They do have great prices indeed. They are able to do so by NOT having the product in stock when you order it. You buy it and then wait for weeks on end for them to ship it out, or eventually email you saying the product is no longer available. Shipping is pretty fast as promised, but handling is by far not 2-3 business days as the website says. Deceit number one.
While i am okay with their electronics (and given i can wait for a month or three), their clothes are to stay away from. Got a jacket and a shirt, in XL. I normally wear either L or XL. Well, the Chinese jacket barely zipped up, nevermind the shirt. They are both way, way small! I would probably need to order XXXL to fit, and they don't even have that size. Deceit number two.
I wanted to return the undersized clothes. I first contacted them a month ago requesting return info. It has been a pain! They want to know why i want to return. They want pictures as proof. They want me to apply for an RMA and wait till they approve the return. Or not. All in barely comprehensible English, seemingly translated straight from Chinese by Google Translate... Bottom line is that we've been attempting to talk for a month and the package is still waiting to be shipped back to China. Deceit number three.
Plus, they don't cover return shipping unless its broken, so i have to pay for it. My 2lb package is going to be about $20 to ship back. My whole order was just over $30. Deceit number four. Never, ever again, Everbuying!

I am really trying to be objective and to stay on point.
BEWARE!
I purchased two items of which one was never delivered and the other disfunctional.
Made an attempt with "support" to rectify the undelivered item and after a 5 week dialog got a credit to my EB wallet. Then for the disfunctional purchase I also got credit to my wallet.
Now comes the catch: I CANNOT APPLY ALL THE CREDITS TO A PURCHASE.
I get to only apply from my wallet 30% of the purchase price and must pay 70%.
So in effect I get to purchase and pay for more junk that would more likely be undelivered or not functional.
This may sound like rant(perhaps it is)
A very unsatisfied buyer.
Most unfortunate that I had to public in order to get the right results.
From my perspective this sequence of events should never have happened, I think support should have the ability to understand the issue by clarifying it then respond appropriatly.
In any case my issue(s) are resolved if Everbuying follows through as promised.

Both of the lens's on the waterproof cases were scratched. I dont know if it's going to show up in the videos. I havent used them yet.
Trying to use the support center but it wont open the ticket. It keeps saying the code I am entering is wrong but it's not and I have tried changing the code and still the same response.
Maybe thats their way of not really offering support.

Hello. I have a big problem with everbuying. I had ordered Mpie smartphone in October 2014. They send me defective smartphone and i send it back for replacement (as they promised) in January 2015. They send me after 3 months the same defective smartphone with exactly same problems. I communicate with them and i reported the problems. They say to me, i must send again the smartphone back and when they receive phone they send me money back. After many months they don't put the money yet. I ask them why? They answer me ''we don't have receive the phone''. But it' is very big lie, because i communicate with post and they told that they had received smartphone a long time. I have the proof of this. It is very easy to prove. If someone want to check where is the product he can check it in the official post site by the tracking number. All this time from October 2014 until today the communicate with everbuying It was very problemati. All the time they say ''we resolve the problem'', ''we sorry'', bla, bla, bla... but never did anything. And now, they have my smartphone, they have my money. In our last communication they tell my (once again) they check (before 5 days). I don't have the answer yet. I have all the dialogues between and i intend share it for information of buyers.

Never buy from this service! I didn't receive the item in 30 days. A very bad communication. They don't replay on your questions. Only one reply I've got - to wait next 25 days. The tracking number doesn't show any progress in 30 days. It means they sent shipping info, but never shipped the item. The address printed on the package (the picture that is shown by seller) is wrongly printed. Seller asks to wait 25 more days to be sure that item lost. In total seller wants 55 days from me to get an item. I need money back, no response. I even paid for insurance, but now afraid no one is going to give my money back.

Bought and received my item (xiaomi piston 3 earphones) in VIC, Australia today - took just over a fortnight (i personally expected 4 weeks altogether - so this is better than expected).
The earphones arrived in one piece, beautifully packaged in its fold-out chinese manual and neatly tucked in its box, exactly as advertised http://cdn.head-fi.org/c/ce/500x1000px-LL-cee9829c_sec-16-c.jpeg.
Only issue is that they currently use china post unregistered for flat rate shipments (i. E. it's not possible to track your shipment online).
My 2 cents after sifting through this page's comments: Always err on the side of caution - definitely be aware of scam sites out there. However, Everbuying wasn't from my recent experience with this particular product. Would be happy to buy again from this company, but like most small business online shops, would not put too much money on the line.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
