Shipping company failed to deliver and Everbuying refused for over a week to refund me fully and after practically screaming at them til my face was red, they offered to refund me but still refuse to contact the shipping company about refunding the shipping costs so it looks like I'm simply out $16 for nothing. Incompetent and uncaring Customer Service staff. After reading other reviews this seems to be normal.
I am relatively new to the community of Everbuying. I have registered about 2 months ago. Since then I have bought some products too. Everbuying have an excellent and very efficient customer service since the officers always reply within 24 hours. This online store has a wide range of good quality products with reasonable prices which everyone can afford. On a separate note, shipping is not that efficient, however I am very satisfied with Everbuying community's service.
Usually i buy my phones right from the sotre so i can test them becore purchasing them but this time i said i"ll take a chance and decided to order one online. My cousin recommend me this site Everbuying. Found a lot of great looking phone and ultimately decided on buying a Ulefone Be Touch 2 since it had a great design, amazing specifications: octa core processor, 3gb ram, full hd display and many other intersting features. The phone arrived 3 daya after i ordered it and paid for it, it was nicely packaged. I absolutely love it, work really well and i think it was the perfect choice for me. Thanks.
Bought a lot of times, the site Everbuying.net, always everything goes well, nor any fakes or b / y. Buying is always protected by Paypal. In addition, there are a lot of coupons and discounts, but that's not all, there are advantageous rewards program in the form of charge EB points that when paying significantly reduce the price. I decided on purchasing a voyo v3 they had at an amazing price.The voyo v3 has a intel baytrail cpu z8700, 4gb ram and a ssd of 128 gb. I have paid for the order with Paypal and it arrived in just 1 week.The pc works great, its perfect for browsing and games, i am planning on getting another one for my office at work.

I recently made two purchases from this web site. For one of the purchases I contacted their customer service prior to ordering, to make sure the item I wanted was compatible with the services I use. They responded quickly and answered my questions satisfactorily. The items I purchased arrived in a timely fashion (they were shipping from China to the USA, so shipping is a bit slower than ordering from the USA directly, however I did not have to wait an inordinate amount of time for my package to arrive). The items were of good quality and have held up well. Overall I would recommend them for purchasing consumer electronics or household goods.
I recently ordered a smart phone from website for cheap price and the phone only lasted a day before I had problems with it. Right after downloading apps a pop up kept showing that the memory was full even with a sd card holding all apps. Then a day after that the phone reset back to a Spanish language and deleted all my apps and now the touch screen won't even work. I had a sent message to customer service and about exchanging or refunding for defective product but i am still waiting for response if anything ill let everyone know how it goes from there.
I ordered an item of clothing 1 month and 10 days, the expected delivery time was 15 days but it still hasn't arrived I emailed them a few times and they still havent gotten back to me nor have I got my money back. I do not recommend you order from them

Ordered a phone 6 weeks ago, never received it. Tried to reach out to the company, they haven't respond... trying to figure out if this is real at all...
Here I am few weeks later... after waiting for the shipment to arrive for more than 55 days, I simply cancelled the transaction... fare enough... cause the item has never arrived and apparently never was going to...

I bought 2 off of "New Seven Color Changing Flower Shape Small Night Light Romantic LED Lamp Holy." Product very original. Easy to use. This product was really nice and very recommended. Beautiful variety of light. I found a lot of courtesy and helpfulness of this site. I recommend it highly. Even the shipping times were fast. Less than a month to deliver it in Italy.
Everybuying is based in china, after i purchased my items i was scared to death that i would never hear from them. One thing you have to remember is that china is a day ahead of us and also when we are asleep they are awake so you have to get on their at 7 pm to talk to anyone and they will help you with everything you need. My item has been shipped and i am now tracking it by dhl
I've ordered many times from they. Mostly clothes for women. And the all times it was quality goods with very reasonable price. Also few times i won gifts from they "lucky wheel" and there are no problems with delivery of these gifts and other orders too.
So in general i'm really satisfied with this store.
Unfortunately their service is really bad, i have placed an order they have sent me a problematic item and now, i have paid for the shipping of a replacement and even though i tried to contact them in 4 different message threats they do not reply! I opened a dispute on paypal but they still did not reply and generally avoid this seller as it is not trustworthy with your money!
