After a week no answer concerning my Problem - where is the promised help?
The package was sent and I returned it back from customs because it was too expensive (I ordered with expedited shipping, so it was delivered by DHL, which added some extra cost, 110$ extra) but with confirmation from everbuying that they will sent it again with no extra charge and with normal shipping.
That was 50 days ago!
Since then, I sent 2 questions, what is happening with the package? Not one answer from them!

I'm really not in good mood right now and I promise I will write on every site I can a review about them since I was scam.
First of all, I paid on Paypal. The company named was «Hassan». Yeah, right. That's legit(sarcasm). Also, I did not receive ANY receipt of my order. Very legit again. Also, their password recovery on their website is not working AT ALL. Strike 3. I'm having a dispute with them right now on Paypal and I asked about the tracking infos, I was sent on a Chinese website with TONS of tracking provider. How am I supposed to guess which provider is tracking my order?
By the way, if any customer service replies to this and I have a good service after, I will update this review, but otherwise, I won't be gentle. Also, to customer service, you better write me a personnal email after replying here if you do. I'm not that kind of average customer you are trying to get who doesn't give a s**t about being scammed. See you on an other review website for a worst review again.
Finally, I dare any customer service to write something original on my review instead of a copy /paste.

I AM SO F*CKING HAPPY WITH THIS PEOPLE... i ordered the elephone m2 from everbuying, when i was ordering i asked in advance if the item was in stock and they told me that it was still in stock. So i ordered then i got a message that it was back ordered... wtf... was told to wait 2 to 3 days for the item to be back in stock. So i figured those aren't so many... 2 weeks later my item is still processing, so i figured it was time to take action. I asked for a refund only to get 2 options 1. Either choose a replacement 2... get a refund to their wallet and get coupon codes and eb points ( why would i want my money in their wallet, while wallet runs dry?). I decided to go with option 1 and ordered the elephone p8000, to my suprice it was not in stock that i had to wait 10 to 45 business days. I quickly asked for a paypal refund and i am not afraid to escalate it... I will not cancel they the claim until i get my money back because i will not be able to reopen the claim again... PS. There is no indication in their site that the items are out of stock. OOh i almost forgot, they have this timer on the ele m2 and p8000 that says that only 200 pcs remaining. If they had 200pcs remaining they would have sent one to me along time ago...

I ordered the Teclast X98 Pro and it arrived with windows not working, then android stopped working. They made me return it to china with no help from paypal and it cost me $54.45 to send it back to them. I am angry at them and they gave me 100EB bucks ($2.00) and 5% off next purchase. You may notice that if someone posts a negative review here about everbuying.com (or similarly named sites), they seem to respond quickly, but in an identical way. However, do not be misled, these, at least in my case were not real responses. The two responses they gave me can be summarized 1) to tell me that the package had indeed been delivered and I should check with friends and family to see if they had seen it (I hadn't complained about non-receipt, I had clearly stated that the product did not work) and then upon the second time I complained 2) sorry you had trouble, give us more info, which I did, followed by absolutely no response on their part. I can only conclude that their responses are robot generated and constitute delaying tactics. I fully expect yet another robot generated response to this complaint that will lead nowhere.

Opened a dispute with paypal, they said since I hadn't paid insurance they could only refund 20% of what I had paid, but only if I cancelled the paypal dispute. I decided to inform the maker of the product that their own reputation is suffering because of their association with a scam site. If others do this as well, everbuying may find out not only do they not have customers but have difficulty finding suppliers as well. Lets shut this sham operation down!

I bought a phone, it took it a month to arrive and it was defective. I got in contact and then it started the nightmare... I bet they don´t have any customer service, but a bunch of templates and macros instead. Probably with the intention of customers giving up writing. Everything you read on the website about their customer service is a LIE: they don´t answer in 24h, it takes them 5 DAYS to write and it's always the same text! And they are probably so dumb that they sign with different names... if a problem happens, they are just not there, they've already run with your money.
I bought 2 items from Everbuying and after 2 months nothing arrived... they make refund to ebwallet... i bought again and they sent the wrong items to me... in other order happens the same, didn´t arrived nothing, i contact costumer support and they don´t do nothing... i lose money... was rip off. I have made several orders on different sites and this is the worst ever to come across. 1st they seem to have computerized answers to queries. I made an order last month and its indicated shipped since 17th October, when I try to inquire of its status all am being told is that it takes 10-24days yet the 24 days have passed. They also say that I didn't request for an online tracking no, I think them being the sellers they should be able to tell the client of the status of their order if its long overdue. I also inquired if the funds have already been released to the seller as other sites don't release the funds until the order is delivered, they didn't say anything. I feel really hurt and conned of my hard earned cash by this guys.

Bought about a dozen of products, prices are low and the shipping is free for Greece. I also got better price as a VIP member.
I placed an order Sep 13, they say it shipped Sep 17. I reported it at 48 days and they told me I had to wait 60 days, and I did. It's now 67 days later and several communications later and still nothing. They say they will either reship or give me a refund in their WALLET. I don't want money in their Wallet, I want a refund to PayPal. This is a scam operation if there ever was. DO NOT BUY HERE! I've never dealt with such a shady company and I won't do it again!

They will always reply to your concerns but never ever do anything about them. I have purchased three cell phones from them among other things. Last cell phone had issues and requested an RMA. I explained in detail with pictures the issues i'm having. They kept on responding the same way "send info and pictures" Now i'm positive they have written questions they copy and paste without understanding your actually problems. They keep asking questions you have already responded until you give up. At the end they said my file was closed without any assistance.
I never received the last order either it's been 3 months.It was 2 casing for the last cell phone i Purchased.
Will never purchase anything from them. I unsubscribed to there website but still receiving their emails!

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
