(Note: Haven't made any claims yet so can't speak to that part... but) After I bought my s9+ from Best Buy I thought I could buy a warranty plan directly from Samsung but they discontinued it on their newest model? Then I went to my carrier who wanted $15 per month with less coverage than eSurranty! Yes the deductible is a little higher on a full replacement but everything else about their service makes more sense especially at almost HALF of what my carrier wanted to insure my phone. I also found another 3rd pary insurer owned by Allstate (I think) but they didn't cover everything that could happen? ESurranty covers every possible scenario. I am very happy!
I signed up for easy Randy for my daughter's used iPhone. The price was right, but I was more impressed with how fast and easy it was to do online. Have yet to submit a claim and hopefully I won't have to.

I can't believe I paid for insurance through my carrier as long as I did! I am so glad Ii found Esurranty! It was so easy to register with them, it's coverage benefits exceed my carrier's coverage AND it's half the price!
Thankfully, I have never had to use it yet but I like that they credit you for unused coverage on a phone that you upgrade and then give you credit for reviewing. I have had them for about 4 years and no complaints.
They are crooks at this scam of a company.
It has been 83 days since I sent my phone off. And has been 83 days since I had any contact with this company. They don't answer the phone or emails.
The claims department does not accept phone calls as all communication for claims must be in writing for security purposes. When contacting your assigned claims representative you must put your name and plan number in the subject line of the email or it will automatically go to spam. The subject line is the top line of the email above the body section. If it is put in the body section, it will also go to spam. I am explaining this because many people send an email with "status" or "claim update" in the subject line and then get angry when that email is not replied to. Once you have followed these instructions, I am sure your assigned claims representative will contact you with a resolution to your claim.
Easy to deal with and they offer loss/theft which most companies don't offer. Prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. Angelo was a pleasure to speak to and very helpful with my questions.
So far so good, the price was reasonable and it was easy to sign up for insurance for my cell phone. I am very happy that my phone is coverage and the ease of signing up and paying for it. Hopefully I will never need to use the insurance but I say so far so good because I have yet to have a need to use the policy.
The worst customer service I've ever had! Won't answer phone calls, left messages and they weren't returned. I had to email many times to finally get a response and of course my claim was denied. Had the nerve and lecture me in a email. This went on for a month. Cancelled policies (bought 2) and since I filed a claim on one (and denied), i'm not eligible for a pro rated refund on that policy. The other policy refund will be pro rated. We'll see. I didn't do my homework well enough before I bought these policies.

I decided to look for a warranty that still may cover my phone since my phone no longer had warranty. I came across eSURRANTY.com and thought worst case I am out some money and a phone. I purchased the agreement for my phone. A while after I purchased the warranty the screen on my Samsung S7 Edge went out so I started the claim process. The communication during this process is why I did not give eSURRANTY 5 stars. I want to say it took about a month from when I submitted the claim to the day I received my phone back from them. I had to continue to send messages every so often to the company directly and to the representative because I would not get timely status updates on my phone. Good thing I did because my phone was place in the wrong category when it came to shipping it out which took longer for the phone to come to me. I made sure to make copies of any relevant paperwork just in case. In the end, I received a functioning phone and still have warranty on it.

I was looking for a reputable company to get an extended warranty for my new OnePlus 5 cell phone. They didnt have a policy for one because it isnt a popular phone and it is a new model. They worked with me to generate a very affordable policy that gives great coverage. Though I've not had to use the policy, I highly recommend the company on their customer service and willingness to meet the needs of a new customer!
The price for a year of seemingly-comprehensive insurance (includes theft protection) is right in line with SquareTrade and definitely cheaper than a year of Apple Care. If the claims process is smooth and quick, this is probably the best deal in iPhone coverage.

I filed a claim more than a month back and did not get a reply until 2 weeks later. In the mean time, they keep on saying that they'll get to me in a day or two. When they did get back to me, the representative could not provide me with a tracking number for my loaner phone. I have been waiting for a for my loaner phone ever since. Every time I email them, they tell me they'll provide me with the tracking number after talking to their mailing department (Do yo even have one, I don't think so). If it's taking so much time to receive a loaner phone imagine how long will it take to get my phone repaired. I hate the service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Please don't subscribe.
They were quick to take my money as the deductible for the cracked phone I sent them. Even have correspondence through BBB. They responded to them, but never replied to my emails, phone call, even though they promised to (through the BBB). I tried again to submit a ticket through their website to no avail in early Feb. Don't waste your time or money.
I have an iPhone 6s Plus that was just purchased about 6 months ago. The cover I put on it was a piece of junk and when dropped it broke the screen and the LCD. The paperwork for filing a claim was easy to complete and they even provided an upload link to allow scan and send. Sean was assigned to assist me. His replies were immediate and he was patient in answering my long list of questions. A loaner phone of the same make/model being sent for repair was offered at no charge with overnight delivery. My phone was returned in less than one week and looks like new. The experience led me to refer eSurranty to my brother for his laptop. A repair to my phone without this insurance would have been over $400 due to screen & LCD for the largest iPhone available. Highly, highly recommend!

Esuranty is worst insurance I have ever known. I purchased an insurance or policy for my phone. Then, my phone had a problem. I filled up the claim form. The paid the deductible they asked me to paid. From that day up to days I have not received the replacement phone. I have call and emailed them several times.
I could not say anything bad about esrranty they are hand down the best trust worthy company. I have been in touch with the customer service multiple time and have not had a negative experience. They are by far the best company

5 years as a customer and I am still as happy as I was after my first claim. I just had a new claim for my iPhone 6 a few days ago and everything was handled within 3 days and I even received a new phone since Apple couldn't fix the issue with my old one. I just bought a new policy for my wife's new iPhone 7 and look to having 5 more years of great customer service with esurranty. Rick was my claims rep the last time and he was very professional and straight to the point.

My iPad dropped out of my bag at school and the front shattered. I was devastated as this is my school iPad. The screen was dead and I was worried that I would be without it for a week for repair. I submitted a claim online and within a few minutes I received an email from the claims rep Sean. He gave me options to repair my decide and one of the was to take it to the Apple Store the same day. I went there, got my iPad replaced and was very happy. I've had Esutranty for 2 years and was thinking of not getting them again this year because I never broke my phone or iPad. Well, I will definitely be renewing my policy again this year because for $99 I got a brand new iPad and am very happy!
This company has taken my money and my Samsung S8. They have had it for almost 2 months now and I cant get anyone to give me an update. All it was supposed to take was 3 to 7 business days. They have had the phone since February the 8th. It is now March the 26th. They will not return emails, answer the phone, or return any messages. I have been asking and asking and calling over and over. Sent multiple emails. My phone needed a screen replacement. The color is black. There is no reason they should still have it. Worst of all is they will not communicate with you once they have your money and device. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at claimsdpt@esurranty.com and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.
Answer: No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.
