I couldn't believe how much better the price was for Lens.com versus other sites. It took only minutes to order and send a picture of my prescription. I had my contacts within a few days. Awesome!
I ordered my items 3 weeks ago and have not received them. When I contacted the site, I did not find their response very helpful. They told me to keep waiting for a long time and then check with my post office. The items were being shipped from Hong Kong, which was never indicated on the site.
