I'm not even sure if they exist? I made an order Feb. 17th for an in stock phone and paid for expedited shipping. I received three emails from them on the 17th, the first saying that my account had been activated, the second was a copy of the invoice and the third saying that they had received my payment from Pay-Pal and "will process your order immediately, after which it will be dispatched to the shipping address you provided using the shipping method you selected. If you have selected Expedited Shipping with a courier or Standard Shipping, then a tracking number will be provided". Nearly two weeks later, after receiving two advertising emails from them, I sent an email asking about a delivery estimate, expecting a tracking #. I waited almost a week and received nothing. I then went on line to my acct. And found a message that the phone was out of stock. I then entered a message on their web-site to advise me if it might be available now, thinking that it might be in stock by this time. I never received an answer to either one. I tried calling the support # and I got a recorded message that they were observing a lunar holiday which would end Feb 15th or something like that, I called about March 7th and 10th. I had to call and listen to the message several times to understand, (because the accent was so strong), and I still couldn't understand it all. I finally called Pay-Pal and canceled my order.

Recently purchased a smart phone... Item is quick and very good BUT resource hungry. Tried a number of things to reduce battery use. I have also sent a number of emails re this issue and where can i buy additional batteries. No luck as they state they don't sell them on their own. I ordered from ebay what i thought was a compatible battery. Wrong size. Problem is if phone goes wrong and you send back from the UK it costs a bit. It would be better if they either sold batteries or directed the consumer to a site for the said item. Have also asked for a charger. No luck. Frustrating to say the least.

Purchased an Android phone and some accessories plus got insurance. The total cost was $105. I Called numerous times about the status of my order and got the same generic response: Please be patient. That should have been a red flag, because no one ever says that. After inquiring numerous times and given the same generic:: "Just Wait" answer. I was told to wait until after 45 days after the item was shipped out. Of course, I listened and waited patiently. Now after 48 days my emails and correspondence is not being answered. Just goes to show you that a nice, fancy functional website does not mean anything and can still be shady. Guess that in China the populace just accept any thing that's done to them. I would not recommend this site to anyone. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I paid Everbuying $176. For a Feinteng N7100 Android Smartphone. While recording an "unboxing" for youtube I saw immediately that the phone was used and later discovered it was damaged. I filed a support ticket complaint and requested an RMA. I paid $40 to return the phone with the assurance they would refund my money. So I lost $216. As the delivery took 18 days, the dispute process took 12 days and by the time I realised they weren't going to refund my money, PayPal dismissed my claim as it was outside their 45 day claim period.

I purchased a phone on sale that had very bad reviews I didn't see the phone's battery didn't work an altought they sell the same phone to some people with 2 batteries they couldn't find me or sell me a battery. They told me the battery would be send in November 2012 by january 2013 I contacted the lady told me sorry they couldn't get the battery so nobody badder to tell me like I was to guess it. They do have some good stuff, but neither with them or any foreing place I won't spend more than $50.00 it cost $40.00 to send anything back. I lost my money on that phone. Those chinesse batteries are not found anywhere. My advice if you are going to take a chance no more than 50 bucks.

I ordered a Tablet for my hubby in Oct 2012 and had no idea that the company was located in China until after I had paid for it. I used my Paypal card as I usually do and since it was coming from China I decided to call Paypal to see if this company was good to deal with. Paypal said yes they are legite and alot of people buy from them.
It took about 2 weeks to get the Tablet and at 1st it worked fine but 2 weeks later the screen on the Tablet stopped coming on. I then filed a claim with Paypal so I could get a Refund, well a few weeks went by and I was told that in order to get my money back I had to pay to ship it back to China. I payed $23.00 to ship it back and Everbuying received the item back on Jan 5th so I informed Paypal of this and they will not refund my $89.56 until Everbuying tells them they received the Tablet back.
My claim has now been closed and I am on my own to get my money back, I have contacted Everbuying numerous times via there support ticket page on there website as well as by personal email. They keep telling me that they submitted the payment through Paypal and to ask them about my Refund. Everbuying is not submitting anything because they have no intentions on refunding my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for China as well as a claim with the postal service. I have not been refunded yet and have no idea how or if I will get my money back.
I want people to know just how shady this company Everbuying is, There facebook page has tons of complaints from customers that are either due a Refund or have not received there item or it is damaged. This company needs to be closed down.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
