As a Fan of Electronics, I find there many Products at chaep Prices, Li-Ion Batteries for Example. I orderd original NCR*******B 3400 mAh with Order E************** for under five Dollars. Thats lower than in other Shops. Yes, delivery Time with Flat Rate Shipping can be sometimes long, it can be as fast as 2 Weeks or even as long as 8 Weeks. But that is not in the Responsibility of Everbuying, it is the long Transport Way.

Didn't get the item I ordered in the time they said it would take. Have still not received it! Was unable to track my package online. It took some effort to contact the company about the tracking (you fill out an online form, then they say you have to be logged in to submit the form. If you don't yet have an 'account' -- username and password -- you have to create one, at which point you lose all the information in the form and have to start over.). They didn't get back to me for over 4 days, at which point they gave me a link to a tracking site. Still no information about my order. The item I ordered is now useless to me, it having been intended as a Christmas gift, so I have submitted a request for a form to fill out asking for a refund. Yikes! Will certainly not do business here again and will advise any who ask to avoid them.

Well firstly they sold me an item they never even had in stock! I brought it for Xmas and they didn't even tell me they haven't even got it! If I hadn't chased them I would have been none of the wiser. The only way to contact them is via email on their site and you have to sit for days refreshing the page to see if processing has turned into waiting for your reply! They just take your money. Terrible customer service. No apology at all! In the end I opened a case with PayPal as I paid using them and they couldn't refund me quick enough! Apparently they didn't like I did that. Oh well! Never use them!

This retailer is by far the worst I have ever attempted to purchase from! The product I attempted to purchase was listed as shipping in 3-5 business days. 9 days later i attempted to contact the customer service to see if the product has shipped; 4 days later someone wrote back that the product will ship in additional 10 days and asked to wait or substitute the product; as i have dealt with aliexpress before i was aware that purchasing from china takes time - decided to wait; 13 days later no shipment - sent a customer service inquiry; 3 days later got a generic reply that i could do a substitution - i did; 2 days later was told the substitute is back ordered; chose another one; 1 day later got a reply that the product is back ordered; chose another one; no answer; used expletives and requested a refund; 3 days later someone wrote back that i should see a refund in 3-5 business days - will see! The joke it seems was on me. Do not be the next sucker - as me ;). ...
Unfortunately their service is really bad, i have placed an order they have sent me a problematic item and now, i have paid for the shipping of a replacement and even though i tried to contact them in 4 different message threats they do not reply! I opened a dispute on paypal but they still did not reply and generally avoid this seller as it is not trustworthy with your money!

I bought a Doogee F5 phone which I've found out later on when they already took the payment that it was back ordered. Phone arrived after more than a month and was defective, filed a complaint and was told I need to contact the supplier (very helpful :( indeed). I've contacted the seller and was told to ship it back for a refund but I have to pay for the shipping... whoaahhh, shipping fee is almost the price of the phone.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
