I ordered a phone October 1,2015, it still says processing. I added expedited shipping and insurance, and have had no feedback. I have left 3 messages since October 7 to today, and not a single response. They took my paypal money in a second, but now I can't get any response from them. At the time I ordered the website said ships next day.
This is the second time they have done this to me. I did get a refund after 14 days the first time, but this time I haven't even received a response from them. I thought I should give them a second chance.

So Far Terrible!" - So about 7 days ago I purchased a smart watch EP************** through everbuying. Which said next day shipping, I purchased expedite shipping as well. With the expectation that it should be here by now. Unfortunately, My order still says processing I have submitted 2 tickets one 3days after the purchase, and the other today after reading the terrible reviews on the company. I am getting worried that I will never get my watch or money back. If anyone has any suggestions on how to reach the company. After this review like others said they always seem to reply immediately. Well I finally got a reply from them basically saying that my order was in processing for 4-10 days or 7-15 days, they are waiting for them to come in from the supplier. I mean I don't mind waiting on the smart watch. But The 1st step in sales (with great customer service) Set your customers expectations. It would be Alot easier for them to say your order is expected to ship by Nov 8th, 2015(example). I really just want to know when my watch will be sent and when should I expect the watch. I'm getting kind of scared that I will never see my watch or should I ask for a refund. I'm getting the same response as everyone else. Will they ever send my watch?

Bought a mobile phone but on opening the box the screen was cracked & would not work properly. Everbuying offered £18 refund for £125 phone ( which I also had to pay customs duty on) which I refused where they offered a full refund ONLY if I returned to China on recorded delivery at my own cost (£68) which I also refused. I then asked if the screen could be replaced but it cannot. I then contacted Paypal who said the same thing that I could have a refund if I return the phone at my own cost.
After allot of arguing that why should I use Paypal if I am not covered they eventually refunded me at their own cost - I was happy to get my money back but not happy that this Chinese company have not had to pay a penny for sending me a broken phone.
If what you are buying is only a few pounds it maybe worth the risk but anything more I would avoid completely.

Their website is misleading customers about their shipping schedule. As soon as you place an order, payment has to be made. After that status of order shows 'processing' for long and when you open a ticket on their website, they respond saying phone is not in stock and I will have to wait for two weeks for them to procure the phone from their suppliers or I can choose another phone from their website. From what I read on this website and other places, this seems to be their norm. It is a never ending wait. I have replied to them saying that I do not want to proceed with this order anymore and want a refund, but have received no reply whatsoever. Now I will be raising a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Buyer beware...
Their 'live chat' function is never alive even during their business hours (is it a business even?) Tried calling on the phone number listed on their Facebook profile, and there is a recorded message in Chinese, and nobody receives the call. The phone number of theirs listed here also does not seem to be functioning. GRRRRRRRRRRRR. On their Website, they are still advertising for the phones they supposedly do not have in stock... Whaaaat?

I addressed to support to find out my missing review on the purchased products, which I have placed on the site (everbuying.com).
After a several days of conversation with customer support i got nothing.
I couldn't get answers to my questions from customer support(CS).
But 1/4/2016 customer support closed the ticket unilaterally without solving the problem.
It happens often in the hope that the buyer would not contact to CS anymore.
CS of this store is one of the worth in the www.

Today is 16th day since I placed an order with "Shipment in 24h!" note, paid via PayPal right away and product wasn't shipped. Got ONE reply to my complaint, when I asked for refund, saying that it is ready to be shipped and if I want it still. No sign of life since then. I'll open the issue in PayPal today.
They seem to sell things which they don't have (which is not allowed by law where I come from) and doesn't care about customers at all or has no means to do it. Definitely, not worth saving 5$ which was the difference from other sites price.

I am a new customer of Everbuyng.
Searching the internet I discovered this website and was impressed by the presentation of species and good prices. Then I did the registration niewsleter and informed of their good deals.
Within these I chose a MobilePhone LEAGOO. The price was the best there was. In a few days, I received the Mobile. The packaging was very safe. The mobile works perfectly. I am very pleased and certainly the Everbuying will be one of the first online store that would choose for my purchases.
I have bought twice from them in the pass 6 months, both promotion items by email notice, one is an Android TV box US$33, the other is the VIVO computer US$106, but after order placed and payment received, they can never ship out the products even after a month of my order, and always try to ask me to change to another item. This is a totally waste of time and hold up my funding. After a long struggling with them, they eventually refund to my PAYPAL (it is lucky I use PAYPAL, or else you might never get refund, but just put money back into their on-line wallet instead) Very disappointed.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
