I don't like that they don't ever answer the phone so I can talk about my claim. Also cant get them to really reply when I leave a message. Sent in my stuff and cant get any answers. I know it takes time but its been a couple of weeks and I still cant get a response.
When I signed up I received the basic contract but no Declarations page. When I inquired about this I was told that it would be sent out when my one month anniversary came up. Were at nine days past that now and counting without the page being sent. Is this a scam?

We then sent it to you by USPS regular mail and when you notified us that you did not receive that, we resent it again through email and it bounced back again another 5 times. I see that on the 6th time, it finally went through and you verified that you received it.
I wish this company was easier to find on bing or google. Had to do alot of searching till I found this site. The price is goo for the amount of service you may need. I just hope the claims are faster. I have not filed a claim but hope it goes smooth.

I claimed for my iphone 5s on september 21, Rick emailed me saying that my device will be there in 10 days after that he said he will check with the shipping dept. after that he said
He need my id password and i provided after that he never replied to many emails and customer contact number connected to agent, emails or tickets were never answered.

Furthermore, your live chat logs were reviewed and 3 days before you made a claim, you asked if you could just get a check instead of a replacement. AS per policy terms and conditions: All requested information must be received within 5 business days for a claim to proceed. As of today your account is in the Fraud/Risk department pending review for possible legal action. This is why your clams representative has not replied to you today.
Last contact with anyone from this company was a month ago. I have written multiple emails to my claims rep who claims to reply within a day. I have submitted tickets in their site and nothing. And yes, Ive checked my spam folder. Worst part is they still have my watc and I cant get a hold of anyone. Horrible service. Zero communication.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It's been a month and I still do not have a replacement phone, despite paying the deductible immediately. There is no phone number to call, the supposed agent handling my claim has a phone number but refuses to answer or return my voicemail messages. The only way to communicate is via email and it's the company's leisure. I emailed numerous times regarding my claim with no response. I wish I never chose this company and would never recommend them to anyone else. I am looking into reporting them to the better business bureau and possibly seeking my deposit back since the company is non-communicative at this point.

First off the process for replacing your phone is very difficult. Other phone services you file a claim, they send you a phone and you return your old one. All this is done online. This company you have to sent paper work in with your credit info on it. I was not willing to do that so i tried called to make payment over the phone, well the process is very difficult also because they have no customer service. All call go to voice mail and they never return your calls. They send more paper work through email and if you have questions about the forms, there's no one to talk to. When you call all you get is voice mail, you leave messages but still no one returns calls.
Ive had 2 warranty claims through Esurranty and both have been very positive! They always take care of the problem promptly. The customer service is exceptional and I always enjoy our conversations. My mother also had a warranty claim and they took care of her issue promptly. I have just renewed my warranty and will always continue to use this company for my warranty needs!

I am frustrated with my experience. I sent my phone back a week ago and have not heard anything regarding the repair, nor is their any update to my claim status on line. In addition to that, I could not restore my phone to the loaner phone because the storage was only 16 GB and my phone is 64 GB. I spent hours trying to get portions of my data to the loaner phone, especially contacts and failed. That is a big problem for me since I am on call 24 x 7. Also, your service does not state that you cannot take it to a repair facility the first time.
I apologize if there was some delay. Your device was received from the USPS on 07/11/2017 which was yesterday. The account notes show the system updated the status as awaiting repair/replacement which takes 1-3 business days as explained to you. Unfortunately we can not offer higher memory loaner iPhones as past customers have either broken them or not returned them within an acceptable amount of time. Please contact your claims representative directly for the most current claim updates.
Save your money, The company sounds good and makes a lot of promises for cell phone repair. The phone number always went to voicemail! When I had to file a claim I heard from nobody. I sent numerous emails and left messages. Two weeks later I got a response saying they're refusing to cover my claim! What a scam!
Your account notes show that you were told not only by email but over the phone that all replacements had to be approved and go through our contracted apple store. It is also stated in the policy terms and conditions that all replacements must go through our contracted apple store.
So nice to find a company that will cover my used phone at a reasonable price. It was an easy experience to find my coverage and order on line. I immediately had my policy accepted and links to the esurranty website to view my account.

This is the second claim I have had with this company. The first time I lost my phone and it was rocket science to get them to replace it. Lots of hoops to jump through, many delays and time without a device. All in total, nearly 2 months without a phone. I now have a broken phone and they have basically stopped responding so I have no idea when I might be able to get my device replaced. Coming up on 3 weeks and no end in site.
My husband and I insured our 2 phones with esurranty. The signup experience with Angelo went very smoothly. This was the easy part since we were giving money to esurranty and Angelo helped make the transaction as painless as possible. The resolution of claims is the service that the customer purchased. That remains to be seen if we need to file a claim.

You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at claimsdpt@esurranty.com and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.

It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.
