DANGER! Everbuying is a fraud! ALL the good reviews are from the COMPANY WORKERS, read all the BAD reviews in the next pages and you'll see that they're a fraud, they ship broken items, very cheaply made clothing that fall apart within minutes, if you want a refund, they want you to pay $20-$50 to ship it back to them, and you never get the refund.
I made I purchase April 17/2013. I received my PayPal transaction email the same day. They got paid... I never received and receipt from everbuying.com. I did however receive a email 4 weeks later asking how I enjoyed my new products and if I would write a review. Really! What products? I tried phoning all I get is a auto reply in Chinese on the USA call number saying one word in Chinese? I tried emails for support and they never go through after I spent time filling them out every time... I did relieve a auto reply after each email saying, this is a auto reply if you need help! Contact support at email... lol WTF? I guess my order was a joke and my cash is forever gone... I just lost all the respect I had for Asians. No more Chinese food from my family..

I have ordered over the past two years (watches, qwerty phones and recently Android phones (WITH GOOGLE PLAY! SWEET! I heard it is hard to get that with Chinese phones.) Prices were great, the products performed well, shipment took about a week. I am still hesitant about taking a chance buying high priced items. Maybe after I see a few more better reviews I might.
Like many others, I always check these guys out before ordering anything. Prices often are 1/10 or less than what I'd pay locally, and mostly include freight. Sometimes shipping is slow, but that's more a mail problem as far as I can see. They've always helped me out when something went amiss.
I purchased 2,3 in 1 iphone/ipod chargers, only one worked so I gave them a negative review. Odd that only 5 Star reviews show up. POS product and company, I'll never purchase from them again!

Worst! They don't want to refund my payment. When I asked them to resend my order for free since I paid for insurance, they asked me to pay $12 for the shipping fee or they will not resend my order. Since my orders are important, items bought for the family, I paid for $12. And when I tried to escalate in PayPal, PayPal sided on them. Really BS! I really hope that karma already arrive in each of their lives and experience worse scenarios than what I've experienced more than 1000x!

I bought a smartphone and it was faulty I used paypal for the protection and there is no protection I sent the phone back and it takes more then 2 weeks in the mail form the US to China. Paypal emails and says you sent a invalid tracking number and NO REFUND. So beware you will lose your money and the item.

Everbuying.com is a scam. I've been waiting 3 months for my order, all they tell me is to be patient and wait more. They refuse to process an insurance claim for a lost order. The US customer service telephone is an answering machine only - the message is in such bad English I can't understand what is being said. I'd may as well have taken my $104 and burned it, which would have been less frustrating than this. Everbuying.com doesn't realize when a customer orders something they just want the product, not the process. Scammers plain and simple.

Do not buy from these people! They sell horrible products and do not have good customer service. We bought 2 tablets, one arrived broken. The other one quit working after a couple of weeks. We received a replacement for the initial broken one after having to pay $20 to send it back. The replacement one is now not working and they will not refund the money. They offer to fix them but why would I want to keep a tablet that has a 0% reliability record. Not to mention that I will have to pay yet again to have them sent back to be fixed. Well they finally agreed to refund most of our money after it cost us another $35 to return the tablets. RIP OFF! AVOID Everbuying at all costs! They essentially stole $80 from us.
P.S. They finally agreed to refund part of my money after I sent back the tablets costing me another $35 dollars. SO that grand total of money they are stealing is $80. After having received only half of my refund I email them and they now say they only agreed to refund $80 not $160. That brings the grand total to $160 they are stealing from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES!

I recently bought a phone from this website. It was advertised as 'Shipped in 24 Hours'. After two days, when I checked the status, it showed as 'processing'. I waited one more day and the status didn't change. I send an email and asked them why they have not shipped the item. Two days later, I went to the site to check the status of the email and the status shows 'processing'.
In the meantime, my order is still not shipped and the status again is 'processing'. I tried to call their office number. After several rings I get a dial tone or someone just pick up the phone and hangup.
At this point I am thinking of calling the credit card company to put a stop payment.

I order some accessories together with 2 mobile phones last End December 2012, expecting to arrive me within 1 or 2 months since i am a good patience man. Eventually the 2 mobile arrived me 1 month later but not the accessories. I send message to their RMA service centre they respond to ask to pay for USD2 as shipping costs? I told them who made the mistake who pay for it, finally they asked to be patience and they promised to send to me, at the same time to close the RMA unprofessionally. Finally waited until now the items still pending and the goods didn't arrived me until today - April 04,2013. Today I served them a final solution to either send the goods to me immediately or refund me the money.!

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
