item. The tracking number they provided me with is bogus. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and have filed a claim to get a full refund. I absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing from this 'company'... total scammers.

I have dealt with many companies in China. Ran across these guys because they had a tablet I was interested in. Got it and it worked, but would freeze. They had me send it back and sent me a lesser quality refurb tablet instead. It worked for about 1 minute. They offered me a refund of $18 for the $129 tablet. 18 was really all it was worth to begin with.

I've received a wasn't working cell phone and returned to they in the next day for the replacement since 28/06/2012, it costed me more than AUD60.00, but I still not receive the replacement yet, they said they did sent out and provided the tracking number RF*******SG, I checked it with Singapore Post, China Post, Hong Kong Post and Australian Post, none of these could trace the item, I've also call the Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post and Australian Post, all they said the item information could not be found in their system, because the item never land in these countries, so asked EVERBUYING to provide the copy of original shipping document to proof that they did send the item for more than 3 times, but they never send it to me, now they are asking me to pay a compensation to them for resend again.

Avoid Everbying like the plague. The phone I recieved (G22) is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchaced. The sim card gets daily errors, the SD card needs to be re-formatted weekly, and the phone sends bogus text messages by itself to international numbers. The chineese apps can not be removed, the touch screen is a half a finger width out of callibration, and I have to press very hard for it to even register on the screen. Don't bother trying to ask for a refund, it will take two months to get a response, by that time you cannot file a claim with paypal. I posted a bad review on the Everbuying.com website for this phone, but only the good reviews have been published on the site. Don't be a statistic like me and throw 100 bucks down the drain. Go to a reputable place and buy a REAL phone.

My iPod/iPhone charging accessories were falling apart (I literally had to super glue the cords back into the plugs). Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
