On feb 13/2012 I placed an order for a knock-off iphone and a handbag that looked pretty cool. I knew I was buying a knock-off phone, so I wasn't expecting anything spectacular.
I was expecting, however, to GET the items that I paid for! This is not the case.
After waiting 10 days and having no change to my order status (from a website that claims it processes and ships it's items after 1 business day) I filed a ticket with their customer service department asking what the deal was.
Someone named MANDY replied saying that OOPS the items I ordered weren't in stock and could I pick some new ones. SO I did. There was a price difference that would have resulted in me getting a refund of the balance. I brought this up and OH magically the items I originally ordered were in stock again. My order was packed and if I would only wait another 5 days they would ship it. UM WHAT? If you have it, send it now! This whole back and forth process took a total of 15 days.
Stupidly, I waited the five days. It has now been twenty-eight days... Surprise surprise, no change in order status. I am now completely fed up and have filed a dispute and claim with Paypal against this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They will only give you the run around for as long as possible. There is no way this company is legit. Be warned.
Ordered a tablet in December2011 and cancelled same day. They sent anyway 10 days after I cancelled. Received the item and it was damaged. Went thru their return process - what a joke. No response, Went thru Paypal dispute resolution. After reviewing information, Paypal instructed me to return tablet and as soon as Everbuy received, I would get full refund and shiping. I received shipping from Paypal, but still have no refund. It has been over one month since the tablet was returned to CHINA. I just received a email from them saying they would send another tablet. I responded NO - the matter is being handleded thru Paypal and I am awaiting my refund. No response from Everbuy. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. The matter is still not resolved. I hope Paypal can help. Unknown at this time, so I may be our $148. BEWARE OF EVERBUY.

Its almost two months, i've received a tracking number and it said that my package was shipped and received but i didn't get it. I've called and email many time and was told that it will come, then the customer support told me to go check my local post office bcuz it can be there. I refused bcuz i know for sure they giving me the run around. Then i got another email that said "sometimes my package takes 2 months" I'm frustrated and want to know "Where the hell is the customer service satisfaction?"

I purchased a phone from Everybuying.com on Feb 6th, 2012. The phone said "In Stock". When I sent them an email on the 12th asking if it had been shipped yet (I paid for the 3 to 5 day service) I got an e-mail stating that the product was not in stock, would be on the 15th and asked if I could wait until then and it would be shipped. I said yes, and on the 18th I sent another e-mail asking if it had been yet and they said that the product was still not in stock and asked if I would like a refund or continue to wait. I asked for a refund and never heard anything back. I have sent several e-mail since, asking where money was, asking them if I could just get something comparable, asking if they would just answer and still NOTHING! I will be filing a dispute with PayPal as soon as I get done writing this for my $113.00! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've recently ordered some items from them, with which I'm really satisfied, and I'm going to continue my shopping from them. This site really provides stunning merchandise combined with high-quality customer assistance and free delivery service for really moderate prices. I think that this site is really a jewel of on-line marketing.
I ordered some items including a $120 dollar phone. When the order arrived, the cheap stuff was in the box, but the phone wasn't. After contacting the customer service, they said they deleted the phone because it wasn't produced anymore. They promised they would refund the money on paypal.
After 3 weeks of waiting there was still no money, and the 45-days paypal term almonst ended, so I opened a dispute. Everbuying said on i must cancel the dispute or otherwise they couldn't refund the money. Thats nonsense, since you can always refund, the money is even reserved by paypal for refunding. So don't listen to this lie and claim your money back via paypal.
Everbuying is very unreliable and their boss drives in a big car paid by stolen money.

I don't even want to give this company 1 star. I had no problem with the shipping since I knew it was coming from overseas so was prepared to wait a bit. I had chosen free shipping bud did indeed get charged shipping and insurance, things I didn't opt for, once I saw the statement from them through the confirmed email. WHen package did arrive two items were missing. I immediately sent an email and they responded with sorry, popular item no longer in stock. When I checked their website they still showed as having them in stock. I had to send many emails to have the items refunded. Next was the cellphone. I tried to charge the phone and after being plugged in for several hours for three days there was always an error message saying charge failed. I then noticed that the part on the phone where you plug the charger in was broken off. I contacted them and they said sorry you take to get fix and we give you 5 dollar. What kind of customer service. I have been in touch with them daily since the product arrived virtually repeating myself over and over again. They did finally get the reimbursement total up to 10US dollars. The caveat was that I would have to send the phone back and pay the shipping charges and then they might send me another phone but I have to pay shipping charges again. I am not prpared to continually pay shipping charges for product that is garbage. In reading the reviews on here the vast majority of people that are satisfied are those who did not buy electronics. I have had no correspondence from them for about 36 hours now. They have stopped responding since I informed them that I was going to report them to consumer protection. The old adage of buyer beware really rings true here. I wish I had done my research prior to buying instead of after. Lesson learned as they will never receive one more cent from me.

I recently made two purchases from this web site. For one of the purchases I contacted their customer service prior to ordering, to make sure the item I wanted was compatible with the services I use. They responded quickly and answered my questions satisfactorily. The items I purchased arrived in a timely fashion (they were shipping from China to the USA, so shipping is a bit slower than ordering from the USA directly, however I did not have to wait an inordinate amount of time for my package to arrive). The items were of good quality and have held up well. Overall I would recommend them for purchasing consumer electronics or household goods.
Buyers stay away! This is an Asian site that ships junk! I bought a Firefly Pad for my wife for Christmas and it was junk... didn't work. I returned it for replacement and never got one. I'm well satisfied with everbuying.com. I received my order in time. Buying was easy and confortable. I could set every details of the item I wanted to buy, then I could choose from several shipping services and methods such as insurance, tracking id, etc. Shipping was very fast (from China to Hungary 9 workdays, free shipping). The item was "What You See Is What You Get" so it has a perfect material and overall quality. Their offer is really huge and it includes lots of high quality stuff. I leisurely advise them.

I placed an order on 11/23 (a few inexpensive items for Christmas gifts). The items arrived within 10 days and came in as described. I placed a second order on 11/28 and that order took 30 days to arrive. Since I had received a tracking number from USPS, I called them after 20 days to inquire where my order was. They informed me that the items have to go through US customs and it could take them a day or 30 days to release them. If you are going to order through everbuying.com, make sure you order well in advanced and don't expect the items to come in quickly (despite the fact that my first order did come quick).

This is to let you all guys know how dishonest and cunning the policy of this website. I had ordered one phone from this website and the phone I got was the most stupid phone I have ever bought in my life with tons of problems. I called and emailed them many times and they either did not respond or due to communication problem never replied correctly. When I asked about my money back they said the price also included shipping price and we will deduct this along with the shipping you paid from your side. That is insane and very dishonest way of doing any business. I wrote bad reviews about all these but those were never posted on their website. They probably post all good reviews by themselves and that's how their products have all good stars…
But in my opinion they don't deserve a single star.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
