Very well executed! Although the process was long and it hit at the time of hurricane season which ultimately delayed me getting the replacement, the representaive was very professional and extremely helpful.

Don't see reviews on Trustpilot and get cheated like me. Esurranty is a bogus company. They couldn't fix my mobile, they charged a deductible above premium. I requested a refund as they couldn't fix my phone. They never responded.

Don't forget to tell everyone how you disputed our payments to us... We do not fix phone's we insure them. Certified repair centers fix phone's!

They covered my iphone 7 plus 128gb and ipad pro 128gb. So far no problem. What a cheap insurance. What I really like is loss coverage and repairs. But I dont see my iphone 7 plus if covered for loss.

The staff at esurranty were very helpful and completed my service very fast. I was able to get everything done within a few hours locally and couldn't be happier. ESURRANTY is a RIP OFF! BUYER BEWARE! Yes, after purchasing what they refer to as "cell phone insurance" I got all the information on my "insurance" lol it is great until you actually file a claim and then the entire "company" is missing in action... save your time and money! I spend over $300 covering my iPhone in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I had my first claim in 2016 and that is when everything went to crap quickly, I still have a loaner phone, which I paid over $140 in August 2016. I never received a new phone from them. It is a joke of a "company." The only "representative" I ever spoke to was Angelo.

Never heard from them

I sent my iphone to have it fixed. They say they couldn't fix it and I could buy another one from them. So I didn't get my phone fixed, and I asked them to return my phone and never got it back, very shady

Your claim was in December of 2016 and we contacted you over 10 times informing you that your device needed to be replaced as Apple stated the device was too damaged to be repaired and that you had to pay your deductible before we could send you the replacement!

I was so impressed with the service I got with my policy on my S8 that I came back and bought one for my daughter's S7. I am in the process of my first claim with the exception of the Miami Post Office misplacing my phone, everything has gone quite smoothly. Company reps have kept in touch and kept me informed.

I placed a claim on December 30th, on Jan 2nd they emailed me of notification that my credit card was charged, without any further instruction. It is now three weeks later, my iphone is still not serviced and after one week of calling them. I now must inform others to not use this company. My Claim number was CL******* and my policy number is *******.

Your account notes show a completed claim in April of 2017 where we replaced your device with a new one and a recent claim on 12/30/2017 to which 5 emails have been sent to you from 01/02/2018 until recently on 01/15/2018 from your assigned claims representative requesting information to complete your claim.

I filed a claim for a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s. Process and paperwork very easy and straight forward. I receive an email back right away that they received my claim. I was nervous so I called and left a message, and received a phone call back from the managing agent who was very warm and helpful and explained my options for repair. I was hesitant to send the phone out, but he was very reassuring. He sent me the necessary steps of how to reset my phone and shipping instructions for priority mail. Directions were easy to follow. The process and price seemed to good to be true, but everything worked and followed through as it said it would. I sent my phone out early in the week and I received my phone back repaired with a new screen in perfect condition by Saturday. Managing agent was helpful throughout the process and even called to follow up that I got the phone back! I highly recommend eSurrance for the price and the services!

IT'S A SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately, I fell victim to the scam. I paid for a 2-year warranty. My phone broke, so I submitted a claim, paid full price for the repairs with the promise of a refund minus my deductible. Communication with my "representative" was great and professional in the beginning, but never heard from him again after fixing my phone. I've given up after 4 weeks of constantly trying to get a response from him. If anyone can find a lawyer to file a class-action suit, COUNT ME IN!

Cost wise, in the past it was a close coin toss between esurranty and protect your bubble (PYB). At the end, PYB was not as responsive and now they have left the US market (good riddance). These are now the choice for me to protect new iphones. I have three new ones at home and they are so expensive to replace that I had to have insurance.

BEWARE. SCAM!

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I filed a claim 04/03/2018 of this year for my ipad. They contacted me for the deductible, which I paid. After that, no contact. I messaged, emailed, called, for months. No response. I even mailed all my documents with a letter from a law firm to them due to no response. Letter came back deliverable. DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM! It all seems legit until you have a claim. They even deleted my account from their online system so I could no longer login to send messages requesting a response to my claim. BE AWARE!

Reason for discussing on review board is because you guys are not mailing me to my personal E-mail.

Your manager * was spontaneous while asking for filled forms and collecting money, but after Feb'09. I didn't get any update in E-mail or msg or phone call from your team.

You mentioned that you submitted my request, can you provide me a proof? Send me email.
I want my phone not excuses/reasons from you guys.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company, look at AppleCare or another provider. I sent my iPad for repair on Feb 28. On Mar 26, a manager emailed my device was being returned. By May 2, I still had not gotten my devise and my emails got no response. On May 3, I got an email from a manager stating my device was not repaired (the same one that some 30-days ago the company said was repaired and being returned) because it was purchased outside the U.S. (not true brought it in PA). I asked for my device returned repaired or the original be returned with a full refund. Today, June 2, my device is not fixed; not returned; and no refund. I have a complaint filed with the PA and NV State Attorneys General. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Fast Service and very professional
October 23, 2016

After dropping my iPhone 7 in the pool I found out that they are NOT water proof. Thankfully I have esurranty.com. I submitted a claim online, uploaded some information and a claims rep emailed me a few minutes later offering me a loaner iPhone while they replace my device. I accepted and they overnighted the phone to me with everything to send them my phone. 3 days later, I received another package with my new phone with prepaid shipping materials to send them back their loaner iPhone. I can tell you that they are first class, big league and I am thankful I found them.

Cant beat it

I heard about eSURRANTY from my mom who loved the service. It is way more affordable than the cell phone companies and offers a lot more coverage for the low price!
My last phone I am still paying off since I dropped it in a puddle and it was not covered, I learned my lesson to always have peace of mind and carry insurance on my phone. ESURRANTY covers my new refurb and will replace it with a new one if they cant fix it! Cant beat that!

Coverage for my phone
