As a Fan of Electronics, I find there many Products at chaep Prices, Li-Ion Batteries for Example. I orderd original NCR*******B 3400 mAh with Order E************** for under five Dollars. Thats lower than in other Shops. Yes, delivery Time with Flat Rate Shipping can be sometimes long, it can be as fast as 2 Weeks or even as long as 8 Weeks. But that is not in the Responsibility of Everbuying, it is the long Transport Way.

I made a purchase from this website. I am very satisfied with the product. I was a little skeptical about it because of the negative reviews. However the company put my mind at ease and walked me through the process. They showed me how to track my package. And in fact they tracked it for me and wrote me an email with the tracking information and website to track it. Thank you Everbuying.com for my excellent experience. I will buy from you again soon.

I started my cooperate with store in 2013.
Makes shopping very often electronics and tools for the kitchen. The order is processed fast shipment of goods without delay and problems. I like sales and gifts from the store.

Didn't get the item I ordered in the time they said it would take. Have still not received it! Was unable to track my package online. It took some effort to contact the company about the tracking (you fill out an online form, then they say you have to be logged in to submit the form. If you don't yet have an 'account' -- username and password -- you have to create one, at which point you lose all the information in the form and have to start over.). They didn't get back to me for over 4 days, at which point they gave me a link to a tracking site. Still no information about my order. The item I ordered is now useless to me, it having been intended as a Christmas gift, so I have submitted a request for a form to fill out asking for a refund. Yikes! Will certainly not do business here again and will advise any who ask to avoid them.

A few weeks ago I made an order to this store adapter with AAA batteries in the AA, the next day the goods have already sent and then I received a parcel at home. Great service, fast shipping and delivery!

I bought 2 GPS / Camera units - both were faulty - I could not update or download as there was no way to change storage settings - default 512mb... not enough. Everbuying told me to ship one unit back to them - i did this... after a long wait when i enquired as to status of repair I was informed it had taken to long to get back to China.! So I have only one faulty unit and they have all my money... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY HAVE NO HONOUR AND ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!

Well firstly they sold me an item they never even had in stock! I brought it for Xmas and they didn't even tell me they haven't even got it! If I hadn't chased them I would have been none of the wiser. The only way to contact them is via email on their site and you have to sit for days refreshing the page to see if processing has turned into waiting for your reply! They just take your money. Terrible customer service. No apology at all! In the end I opened a case with PayPal as I paid using them and they couldn't refund me quick enough! Apparently they didn't like I did that. Oh well! Never use them!

This retailer is by far the worst I have ever attempted to purchase from! The product I attempted to purchase was listed as shipping in 3-5 business days. 9 days later i attempted to contact the customer service to see if the product has shipped; 4 days later someone wrote back that the product will ship in additional 10 days and asked to wait or substitute the product; as i have dealt with aliexpress before i was aware that purchasing from china takes time - decided to wait; 13 days later no shipment - sent a customer service inquiry; 3 days later got a generic reply that i could do a substitution - i did; 2 days later was told the substitute is back ordered; chose another one; 1 day later got a reply that the product is back ordered; chose another one; no answer; used expletives and requested a refund; 3 days later someone wrote back that i should see a refund in 3-5 business days - will see! The joke it seems was on me. Do not be the next sucker - as me ;). ...

I bought smart watch over 2 months when it stated that it's available.
After more than a month when contacting their support about the item I got the answer that this item is no more available.
They asked for me to add more money for other similar item instead sending me the alternative item as I'm waiting over 2 months.

From this point, no one is answering my tickets/mail and no refund was made.

Im sins 2 years a costumer on Everbuing an wenn i had a Problem i just made a Tiket an 2 Days later i got my Ansers on my Question. So i hawe bay a jear a goo an Projecter on this Site an after 7 Months there was &an Probleme wit it. So i hade tell them that the Projecter is not working like hee shoud so an wat thay can doo for me!? So they asced me to explaine the Problem an than they will take an Dessision about my issue! So i explained the Problem an after a thime they dessidet too exchanged me for free the Projecter witout any BLABLABLA! So verry good Service!

I bought a Doogee F5 phone which I've found out later on when they already took the payment that it was back ordered. Phone arrived after more than a month and was defective, filed a complaint and was told I need to contact the supplier (very helpful :( indeed). I've contacted the seller and was told to ship it back for a refund but I have to pay for the shipping... whoaahhh, shipping fee is almost the price of the phone.

I won't buy from this company ever again nor any chinese products. They should rename their company "DONOTBUYEVER".
