The worst experience of my life. I order 2 phones, the one has damaged, i send it back and the refund me only the 50% of the value of this phone! They dont refund on paypal but in EB wallet. So now i have 85$ and i make new order + 9$ + all the Eb-points i have (1500). They send me one email with photo that they send the order. I ordered 2 phones. The Process of the order was quite fast (7days), they was even answering my questions on 24hrs before payment. I guess now they dont really care to answer my questions since they got their money. I have opened and closed several tickets, waiting more than 3-4 days with no reply.
And the worst of all was that they only shipped only 1 out of 2 phones, telling me that i will receive an e-mail when they ship the other phone too. I have opened a ticket asking them "why they didnt ship the phone since it was in stock and when will they ship it".
Guess what, 4 days have passed with no reply.
Also, the tracking number of the shipped phone is tracking nothing.
I guess i will have to stay calm and not ask back my 163$ from paypal and not report them for fraud. Good luck and keep calm to anyone having business with them, and if you are thinking to buy from them and you havent make your dicision yet, stay away from everbuying, you will regret it.

I ordered a 150usd cell phone on September, with expedited shipping, after few weeks I wrote asking for my product, they apologize saing they had problems with the supplier and they were soooo sorry and dissappointed, so I change my product, but the one I wanted was back-ordered, that happened THREE times! So I sent them a list with 6 cell phones, and only ONE of them was "available". That was one month ago, today the answer me (after two weeks and two questions) that "the item it's back-ordered due to supplier's issues. Wait 7-15 days."
This place it's a SCAM!
The only thing they know how to do it's to apologize, they never give solutions, but they will say "We are so sorry" a million times.
I'm already looking for a way to take legal actions, I don't care about the money anymore, but they really need to stop this hoax!

Everbuying establish absurd prices for smartphones and customs stops them to ask local taxes. Everbuying should compensate what customs asks.
IF I GET MY REFUND I WILL CHANGE THE RATING. I purchased the Cubot x17 on 11/17 with expedited shipping. After 10 days of no change in order status, I emailed customer service. They then told me I have to wait 10-15 more days because they have a shortage. Notice this, on the product page, it doesn't not note any shortage, in fact it still says it will be shipped out within 4~ days.
That is already 25 days added up before shipment, and I paid for expedited! I told them I want refund, and then they suddenly shove a fake tracking number to me and said it's shipped, and closed my ticket. 6 days later, the tracking still did not pick up any new changes. They only printed out tracking to delay the refund. I called DHL and they confirmed they only received information but did not pick up the package. I emailed again, but they didn't respond until a good few days later, where the shipment finally moved. It's already too late, it took almost a month to get here and I already told them I don't need it anymore. That is unacceptable!
I want my full refund as I don't need the phone a month later! The phone is still packed and unopened, I just need a full refund! I won't change my feedback until I get it! I will escalate it on paypal too!

I bought a tablet from them back in July 2015. It arrived with a 100% dead battery, couldn't be charged. Mailed them and after some weeks they agreed to RMA. By the time they acknowledge receipt, over 100 days have passed. Not until I file a PayPal dispute do they do anything, and then they give me a store credit. Like a fool I closed the dispute. Now I look for a replacement tablet, put in an extra $30 or so, and submit the order. Nothing. Still shows as "processing" a week later, and queries on order status go ignored. I can dispute the $30 but I doubt I'll ever see the other $160 again.
Update: They actually shipped, and the tablet has arrived and works! Crazy thing is, they said they couldn't ship because they had refunded; but they hadn't refunded and they HAD shipped. And, latest, I get a message that says the tablet was back-ordered and will ship soon.
I suspect they're just overwhelmed with complaints (because of poor quality control at the manufacturer?) and they don't take the time to read. IF you order something and it works on arrival, great; but if not - and that's more likely than it should be - be prepared for a long battle with customer service.
Still, six months is way too long, and I don't know whether they would ever have shipped if I had not posted here, YouTube and other sites.

This site is a SCAM! Stay away from it, unless you want to prove yourself you're a dumb for not considering 500+ negative reviews here. They collect money and do not ship the items. First of all, I am very surprised to see bad comments as my own experience is very positive. I ask myself if they are all for real... or may be there are more unsatisfied clients (there are always some, in every online shop) that share their dissatisfaction than the contrary. It's a pity... I purchase a cell phone with Paypal on 2015/12/03 (proof: order n° EE**************). It was shipped out five business days after. Then I waited, and of course, as everyone I checked every day the statut of my item with my tracking number. Finally I was very pleased to receive it in the estimate delivery frame. I even ask a question to the support that replied me fast. Well, my order was complete and my new device works well. What else?

After exhausting all my options I have just lodge a claim with PayPal to solved the situation on my behalf.
My item has been siting in the processing stage for more then 14 days now even with expedited shipping, which is so strange. I also believe that the communication department is automated because they send everyone the same things as i just found out. This site in my opinion is a fraud.and people should search the net before making a purchase.

After placing the order on 11/27/15 someone finally respondedicated on December 4th and informed me they'd need an additional 3-5 days to process it or they'd happily refund my funds or ship me another item of my choosing. I informed them to refund it because they're playing games and not adhering to any business standard. No refund has been initiated and no response was made so I've canceled my card and begin the dispute of fraudulent activity with my financial institution. These people are crooks and have no intention of getting you your product or issuing the refund they "offer." I'll be sure to pass along the fraudulent activity to everyone I know and you should do the same, they need to be shut down or banned from business in the US.

I'm very happy with everbuying. I like their site with detailed descriptions and high quality pictures. My order went very smooth, I've got my item in one piece and very fast.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
