Very fast shipment and delivery. Fast reaction are very important for customers! My review was shared fast. About support I can't say anything because fortunately I don't needed to contat with them :) Product bought on promotion - very cheap. Looks good and solid - worth the money. I have made a purchase one time 2 items (wireless qi charger and qualcommm DC quick charger) and second time 1 item (Xiaomi Mi Band Smart Wristband). I have received the one order in just 10 business days and I have received second order in just 8 business days. Shipments were delivered to Poland. Is it very good time! They give free shipping. Products is a good quality, original and they have good price. Xiaomi Mi Band Smart Wristband is very good for everyday using. There's no way I would knowingly order anything from China. 1st: their clothes sizes for people and dogs are just wrong. 2nd: Their electronics are one hitters at best. So if they break down, that's it, trash it. Also they arrive without downloading disc. It's hard to register generic devices. 3rd: it takes entirely too long to arrive. 4th: They're on the other side of the planet so who can you complain too for satisfaction. 5: It costs too much much money to ship back for refund. I know cause I purchased a generic 32g mp4 device and I can't download audiobooks to it but it's gonna cost me $20 to send it back(with tracking number). The device was only $10 plus $15s&h. I would be crazy to pay all that extra money on a $10 device so I decided to keep it I have a friend who knows about this kinda thing so maybe I will be lucky.

Enough said. See for yourself. Go to their site and how difficult they made their site from access. (follow-up) It finally arrived from Germany. I guess that explained the long delay. I'm changing it to 3 star still because of their web site experience and impossible tracking. Much to be improved to compete in this global e-commerce era. 24/7 livechat is false. Tried 3 times and each time it said "contact during the normal business hour."
