Good afternoon, dear friends. I have long been buying in the store and got some experience. I want to share some of my thoughts about the store Everbuying. "Everything is relative." Therefore, I will compare with other online stores.
So:
1) PRICES. This is probably the first thing we notice in the first place. And here with the prices all right: the prices are only slightly higher than on Aliexpress; about on par with Gearbest; and much lower than tinydeal.com, pandawill.com, antelife.com, dx.com, dealsmachine.com, fasttech.com, banggood.com and others.
2) SHARES. Quite often the store will makes various actions when you can buy goods for even lower price. How about at Gearbest. In these event you can really manage to buy something. For example, a few months ago in the store had a promotion on their birthday, and I was able to purchase several smartphones. However one of them didn't come. Then we gradually move to the next item.
3) THE RETURN OF THE MONEY. Parcels to Ukraine come in about a month. After waiting a month and have not received the parcel, I wrote to the support. I replied pretty quickly and offered 3 options: 1 - send again the smartphone; 2 - return the money to the account at Everbuying; 3 - to get the money back through Paypal. I chose the second option, as I am going again to buy here. Besides, when you return the money in the account Everbuying, shop the accrued points.
4) POINTS. This is another nice moment in this store. When purchasing a product give the points. After leaving feedback on the product too doyut points. They (points) can be used to purchase other goods to pay part of the cost. Points are in Gearbest (for a review on this product for some reason gives only 10 points and constantly have to write support for the points); points not on Aliexpress and many other stores.
5) RUSSIAN LANGUAGE. On Aliexpress there; at Gearbest recently, too, there are Russian language. On Everbuying Russian language is not. Another drawback - each time you log in to your personal account you need to enter a captcha. Before, without captcha, it easier.
In my humble opinion - Everbuying is a very good store with low prices, constantly updated products, promotions. Sincerely, Alexander ( povod7).
I purchased a pair of headphones on everbuying.net over a month ago and it said 7 - 25 and it hasn't arrived. I tried contacting them about it, but that just ended up with my email full of spam from the website and no response about wanting a refund. Don't buy here, even if you saw good reviews, which i fell for, it is not to be trusted. The package hasn't even shipped, and it's been over a month. Don't waste your time or money on this website, it's a scam.
I have ordered a phone from this website with the Expedited Shipping option. It has arrived 3 weeks later but they refunded me the money I paid for the Expedited Shipping. So I am happy. Thanks

Hi I made a purchase on the 31st May and received my order around the 22nd June (Order Number EE**************). My purchase is the Ulefone Vienna and the phone itself is fantastic and the price was good - unfortunately the software on the phone continuously crashes meaning that all info is lost and a reset is required. From looking online this is common and there appears to be no fix.
Each time i have tried to contact customer support the link automatically signs me out of my account and takes me back to the sign in page making it impossible! I have tried on several different computers and several browsers and the same thing happens each time - this glitch needs to be resolved ASAP!
I have also filled in a form on the "live chat" with all the details but have received no reply.

Do not buy product from this website, I purchased Xiaomi cell phone from this website and could not start after about 4 months and I sent the phone back to them then no response another 3 months, asked them again and been told the phone well repaired, after another one month shipping I got the "well repaired phone" only worked 2 days dead again. Plus tax, shipping total cost me $400USD and I finally got a garbage.

They say items should arrive in 25 days. It has been over 2 months now and still no product. All attempts at trying to reach the company have been unsuccessful. Their site is horrible to try to navigate through. You just get a run around. Have emailed them twice now and still no response. Very frustrating!
Update: After posting this review the company responded very quickly. Within days I had a refund for the product. Very helpful after that.

This site is a rip-off! If you've placed an order immediately file a dispute from your cc company! Ill tell you how you know this is not a legit company. It has no phone number to contact. The email that contacts you says you cannot reply back because it's automated. So no email. The "chat" option on the site will never be available. No way to cancel a recently purchased order. Your package will take like 3 months to arrive and it will be a used, open boxed, things missing purchase. This store apparently buys used electronics from a local "graigslist" then resells them through his website as "new." any positive reviews online are probably done by the same website owner. Rippoff!

I bought a phone on their website back in January 2016. I received it after 5-6 weeks. The phone was defective and I never could have it worked properly.
I opened several tickets with them to finally have to send the phone back for a replacement. I paid shipping back and after 3 months without news, I am told that the package never arrive to them!
I sent the phone via regular mail as they told me (they tell you that a fast courrier like FedEx, dicom or DHL will cause problem with their customs...) so I did exactly what they told me. It seems that the package has been lost on its way... VERY STRANGE to me...
It looks like a scam to me because with regular shipping, there is NO WAY of having a tracking number since China post doesn't give the service. They tell you that the package never arrived at destination and you have no way of proving it. I should have used a fast courier so at least could have insurance and tracking.
They offered a refund of $90 to end the case... I initially paid $192 for the phone + $30 shipping... On top of that, I lost 6 months waiting for a phone that never worked / arrived...
I will never buy from them again. POOR SERVICE!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Stated shipping time is 7 to 14 business days. It is now 25 business days and still no delivery. If I ever buy from from Everbuying again, I will pay for expedited shipping.
REVISED REVIEW: One day after contacting Everbuying, I was pleasantly surprised by Everbuying's exceptional customer service representative, Claudia. A full refund was immediately issued and I was told to keep the order, if and when it arrived. In addition, I was also given a $20 coupon toward my next purchase. The generosity I received went way beyond the call of duty. I expected to receive no response at all, which had been my experience with other Asian online retailers. It appears Everbuying is taking the lead in providing outstanding customer service. Cheers!
FINAL REVIEW: 3 months after placing my order, a package arrived. It was my original order sent from Hungary. The lesson learned is: Pay the small added fee for expedited shipping. Period.

Everbuying is great to do shopping online, it is easy, fast and also safe as they accept payment by paypal too. Their express shipping option is also at a low price, depends on the quantity. Once the parcel is shipped, the receiver receives it within 25 days. And if there is an issue in the delivery, in case the parcel is lost. Everbuying might refund or reship it.
Before they ship any parcel, they take a picture and send it to me. There are many more benefits to order from Everbuying.net.
I ordered 3 refurbished phones. Two arrived only and I got only 25$ back after a dozen mails.
The second one worked less than ten days and the customer officier called Rafael offered me 10$ and told me no screen was available to substitute the wreck they sent me and only because I was a good customer. After more than 200 orders and thousands of euros spent I can't believe it.
They used to have a good manager called Jim but when he moved to gearbest they collapsed. Now they have no special offers anymore and the aftersale service died. The points for reviews used to be credited in 24h now you need to write an email after a week to get what you worked for.
I had to be honest and modify my previous review after such a change in the worst way.
Only a real support with a replacement screen or a full refund would be acceptable.

I bought some water balloon things from this site on May 13th, 2016 after my sister referred me to this site. Got an email they shipped it May 15th. It never arrived, so after their stated 10-25 business days shipping, I emailed them to let them know my package never arrived, it says it was coming from China, postal, with no tracking. Now they say that I have to wait a Full 60 days before they will do anything at all about my missing order, plus they're advising me that I should have paid for their "higher priced better shipping options with tracking" too. REALLY? How about you just ship packages properly with tracking or offer only traceable shipping options, so your customer service response isn't so insulting to your consumers. In the mean time these were for an activity for my son's birthday party which has now passed and we didn't get to play with them and by the time we "might" get them, summer will be almost over, ridiculous.
IF I ever get my order or they actually respond with a proper option to resolve this, then I will update my review but as of now, I feel this is very poor customer service and a poor way of resolving a problem with their orders. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: Company emailed me shortly after this post and offered a refund, I accepted and received my refund within a week. Still never received the package, it's Oct now.

I have bought several items from Everbuying. Quick to ship out, but takes a month to receive items. Packaging for shipping however is terrible. Your item is placed in a plastic bag and labeled. That's all. Just a plastic bag. If you order something that will not get damaged by rough handling you're okay, like a pillow. Ordering a watch? Not good as it arrives broken and not working. They do refund purchase to your wallet so you can buy something else. But waiting a month and getting broken items is a waste of time.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can.
