I can tell you that I DID get scammed by these crooks. Thank Jesus for PayPal. These people took my $ then put me off for 6 weeks with bogus tracking numbers so I opened a case with PayPal. PayPal contacted them and they sent another bogus track number so paypal realized it was a scam and gave me my $ back. If I hadn't paid with paypal I would have gotten ripped for $250.00!

IT IS A SCAM FOR SURE! I am about to report it to Australian Consumer/Dept. Of Commerce to get them out of the business. Please read my reviews and others including the Everbuying Facebook page and you'll realise immediately that I am NOT the only one scammed, I suggest if you care for your money to stay away from these scammers... They promised me USD 40 as compensation - never received - package NOT RECEIVED and now they ask me for more money to... receive the tablet I paid for. Just check my reviews, it appears to be delivered at different times to different 3 locations, but NEVER TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS. Furthermore, they gave me an INVALID TRACKING NUMBER and never investigate the matter. ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! AUREL - Sydney 29.01.2016

I bought 2 ulefone power from them that have some issues well that was not everbuyings fault.
BUT i sent one for repair because the screen start to behave weird. My wife didnt want to fix her phone because she was angry with it.
When i got my phone back with a working screen i have it for a while and it just died i got a message on the screen android is shutting down and that was it. I writed to them about it but they refused to get it repaired again even if it was 12 months warranty and i have it for almost 7 months. Well i got offered 40$ that i could use for something else.
Ok fair enough but when i wanted to use the 40 $ it was gone and i ask why? Now they dont want me to have that money i got offered from the beginning for the 2 bad phones. That is really really bad. That is not how you treat a customer.

SCAM ALERT! Agree with Aurel - I paid money for my smart phone last October and they keep saying it's out of stock. When I requested a refund they will only refund store credit and make me order something else. I've tried 3 different orders and I get the same excuse that items are out of stock. I've requested a full money refund (not online credit) and they've completely ignored me and refunded in credit again. This looks like an ongoing cycle where you'll never get your money back because they'll keep giving you credit but never actually ship anything you try to purchase. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! -Auckland, NZ.

I have ordered form here before 3 or 4 times always arrived in good condition. But it takes about a month to arrive don't get worried about using this co. I'm not.

Well, I could see people alarming that the shopping mall is a scam, but I Feanyichukwu Kenneth Don't believe on those junks. I have ordered my expensive jeweries from this site, they all arrived at the expected 25 business days safely. I never experienced any fraudlence in my transactions with them. I equally have an EB Point worth of about $89. So I have never seen anything wrong with them.

I can confirm is scam. Same problems for me too. Bogus tracking numbers, copy-paste mail from their so called "support center". I'm waiting for a refund by PayPal until 7th of Febr and I payed a RedMI Note2 on 29 December 2015. So if you really care about your money, do not waste even a cent on this website.

I don't believ it is a scam. I ordered a few items(also expensive ones) and they do deliver, BUT delivery takes forever, expect to pay your importtaxes and support is very bad.
