I asked them the PayPal ID of the bank transaction and they're still not answering me (just being very polite but not helpful at all). What can I do?

Don't trust these guys. After months of back and forth with their 'support' team, they finally said that they would send me a replacement part. It has been three months since then and no sign of any replacement. Looking back on the whole transaction, I should have remembered the old adage, "If it seems too good to be true, it usually is."

You have 45 days to make a claim with PayPal, so by now 90 days later you waited way too long to contact PayPal for a full refund. Be smarter next time, it never ever takes more than 35 days to ship anything anywhere in the World.

I got my money back. I filed a complain to my bank so I could get my money from then, Not from everbuying.

This is their reply, please consider the fact they "kindly" made me wait more than three months for receiving nothing.

If the customers have not paid the Insurance for the package,
And the if the package has been lost, we will do not be responsible for this.
But we do not want you to lose your all money
And we still missed the items, we hope that we can solve this problem together.
So can you please pay 25usd, we will resend the items, or we refund you 80% of the items price

I don't know if the funniest parts was when they tried to send me again the item after three months so I could wait half a year or when they told me that was my fault that I filed a complain, so they were unable to refund me.
Never again please.

Let pay pal deal with it, if you purchased it through them.
Many of theese companies are crooked/mafioso. Byuyers Beware.
Paypal should veryfy the credabillity and reliabillity of many of the foreing
Counties, with whitch they do business.
