Why all the bad reviews?

Why not buy something, have it work for a day or two (if your'e lucky) as well as give you're private banking details to a website that has a fake Mcaffee secure logo and is linked to multliple domains... Then ask why all the complaints!

You can try to place an order and you will experience yourself how they can't ship out things after you paid. It will take a long fight to take back your money.

Because they take your money and don't hold up the delivery of the product you paid for and then when you try to reach them for resolution they become non-responsive. I ordered on 11/27/15 and have revived one email for my ten. They promised in that response to refund me and have yet to come through. That's 2 wks btw, the amount of time they said it would take to receive said product.

So many negative comment still want to try. Go ahead. Thing dont turn out well, come back join us complaint here. The more the merrier... hahaha... im a victim of everbuying too..

My experience is just the opposite of most of you. Obviously I am not related to Everbuying, just giving you my opinion from my own experience. I have bought dozens of watches, and absolutely all times I have received the items correctly. In some cases I have asked for a refund and I have alweays received it (in different ways: refund to my Paypal account, sending a new item, refund to my Everbuying account for future shopping). After Sales services answered me always,(around 12 tickets oppened for different reasons).

The "secret", from my point of view, is double. The most important: to be patient, never expect to receive the goods before 1 or 1.5 months, don't expect a quick answer when you claim for something,... The second important thing is to pay by Paypal. If for any reason I am not receiving a satisfactory answer for an open clail, I mention the possibility of opening a claim in Paypal... and it works.

I ignored the bad reviews and gave it benefit of doubt putting in mind that no one is 100% perfect. I have learnt my lesson, I have not yet received my smart watch since October, their customer service seems like non functional, posted a review on this site and they were quick to respond asking if I would like a refund. That's the best they offered, no refund and non responsive to my queries. I have let them be, if they will ever give me back my money or deliver the item that's up to them. If you are planning to buy anything all I can tell you is that 'where there is smoke there is fire so make a wise decision.

With most chinese OL shops you'll have a problem to return broken items under warranty terms. You have to pay shipment cost for one way (sending item to China) and for a small item that is not worth.
By my experince there are some goods to be avoided (like LED bulbs), because the quality is poor. There are others that are perfect for given price.

Honestly, before having to deal with an issue concerning a defective item or a shipment not received, i loved everbuying.net. Now will not buy anything do to if you receive an item you are stuck with it whether it works or not. I learnt my lesson and would pay more to purchase from a reputable company that will honor replacement, refund or repair the defective item. Everbuying hope you get a working item otherwise throw in the trash. Customer service claim is bull$#*!! Will will keep asking you question over and over until you give up. Good Luck!

I must tell you i have ordered so many items and im not happy 2thims the smartwatch otium gear witch is not working korectely frrom the beginning than y ordered an other smartwatch finking this is bether but no Way than i contact the seller service about this problem an than i get all the thime this F9 Text: we ar sorry an we apologige blablabla but no helpful solution than i have bay an Projector witch workt at the beginning good nouw after one year the Lamp inside is defeckt alrady i contackt everbuying to tell tem i want refundet thay say ok but gif me no anser weher to send the Projecter back. So after sale service and produckt quality a verry not the best.
