Reason for discussing on review board is because you guys are not mailing me to my personal E-mail.

Your manager * was spontaneous while asking for filled forms and collecting money, but after Feb'09. I didn't get any update in E-mail or msg or phone call from your team.

You mentioned that you submitted my request, can you provide me a proof? Send me email.
I want my phone not excuses/reasons from you guys.

I am not in the claims department and as I said in the rivate message, I will send your information to the claims department but you will need to make sure you have submitted all of the required information to them.
